I love it here it’s nice and clean a lot to pick from. I also love it that it closed to where I work. 🥰 I bought my vape here and they have all sorts of brand and flavors to choose from. My favorite is white gummies, frozen strawberries from Geek Bar Pulse. Thank you 😘

They suck I went for the first time a few days ago and so I got a battery for a vape pen, The battery didnt even work wasnt even charging and I paid a good price for it. So I had returned it the next day the guy didnt want to refund me but he did so I had purchased another pen I paid a little bit more.. Before I left the store I tried to pen it didnt even work so I had the employee help me he couldnt even figure it out. So i paid $40 for a pen that dont work. And prices are to high there. I dont recommend..

I really love this store, with all their awesome merchandise, fair prices & how their store points add very quickly with every purchase that help give ya great deals, plus their is this very cute blond lady that works there, with just the best attitude & beauty that makes the visit there that much more better

And the employees are always helpful. Hard to find a good customer service these days but they pull it off. And unlike most other stores they always open on time.

Wow what a nice and clean space with good atmosphere, that smells great. Man behind the counter was so nice sweet spirit. The wall to wall variety was insane from shopping for yourself to just looking for a gift idea for someone else they have so much to choose from. Even if your not a smoker yourself which Im not you will find some of the neatest most original designs in glass art that Ive ever seen. Some place you really have to see for yourself to appreciate.

Place is ok alot of stuff for vape and pipes. The cigar section is not that big. I went in for the first time to check it out. Some cigars I have never seen before. The ones I was familiar with were definitely more expensive than other places I have been to. If you want a cigar location, look around, and probably find a series cigar place. Thats just my opinion.

After I got screwed at Cigars & More on Allen Rd I was looking for a new local store for my cigar needs. The Alley on White Ln is a really big and clean store with an incredible selection of everything. The staff is very friendly, even if it is usually only one who has his hands full. Unfortunately, the cigar area holds only a rather small selection ready and seems compared to all the Vapor and Stoner accessories rather like a small abandoned side thing. The cigar prices are not overpriced but also not really good. On the whole, you can satisfy one or the other need here if you can not wait for your online delivery and you do not mind the rest of the customer clientele.

Best smoke/vape shop in town. Big shop with plenty of selection. The staff here has always been beyond polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

Best vape shop Ive seen in Bakersfield so far. Every employee spoken to was very knowledgeable and help you out and/or replace said item if you have any problems with items purchased. PS the owners beard should earn them 6 stars

My cousin thought he could bring his friend along w/ us… we were surrounded by 2 employees & the owner, they kept bugging & asking if we needed help, what were we doing & insinuating we were there to steal. Don’t recommend coming here if you’re a minority.

Been wanting to go here since it opened. But a lot has happened since that time, I finally was able to go in thanks to my brother-in-law needing some smoking essentials. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable, awesome advice and even recommended best bang for your buck products. Absolutely top notch. Customer service is number one.

Amazing place and great staff. Huge store with everything in it. I usually come here at night but today I stopped in in the morning and Annie was perfect. As kind to me as she is on the eyes and very well informed. Plus a problem solver, and it took her no time to hop into action. Love this place

Smallish cigar selection for such a large store and prices were much higher than any cigar shop Ive been to in California in 15 years. I prefer supporting brick-and-mortar cigar shops to buying online but spending nearly $5 more per stick is going to keep me away unless Im desperate.Owners argumentative response that California taxes are higher than Florida doesnt explain why prices in Bakersfield are so much higher than Los Angeles, where storefront rental rates and sales taxes and labor are much higher than Bakersfield. Ive only bought single sticks from California storefronts for nearly 15 years and only bought a few boxes online.Based on space allocated to cigars versus vapes, etc. , the emphasis here is _not_ on cigars which are hardly as much in demand as other stuff.I still gave 4 stars because it is _very_ nice inside with what seems to be an extensive selection of non-cigar items. Also nice that it is open after 8pm when much of Bakersfield has already closed.

This will always be my go to smoke shop! Never went into it before until recently but I’m glad I did! The selection is massive! Seriously this spot has anything you could possibly need / want! They also pretty neat posters and t shirts. Even cool mouse pads. 10/10 def recommend.

Dont let the high rating fool you. The owner offered a 10% discount when they fist opened, to anyone who left a 5 star review. Now he wont even give a discount for 4/20. Which is crazy, considering all their products are terribly mediocre for how expensive they are. I literally went down the street to smoke station and asked them if they had any discounts for 4/20, and they gave me 25% off everything. Ill just go to any other glass/smoke shop in town where they show their customers love. Instead of a store with a greedy owner.(Update) I cant respond to the owners response, but it was some guy that worked 4/20. I asked him if there were any discounts, and he acted annoyed I asked and said the owner doesnt like to give any. Then I asked if he could ask the owner, and he came back 5 minutes later saying he couldnt give a discount, so I left.

Wow!! My first time there today, and omg they have an amazing selection of products and have the best glass in town! I have never experienced this in Bakersfield before... And they carry an extensive line of my favorite incense. I was super impressed! This looks like something that you would find in a big city. It was super clean and the customer service was on point and really knowledgeable. I bought my first CBD pen there and was more than pleased with the recommendation. I will definitely be back!!

Just went there for the first time and was very impressed. Usually when you go to a smoke shop you feel like a criminal but the staff was very helpful and friendly and the place was immaculate. Open at 8am on a Sunday? That is unheard of and awesome. Huge selection of Liquids and you arent confined to just menthol flavors like some other places. Very impressed and will only shop there. Prices are more than fair. Shame it took me so long to find this place

Just bought a geek vape mod. And it is not functional. Have been to the store three times today help. Not offered a refund or exchange. Use to be my favorite store but I am out 130 dollars. Will not return again. Have spent to much money at this store since it opened to be treated like this.

Recently got into cigars, dropped in to see what they had and was amazed at the very large selection. Asked the guy there if he could point me toward something not sweet like candy but not as robust as the last smoke I had and he pointed me to what will now be my most favorite, go-to cigars, the Deadwood Leather Rose. Props. Have and will continue to go back.

Everyone is always friendly, but what I appreciate the most is that theyre not looking over your shoulder when you step into the humidor where the cigars are, like every other place that sells cigars in town does. Not everyone is a thief, so you shouldnt be treated like one.

Do not come here if you are a minority! They are deleting the negative reviews that expose their racist employees. I came into the store on July 22nd around 630pm and purchased two items from a blonde heavyset employee with a beard. My friends were also there checking out the jewelry. I guess I made the mistake of being Hispanic and checking the items in my bag (that I had just purchased SMH)when this short long haired white male wearing a hat says did you just put something in your bag? I wasnt sure he was talking to me at first as Ive never been accused of stealing before...who steals right after making a purchase? When I asked him why he was profiling me when he was right next to the employee that i made my purchases with he started getting nasty. The other white employee started calling me a-hole and saying we dont care in front of other customers in the store. There was no management or authority in this place so they 2 employees can profile whatever race they want. I was told by the heavyset white male with the beard to never come back. I guess that is what these 2 tell paying customers to avoid being caught. Management should take a better look at what kind of employees they hire. If you are so worried about theft in your store hire someone that is trained and preferably not racist....ill take my business elsewhere.

Racist cashiers who will profile customers based on their skin color. Heavyset blonde with the beard and short skinny kid with the long hair like to profile paying customers. Management is too cheap to hire real security. Will just buy my items on Amazon instead of supporting this racist chain.
