Really fun place to go to. Little Expensive to get in not sure why they even charge when they make a lot of money. I go to clubs in LA that are bigger and they don’t even charge for entrance. Not too sure about the specials either I was there on Saturday and the specials was Advertise for $8 But each one of my drinks were $10. The drinks are pricey and more expensive than most places, but the atmosphere is great. Sometimes there’s some weird people that are creeps that are in there, but you just learn to stay away and avoid them. And also be great that they turn on the air-conditioning. Every time I go to this club, it’s always hot. Everybody is sweating and everybody’s trying to fan and cool down. They really need to do something about the temperature before somebody passes out. Other than that so I mentioned it’s a fun place to go to, and I like it. Just keep in mind It’s a little bit on the expensive side and really hot inside, including the bathrooms
In a city of half a million it’s truly sad that we don’t have more than 1 sorta gay club and then the music is the same as any other Spanish club in town. Bakersfield has a lot of progress to make for its LGBTQ population
Despite Bakersfields limited LGBTQ nightlife options, this place is a standout. While the drink prices can be a tad high, the fun atmosphere and friendly staff more than make up for it. The owners are genuinely kind-hearted people. Great spot for a night out!
I recently visited Casablanca Nightclub, and I had an absolute blast! From the moment I walked in, the energy was electric, and I couldnt help but be swept up in the excitement. The club has a fantastic ambiance with great music, a lively crowd, and stylish décor. The dance floor was the heart of the action, and it was impossible not to join in and let loose. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everyone had a fantastic time. The drinks were well-crafted, and there was a wide selection to choose from.Casablanca Nightclub knows how to create an unforgettable experience. Whether youre a regular clubgoer or just looking for a fun night out, this place delivers. I had a fantastic time, and Im sure you will too. Five stars!
It’s an okay club. Restrooms are pretty dirty and they serve very watered down drinks but the music is fun and haven’t run into anyone rude. The dance floor is pretty big and dancing is fun and the mirrors are a cool addition. Would recommend drinking before you get there to avoid paying for a ton of watered down shots but overall a solid 5/10.
They don’t respond to messages. I hear owners are straighties. No drag race viewing party.
I went two times and all I have to say is they need a good dj. I know becuz I was a dj for years in Ventura and Santa Barbara county. I was a great dj. I would rock this townLGBTQ!!!... Anyway it ok. Expensive, so get me to play!
Love this place, loud music, dancing, Spanish/English. Be careful with your credit card usage, maybe take cash or tip cash. They went ahead and tipped themselves a bit more than I already tipped. I tipped $2-$3 each transaction and they went ahead and charged $5 on 4 out of 6 transactions.
Good place to go dancing and have some drinks.
The owners are Hispanic dont really know full english. I tried to tell her the music is way to loud. I do like music loud but not that loud cause i have friends i bring and new one i cant talk the Music is way to loud. I tried in the nice way to tell her but she did not like it. I also tried to tell her the new music they play is not good or danceable like it always used to be. So i even asked customers about what they think they agreed with me. But when i told her she told secerity to throw me out!. I have not been back sence. Very dispointed.
Too muuuuchhhh regueton! We love varieties but they are more incline to regueton. So far no bachata, they played a couple salsa, merengue and cumbia here and there.
10/10 - 10/11/2014 :Im a produced screenwriter and working actor who does very well financially, has an Ivy League education and recently moved from LA to the mountains near Bakersfield. I always tip at least a dollar for each individual drink I buy. I have a very slightly unkempt beard (I dont work a day job, after all) and short hair and was wearing brand new blue jeans, a clean black t-shirt and a just- washed J Crew corduroy sweater when I approached The Casablanca tonight, a bar to which I had never been. I had only 2 beers in me and was far from drunk, though I am a high-functioning, slightly autistic man. Before I attempted to enter, I had watched the two security men outside wave what I believe to be a metal detector wand across two black men as they entered, but they did not do the same to the few white people whom I saw enter. I will leave it at that, except to ask that if the club owners worry about weapons, then why not scan everybody? As I entered, I was stopped by a goateed wannabe tough guy wearing a security shirt who, out of the blue and with no provocation from me, said You cant go in there and go asking for handouts. No panhandling, go! The first words out of this mean-spirited bullys mouth, just based on presumption alone. I told him, But Im rich. Then I showed him my money, bank card and SAG card. He looked nervous, I asked to speak to the manager and he told me to go. I asked his name and he would not give it.I go to gay bars in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills exactly as I was tonight all the time and have never been treated anything remotely this rudely. Real rich people know that real rich people dont wear logos advertising their wealth or necessarily look rich, but Casablanca hardly seems a bar exclusively tailored to the wealthy, But even if I did look poor or somehow homeless in the eyes of this narrow-minded, gauche, clueless man who could not see past a slightly unkempt beard or slight body odor?? (I had bathed earlier that day) at a gaudy gay dance club??! Even so, that is no way for any establishment to treat any fellow human, rich or poor. I did tell him off as it was the rudest and most outrageously presumptuous thing any total stranger has ever said to me.I would hope gay people would frequent some other establishment as they should know better than anybody the importance of treating people, especially a harmless eccentric who had done NOTHING, with dignity and respect. Anyway, I would never go back to any business that would hire such a clearly unstable and unhinged person doing their so-called security. Again, truly, people of the LGBT community should think twice before going to a place that would have such a random assaulter of a total strangers dignity, no matter what his socioeconomic status, working for them.I was looking for a gay bar in the area and wouldve gone back again and again if not for this angry and needlessly aggressive jerk. In my case, their crazy, superficial, blindly hateful security man just lost Casablanca at least hundreds if not thousands in revenue that I wouldve spent there.
