0. Overall disappointing. It’s really difficult to get a massage appointment here, but i presume that is the price point. Got an appointment. Arrived and everyone was polite, place looked clean.I asked my therapist if we could just work my, arms. She said no she will only do full body. Never asked about pressure, used cold lotion, and i felt her nails. It was her just petting lotion on me for 50 minutes with no real techniqueI would think if one can communicate, and is a licensed professional, that attention would be given to a specific therapeutic request.

BaysideMassageGuruI believe in self care and making sure I take care of my body. Although I know I’m worth top dollar I also know I don’t need to pay an outrageous price for quality. That’s where Massage Envy comes in. Their membership ensures I take care of myself at least once a month. I haven’t done a facial yet, but I know it’s an option. I love getting massaged. And unlike a boutique spa, I don’t need to pay $100+ for a massage.At Bayside I know I’m taken care of. Evelyn is a wonderful manager and ensures that the service is as expected.As far as Massage Therapists: I’ve worked with Bosco 2x and appreciate his work with the hot towels to further soothe. I have enjoyed Malik x2 and did a stretch routine which opened up my hips. My favorite masseuse is Kenny right now (8X). I’ve been coming more than once a month because of his attention to detail. Truly working out my knots. He comes of as shy, and rather innocent when it comes to his personality, but his work ethic is perfect for me. He checks in on pressure and can go from light to deep. If he’s not available, I try to get with Malik or Bosco but they both have raving fandom and get booked out. I’m happy waiting for Kenny to be available.

Made an appt that was confirmed and then wasnt notified my appt was canceled when i arrived. Was lied to my face that a voice-mail was left on my phone even tho I had my phone in hand showing no voice-mail. I wasted my time traveling there for fake pleasantries with receptionist. I shouldve heeded the reviews in the first place

Overall, I loved my massages here- been a member for about a year. Then I got pregnant and Im not feeling well so I decided to cancel. But that was not the sole reason. They raised the prices and then the appointments became increasingly sparse and they had two female therapists who could do deep/firm pressure. Then the receptionist let me know they would waive the transfer fee but the owner called and said thats not possible. If your employee made a mistake you should hold that accountable and keep to your word even if that was miscommunication.I was so fed up with their poor customer service that I decided not to even bother using my last two vouchers I had.I will never recommend this location to any of my friends. When you raise the monthly subscription fee, the least that should happen is you should have more appointments available for your clients.Save yourself the trouble and go to another location. They are franchises so they operate differently.

Very clean place, I went in for a 60 mins massage, 1st time you go in theres a few questions asked by the receptionist that she checks off on a tablet, i had previously added when making my appointment on their website, that i wanted cbd oil(which is extra btw), during my session i asked the masseuse if cbd oil was being used which i got an incoherent response to, and at checkout i once afain asked the same question to which i did not receive a response! Also, for me it was a very painful physical experience, which i was vocal about during the session. Cant say ill be going back!?

I have been client at Massage Envy in Bayside, Queens for 2+ years and consistently worked with the same therapist. In March of 2022 I was informed that my therapist was parting ways and that was her final day. I thought I would be able to work with the other therapist I worked with a few times until I found out that she was leaving as well. At this time this facility did not have any female therapists left that worked on a Saturday, due to personal reasons I only wanted a female.After this past weekend with still no contact of a female working on Saturdays, I decided to end my contract. I spoke with the new owner Evelin who mind is not very pleasant to speak with. I was informed that I have 3.5 unused massages left and that I had 60 Days left to use them. I think that this is unfair because it is NOT my fault I decided to leave. Evelin told me that she did not care of stayed or returned as a customer. Wouldnt an owner of an establishment want to keep business? I would not bring anymore business there. The new owners are not customer service friendly.The other staff is great! They are all extremely friendly.

I had a terrible experience with “masseuse“ Steven. He didn’t greet me, ate a snack and then gestured for me to go to the room. He didn’t want to touch me and it was obvious in his demeanor and his behavior during the session that he shortened. He pulled the sheet over me and rubbed and that was it. I will never go back to the ME in Bayside. I have not been having good fortune with getting appointments at ME in general and have decided to cancel my membership. This one massage doesn’t define the entire establishment however it doesn’t imbue me to support this company any longer.

