WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! I went in today and got some new juice, but the juice wasnt the highlight of the trip.....RAY WAS AAAAAAMAZING!!! He walked me threw flavors to find something id like. The greatest thing was you could tell he is passionate about his job, his customer service skills gave me faith that there are still businesses that enjoy giving excellent customer service! I was so impressed by this visit, Ray was just great!Also the flavor he recommended (after letting me smell countless before we found one i liked) is Strawberry Sidechick, a nice mellow fruit blend, real smooth and fruity. Thanks Ray this is a great flovor!!!

I think what theyve done with the place is amazing. Its not a bar where people are going to start trouble and whatnot and thats exactly what they wanted, on top of the fact that they still sell their vape juice and their vape mods and everything that goes with it. Much love to Ray I know him and the others have put a lot of work into it.

To be honest, I did not know that the vape shop was still there, until they started the remodel and they had us move the door from the inside next to the insurance place to having its own exterior door. Ive been to every vape shop in town and it seems like every one of them have something specific that I like about that spot. Some places people know more about Vapes and the juices and the coils, some places have better selections, But while I was changing the door there I realized Then maybe one of the most knowledgeable people about vaping that Ive ever known, Ray Benavides was there. And then as we were doing the door, they told us that they were going to make it a lounge and that they had their alcohol license. And that they wanted it to be a laid-back vape lounge or somewhere could come enjoy beer or whatever and I thought that that was a great idea. They dont stay open till 2:00 at night. Theyve got cushioned seats and couches and then theyve got a place at the bar. And you can walk in there and you can order a drink you can order a beer and you can order some Vape juice or coil or a whole new vape if you want. I was in there last night and Ray asked if I wanted to come in and buy some juice or if I was coming in to buy a drink. Well I was coming to get juice, But then I heard someone ask for a dos Equis dressed which happens to be the only beer Ill drink and I couldnt resist so I had one and I must say I love the atmosphere there I love the fact that theyre only open till 10:00 and 11:00 depending on the day. Theyre not looking for people that are partying theyre not looking for people that are trying to cause trouble they just want to provide a place for people to come that want to do exactly as the name suggests come in and lounge and relax. Have some good conversation meet some good people and I think its a great idea last night was pumping pretty good Im sure today during the football game everybodys going to be wanting to see CJ Stroud go up against the Ravens and I hope that Ray and the team are able to contain the crowd so I can say. I think this is a good place to go for a good experience when it comes to wanting to relax and kick back without having to go home yet.

Quick service and love they helped me set up my very first mod and explained how everything worked in detail. Liked it so much my husband got his first mod a week later. Cafe Mocha is my favorite house blend and plan on trying more.

Best house juices and hardware prices. Awesome staff. Clean shop. Punch cards are a plus. Awesome owners. Bay city is lucky as it’s a wasteland of vape shops for miles around other than All American. I work in Houston and drive past a thousand other shops every day, I save my stops for when I get off of work and get to the only shop for me.

Always a good visit. They always know what I use.... awesome people! Sep 29th... I just have to say again. April excpcially is a really wonderful lady! She is always on top of what her customers needs are and is always friendly. And if anyone had a not so delightful visit.... I encourage you to try again. They are always a delightful bunch! And as far as the juices go..... Always great! Never had any problem and if there was they were always on top of it to fix. Great place!!!! I recommend them to anyone. Which I do and did. Sent my sister-in-law there and she was very happy. Love you guys!!! Just a little fyi... If there is anyone who went in there and was slamming this shop its probably because they were wanting something for nothing! And those type of people have a tendency on making that a habit to get stuff free! Shame on you ..to the ones who do that! Smh. Again I say they are good people!

The staff is super cool and friendly. The shop is clean and well stocked. Prices are decent, way cheaper than the other vape shop in bay city, which I wont name.. the house juices are pretty good and plentiful. I like the sweet disaster flavor. Def the only vape shop in town Ill go to, even though its a little farther from me. If you vape and live in bay city, this is the place.

Awesome store , environment, good people working , excellent made juice choices and packaged ones tooVery wonderful vapes shop all around.. I love it.. My number 1 vapes store to go to. I sometimes have to drive 1 hr and a half ti g9 to it and would drive 4 to 6 hrs if I had to. Unless I could find one as wonderful and clean and organized as that one is and that makes my favorite Liquid.

Good selection of juices, I was looking for coastal clouds because I enjoy fruit menthol flavors but I was directed to a different but, good flavor from a different brand. Prices were a little higher than what Im used to paying but their customer service was good so I didnt mind.

The girl there rush clients , and the juice taste like burned,and is not the coil. I buy a diferent juice from boomtown and work perfect . Be aware . The guys in store treat clients better. We are bussiness owners too, so be nice.

Ryan was awesome very informative and fast and friendly service. Helped me pick out a new dripper and didnt even push the highest price shiny thing on the shelf he told me what was best and even informed me on wire as i had never built a coil always ran pre made. Would suggest this place to everyone.

Found the hours online.... showd up at 7:20 all lights were off. I understand certain establishments closing because no customers but you cant expect a vape shop to run by the same stipulations. if your advertising 8 you should live up to it

I was having trouble with wheelchair lift a while back and April and Ryan were both GREAT about bringing what I needed out to me. All ways been treated well there.

I always get treated wonderful at this shop. Love the people that work here ... very knowledgeable about their products and their juice is the best.