Not bad for Bakersfield, drinks are a bit pricy, and Ive been overcharged for them twice. Fun environment, friendly staff, owners are sweet people.
We had a girls night out and from my previous experience with Casablanca was always fun, so i recommended it to my straight friends for the girls night out. So we get to the club, were dancing, ordering drinks, and having a good time..until..one of the girls sits at the bar and the bartender (male) begins tapping her on her shoulder and orders her to get out of the chair that someonelse is going to sit there? she tells him that she was jus going to sit down for a little while and that we were going to leave, and rudely he begins to tell her bye bye bye insisting that she leaves now. He did the same thing to our other friend. I feel like he was discriminating against them because they were straight. He seemed to be more respectful to the other gays in the club. The owners did apologize for the way he was acting but we will never ever go back to that club again. If you are straight i recommend you dont go because you will be discriminated against.
07.30.2022Ac not working rush inside. Stufu cation..20.04.2022I was here first time me and my friend with me. We request song for my choice I can pay 20, 40 or 60 even 100 they say they have no song which I demand. Actually this is particular Cumminty related. I think I waste here $10 for Enterance. Please care other communities if they arrived here so 1 star. Other wise if 0 I give 0.
The security here is a joke. Seeing an altercation and doing nothing to stop the assault is pathetic. Especially because it was basically 3 against 1 which lead to my arm being fractured. Even when someone said are you gonna stop this the security basically shrugged his shoulders. Shame on you guys. Definitely not a safe place to go. Get new security.
DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you are a regular like all 3 people that are; you are treated with discrimination. A regular pulled a petty move, pulling a chair from under my wife. As the bouncers came over to break the situation up, they then rewarded said problem people. And said verbatim to me, as I spouted all laws and legal terminology, Well, I know them, theyre regulars, sooo... Rewarded them by allowing VIP services to them. I requested the owner or manager, Fefe the door guard came to the rescue. But still explained, unless youre from Bakersfield, you will not be safe here.I am a new lgbtq supporter and advocate to Bakersfield. Coming from a more relaxed part of the country, this is untollerable. Charges will be pressed. Discrimination at its finest.
I enjoy going here together with my spouse but they split the Spanish in the English music didnt enjoy this. Especially because my spouse r knew there. However, Apart from That, I love it
Dangerous place. Security should be protecting customers., instead I overheard one security man with a long hair saying “I will kill you” to one of the customers. Very frightening. Literally a dangerous place. Not recommended. I hope that that security is fired.
I love going here with my wife but they separated the Spanish from the English music i didnt like that. Especially because me n my wife r known there.. But other than that i love it here...
If you are straight, not a gay, dont even think about going to this club, because the staff will try to be the rudest and not respectful. There is a huge discrimination between newcomers and the regulars. Stay away from this place!
Felt safer than other nightclubs...respectful people good drinks and they put all sorts of music spanish to engligh
The ceiling was leaking everywhere. Bathrooms bar area and dance floor
Best place to dance the whole night. good dj, bartender, and dance floor.
Best nightclub in town! If youre looking for a good time definitely the place to be at!
You people should be shut down firmly your website says its open but augustly is close still he knew to update your website that is poor management irresponsible and everything else this is not cool.

Nice club ..🤪
I had a great night with my cousins wish we could all go back nd turn up some more
I was so stuffed. Atmosphere is similar to a place in Columbus I loved.
Great dance floor, sexy entertainment, and plenty to drink!
If you want to dance and dance and dance the night way this is the club!
The drinks are good. The vibe is chill
Nice but wish the bathroom had doors
The gay bartender is so rude and he should get fire riteaway
Had fun
Good place to dance and dance ;)
GREAT PEOPLE AWESOME TIME.
Is this place open on fridays?
Today is open ?
Excellent place, good time
It leaves a lot to be desired. It is assumed that when you leave your beers full they will not lift it and respect your table. In this case, it did not happen. They lifted them and we lost the table and the beer. We spoke with the 3l supposed owner and it turned out that no one lifted anything. Good place for it to lose prestige. So
Very good
I love it Im alone
What an ugly place