Yesterday was my first visit to this spa and my massage by one of their male therapists was extremely painful to the point where I couldn’t relax at any point during the session. He spoke the entire time, never dimmed the lights, and only massaged my neck and back although I paid for a FULL body massage (he never massaged my legs, feet, or the front of my body). Every time I yelled or winced in pain, he told me that it’s suppose to hurt and to just breathe through it - in retrospect, I can’t believe I listened to him. He also massaged the left side of my neck and shoulders significantly longer than the right so at the end, I felt really tight on my right. The session ended abruptly and I was left feeling significantly more tense (and mentally confused to be honest) than I did prior to my session. It has been several hours since my massage and I am in severe pain. I even asked my husband to check my neck and back for black and blue bruises to make it very clear how intense the pain is. In addition to this being the worst massage and treatment I have ever received at any spa, I was asked to pay out of pocket for the service despite my husband signing me up and paying a registration fee for a 6-month membership prior to my visit (as part of what he thought would be a really nice Christmas gift). When my husband went to the spa after my visit to inquire about the out of pocket charge and membership cancellation, the woman at the front desk told him that she is not authorized to address our concerns or request for cancellation and that he would have to wait for a call from management. I am extremely frustrated that I couldn’t fully enjoy bringing in the new year because of this awful experience and truly hope management addresses this as soon as possible.

I had the pleasure of being serviced by Emily! Let me tell y’all !!!! SHE IS A BLESSING! I have been experiencing the worse neck/back pain ever. I’ve gone to pain management care and physical therapy appointments and nothing has amounted to what Emily has done for me today. Thank you so much for your magic 🪄 The front attendant Desiree was very punctual and knowledgeable of the company’s services regarding membership onboarding. Great place to treat yourself.

I had a horrible experience at this location for massage my back and neck still in painI DO NOT WANT A BODY RUBI NEED A STRONG MASSAGE TO TACKLE MY ISSUES. PAID ALL THAT MONEY FOR. WHAT. BECAUSE YOU HAVE CARPET ON THE FLOOR ANd Paint job. Not impressed . I travel around the world and pay less an get outstanding results. Told the manager she had no concern or regard ..never coming back rather go to a $50location . Less glamor better results

Very stressful talking to owner Evelyn... condescending and rude. Theres a way to speak to people---even if they didnt follow cancellation protocol....there are exceptions that a manager/owner can exercise. If this is the treatment they give to clients or potential clients, and I even fear their employees, then you might do better going somewhere where the vibes and customer service align with the philosophy of the treatment. Definitely not envying the massage by this place.

This was the worst facial I ever received. Helen, the esthetician, did nothing but put stuff on my face, at least 2 or 3 products, each for 10 minutes. While the stuff was on Helen never touched my shoulders.. no massage on areas around my face. I found out why when I realized she was wearing thick rubber gloves. She never massaged my face and while I did not confront her at the time I did try many times to speak with the owner ,Evelyn, who never returnedd my phone calls.I actually went back to the store and since I had bought a buy one, get one free, I asked if I could use a massage for the second treatment. The girl at the desk on Sunday May 22, told me the next available massage appointment was July 27.I would strongly advise you to never go to Massage Envy on Bell Blvd in Bayside.It was an awful experience

DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!DO NOT KEEP YOUR MEMBERSHIP WITH MASSAGE ENVY!Very poor customer service in general with Massage Envy, but especially at this location!!!The location that we have been going to for years in Brooklyn closed down. Tried to transfer a session to the Bayside location, they allowed us to set the appointment (weeks in advance) and then told us that our membership was with the E 23rd street location, that we had to call them and pay a $10 fee to transfer it over to Bayside. We called them and they said we were given the wrong location and that our membership was sent to upper east side. So we called them and they said that our membership was in fact there but that their system/access was down and that they couldn’t process the transfer fee so they called ahead and asked the Bayside store to honor the transfer. When we get there we find out that the Bayside store refused to honor the transfer and that we had to pay full price. We then asked to cancel the session then because we weren’t prepared to pay full price and they said they would wave the cancelation fee for the second session. After the first person finished their session we find out that they didn’t wave the cancelation fee and charges us full price even though we opted out of having their service done!!!!!So now we just paid for a session that we did not agree to having due to an error in MASSAGE ENVY’s system!!!Terrible, terrible, terrible experience!!!

