Lousy company to do business with! Dont do the contract, they will make charges on your debit card without telling you why. There are plenty of local companies to get a massage. This corporation is just another corporate crook.

Osbaldo gave me one of the best massages I’ve had at any of their locations. I’ve been a member for 10 years. I’ve had massages at MEs in 5 states and no one did the techniques this guy used. My home location is Lafayette but I’ll be burning up 10 to get to ME Houston

ADAM IS AMAZING! Truly one of the most satisfying massages Ive received in a very long time. It was exactly what I needed. He worked out all my problem areas and I left feeling like a bowl of Jell-O 😉 Ill definitely be back!

I love the treatment I get at Massage Envy. The experience is comforting and relaxing from the moment I enter. There are many great masseuses there, but my absolute favorite is Adam! It is so hard to find that perfect masseuse that consistently gives you a great massage. Adam takes the time to understand what type of massage I want, addresses all the areas that are problematic, and ensures the massage meets my expectations each and every time! Sometimes areas are addressed that I didn’t realize were so tense until he does his magic. I always feel so much better after I go! You should check it out for yourself, and don’t forget to ask for Adam. He will take good care of you!

Very easy to book an appointment with, and love the digital forms. My therapist, Adam, gave me the best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many massages). He was so kind, and really listened and understood what I needed. I was Jello at the end. Will definitely book with Adam again.

Received gift card 2 years ago. ($100)Made appointment for $113 massage session.Missed appointment, still charged $113.So this business made $213 by selling a $100 gift card.Im burning the card instead of selling it to another victim. I hope your company goes under.

Today marks the 4th DAY-OF APPOINTMENT cancellation I have had since my “membership” began. Only once, the very first cancellation, has anyone actually made the slightest of efforts to give me a call and attempt to re-book my appointment or put me on a wait-list for an opening. The lack of empathy and just general customer service this location offers is absolutely mind boggling. Throw this ON TOP of the fact that even being able to get an appointment 4 weeks after my last one is nearly impossible. That makes the “benefits” I have as a “member” IMPOSSIBLE to use. You should be absolutely disgusted at how poorly mismanaged this site is.My first few months were nothing but stellar reviews and referrals to your business. Since then it has been an absolute nightmare. I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone but my enemies in hopes that they would have their time wasted while repeatedly receiving the bottom of the barrel service this establishment offers.Meanwhile the pain I come here to treat festers and I am left frantically searching for another place to get relief.Do better.Current Paying “Member

A friend of mine gave me a credit to try this place out i was hesitant at first but once I got to the place it was very clean very professional the people there are great people and my massage therapist alleviated pain that has been bothering me for months I enjoyed it so much I immediately purchased a membership Im going home to get my mother and come back and if you have any kind of need for a massage facial care any kind of Rapid retention relief stretching this is the place to go I recommend it for anyone who wants to relax and definitely alleviate pain Im so thankful that I found Massage Envy

Ive been a member for over 10 years. My membership began in California. Lately, the customer service has declined. The Female Masseur is excellent and professional. The customer service staff recently didnt notate my appointment on the books. This happened 2 times. The second time I didnt bother to produce the appointment card for evidence. I dont need free enhancements (compensation for their error)! I hate incompetence in a business. This time, today, I didnt get a reminder call, so I didnt prepare to go. Normally, the computerized call leaves a voice mail message (consistently in the past). This time it didnt. Im really disappointed!

This place is an absolute joke! There is no clear communication between front desk and therapists. I was left on the table waiting what seemed like a very long time after dressing out. I’m 90% sure my therapist was playing on her phone the whole time. I got a one handed massage on half of my body. I would not recommend this place to anyone! When I was asked about my massage I said 3 different times to 2 different people that I was unsatisfied and I was not even acknowledged. My card was ran when I said I was paying with a gift card and I felt like I was inconveniencing the manager when she had to return the money to my card.

The place is nice but trying to get a appointment is very difficult. I have called 3 weeks in advance and still had little luck. I signed up for the year membership and this has been a constant battle. When you cancel your membership for those of you debating on doing this, you have 60 days to use all accrued credits you have built from not being able to book appointments from the previous year which is just horrible. You did pay for them and it is not your fault you cant get an appointment so they are basically stealing your money. I would recommend giving Massage Envy a go for a massage but I would refrain from signing up for the membership.