Have been wanting to come and try here for years, not what I expected at all. I have done spas, massage parlors, and others a like and just by walking in the front door, I felt off about this place. I mean the staff was very friendly and curteous however, in my. personal experience, I get overall better experiences at privately owned places.

*** NEW OWNER ****You get the run around. Most of the former staff left. It sure looks like They dont have enough staff to cover the subscriptions that require you to pay for 1 massage a month - but then you cant get an appointment.NOW FOR THE REAL PROBLEM.The account has been closed for 4 months. The police are being contacted for the credit card charges.

Such a wonderful place with super helpful employees. I got a gift card for here and the staff helped me get the most for my money while getting such great services. I received a facial, and it was absolutely incredible. The woman Anna, who did mine, was super attentive and really worked with me to get the most out of the experience. My skin felt great after and super hydrated. I also had a massage here and Enza really helped with my problem areas and really listened to what I wanted focused on and pressure. Highly recommend and will be absolutely going back

$150 Over priced for facial. They spent less time on facial face and neck massage but more in talking about the product & skincare routine. They say 60 mins but they hardly spent that time on your facial. They will charge you $30 more on for radiation wand that they hardly use 5 mins on your face. They don’t use a lot of products like face mask etc.

Sorry I will not be calling this location to explain my poor experience there, your receptionist already knows what happened. I called for a same day appointment and was told there was one available at 6pm. When I was asked if I was a member I told her no. I was then put on hold and when she returned she told me that appointment was no longer available. For those of you reading this who don’t already know - there is a 40% discount for first time customers. When I asked why the appointment was suddenly gone, I was told a clear lie that the other receptionist was booking the appointment on the the phone the same time as me, and that I was being bumped. 3 minutes later I went online and the appointment was still available, so I went ahead and booked it. Everald, my masseuse was TERRIFIC. Unfortunately for me and him and I will not be returning to see him. When I was checking out, the same receptionist was extremely short with me and seemed very uninterested in my return business. When I called her out her extremely poor customer service, she laughed at me and fed me more lies about the customer who was also booking the same appointment “could have” called back to cancel after booking. Never once did she apologize or take any sort of responsibility. I had read other reviews about the poor customer service here and I didn’t want to believe them but apparently they were true. When I told her this she said I could go ahead and write about it on Yelp. I unfortunately did not get her name but clearly she’s got tremendous job security to speak to a paying customer that way. I would have happily signed up for a membership if not for the way she treated me. Luckily there are several other massage spas in the area who I will gladly give my money. Everald if you read this, I apologize but you can and should work elsewhere, you’re excellent at what you do and your front desk staff is costing you money and tips.

Great place to go to for a relaxing massage or facial. The staff is great and my massage therapists is amazing. The therapists get to know you and they customize your massage to your needs. My last facial was one of the best facials I have had. The managers are friendly and always go out of their way to accommodate their guests.

Tried simply booking an appointment this morning and got the rude manager experience. Its like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Thank goodness there are other locations available. I wont ever be visiting the Bell Blvd location and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone else.

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The two ladies at the front desk are extremely polite and welcoming. My massage by Enza helped me relax and de-stress after a hard day at work. Dont second guess booking an appointment here. I highly recommend!

Great place for a rub. They got aromatherapy and CBD therapy treatments meant to relax you. Its on bell blvd so you can feel loose getting your meal and drink on.

Worst of Massage Envy locations, others not much better. I would not recommend Massage Envy to anyone who wants a real professional massage. Take it from someone who was a member for 6months that went every other week and is unsatisfied.Better to waste your money elsewhere! 0-stars if i could. Terrible.

Used to go here.. Way to expensive.. My last message was done by a male and it hurt so much.. My favorite masseuse left, she only messaged me once and it was the best message I got there and I went there for multiple.. Unfortunately my subscription with my boyfriend ended up being way to pricey so we stopped going.. This place is mehh, its ok..

They are the real deal. They will clear you up with a combination of treatments and lifestyle changes. Its tough to commit but so worth it! Cant speak highly enough about team (especially Kim), a very friendly & warm bunch.