I had facial treatment, no consultation was provided. Then the servies last only 32 min as timed on my phone.Total 3 products were applied on my face and the rest of the time it was wasted rubbing hands and neck which wasn’t what I asked. I came for multiple skin concerns and I was not treated accordingly. I asked for under skin treatment and they ended up adding another $15 🤣Total $85 was charged for 3 products tombe applied on your face. So, never go back there for atleast facials

My message therapist, Amanda, fell asleep AT LEAST 4 times - waking herself up snoring at one point. She took my pressure preferences personally and began to tell me that maybe I should find someone else to do my next one. I’ve had many, many massages and have never had an experience as bad as that one. This is my first review ever - but felt no one else should waste their money like I just did. TERRIBLE!

I am only able to get a massage once, maybe twice a year, but there is no other place I would go. Tony has been my therapist for a few years and he is understanding, attentive, and provides the best experience when I am there. I highly recommend seeing Tony as often as you are able. I always leave feeling relaxed with less knots and less tension.

They have a 50% cancelation fee if you rescheduled and 100% if completely canceled. So be careful clicking online scheduling. They have no compassion for their customer care . I understand people have to get paid but when your trying to spend 200$ plus tip and future services you expect a higher level of service. I guess thats the level of services you get out of Beaumont!

So my husband scheduled me a massage and facial for our anniversary, facial got post poned until ?.... and today, the day of massage, 3 hours before, sent me a text.Pamela, I am reaching out because the lady who was gonna take care of u wont be here today.We dont have any other appointments but I can put you on the wait list. I am sorry for the inconvenience Thats it, no how can we take care of, we will give u a free something , or anything.. just a sorryNot very professional to me. I was told u cannot get a refund if you cancel..My husband is livid. He really wanted me to get this massage.

Too much product pushing to enjoy a facial. The massages are great, but I dont enjoy being pressured into making more appointments for unnecessary chemical peels and products. The only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the massages are stellar. Tony and Chris know what theyre doing. The facial side is whats bringing the score so low.

About 2 weeks ago I went and got a massage from massage envy of Beaumont and usually I have a good experience at this location but this moment was not great at all. My massage therapist was falling asleep or her hands was hurting while doing my massage. I had her before and didn’t too much like the service I received that time either I allowed her to do my massage again to see if she was just tired or maybe her hands was hurting so I gave her another try, but once again poor service so I left out the building as quick as possible for the money I paid I should’ve got great service and I didn’t. A friend of mine also got a massage that day and she also said to me that she think the woman was falling asleep and that she knew her hands was hurting because she kept shaking her hands and I received a massage after her. If the therapist is tired they should stay home if hands are hurting fix your problem before massaging a paid customer. I really was in pain and I received poor service from my recent therapist I feel as if my money was wasted, but other then that other therapists and front desk employees are always great and professional. Only gave 1 star because I had to in order to write this review. I’m very dissatisfied and I felt robbed.

We pay over $100 a month for two memberships and we got rescheduled for our couples massage FOUR TIMES!!! It took them 3 months of rescheduling just to get us our massages! Yes, we got an upgrade and an extra credit to say sorry, but sorry doesnt fix my sore muscles. This is the only Massage Envy in Beaumont and they know it!!! If it werent for the accrued credits that would disappear, I would be cancelling today! They need to hire more employees to give massages and they need better management. I have even tried to schedule a massage for myself, but they they are constantly booked because so many of their employees are quitting! Something is seriously wrong with this place.

The atmosphere was nice! The people were friendly. However, Im not sure if my massage therapist was falling asleep or what was going on.

Management treats their therapists like dirt no wonder they stay so short staffed. If you want to be over worked, unappreciated and under paid ME is your place.

My husband has a monthly billing set up to save money and loves going here. He has bursitis and they always help him.

Massage was great, but when they say 30 minutes its actually 20 because they take 5 minutes from the beginning for you undress and 5 minutes away at the end for you to get dressed..I dont think thats fair.

The staff is attentive to your every need. Very professional and can really work out all those knots in every part of the body. Even the ones in your pinkie toe!!

Alex is very bad at her job and seems very unqualified and non experienced. she was very rude to me and hurt my feelings, she should be fired for her horribleness.

The first time was disappointing, BUT I gave it one more shot and SO glad I did. For me finding the right masseuse was the trick. Clean and prices are responsible.

I called twice to get information on a massage service and the female receptionist was rude both times. No appointments were available for two weeks. Won’t be calling here again.
