This was a great store many years ago, I moved back recently and thought it would still be a great option. I went in today to buy a couple of 18650 batteries but they only carry a single brand that seems to not actually manufacture the cells and has a medium reputation. When there is options from Sony, Samsung, etc at half the price with a stellar reputation. Okay no big deal. They also only sell that companies chargers... Fine I will take the single cell charger to get me by. I ask if they recycle 18650 batteries as I had two I needed to dispose of, they do not. Okay, seems like that might be a thing to do. Fine, let me just buy the charger. Now I am required to provide them my personal information to make an account I do not want for a cash purchase of a $9.99 item. I have value of my personal information and I find this just unacceptable. I left. I do not think I will ever be back. The thing is, I wanted to support the store and like the store. I did not expect to come home and write a bad review of this place.Whatever this store once was, it is no longer. To your management: Consider removing the forced account creation for a simple purchase. You are a private business, do as you wish but I do not see myself ever returning as it is.

They were very nice and very helpful. I wasnt sure what I needed but the guys at Boomtown were there ready and willing to help. They also have lots of testers so you can try out their flavors. I will definitely be going back!

Been doing business at this location for a while now, and had an issue with some house blend juice that I had purchased but one of the owners of boomtown had contacted me about this issue almost immediately and was very kind, and very professional and made sure it was taken care of. I had recently given 1 star but now will be giving 5 stars and will continue to do business at this location. The decision to change the review from 1 to 5 was on my own doing was never told to at any time during my conversation with owner I really love doing business here and really hope this review helps if your looking for a place to find better deals or its your first time to vape and wanna quit smoking I highly recommend boomtown vapor

By far the best place to get all your vape needs. Trust me always use reputable places like Boomtown or you will get counterfit garbage and think your saving a dollar. These guys dont sell the garbage you get in most cheap vape store..staff is knowledgeable and always quick to help you out .

LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff is amazing! They know exactly what they are talking about and are always willing to help. They have a store in Houston, TX, also. And everyone there is very friendly. Recently just started coming here. One of the best vape shop experiences I’ve had ever. At first I was overwhelmed with the wide selection of product to browse through, but the employees there made it very easy to find what I wanted. Boom town vapor is the best vape shop ive EVER BEEN IN!!!! They have samples you can try all their juices.

Meh. Overpriced 3rd party juice, they really focus on home brew and sell that at a good price. Cool mods, knowledgeable staff. Im not sure on ultra portables availability. Its an okay shop and they really capitalize on being the only big shop in the city, but a few other shops are popping up and are more oriented to a lounge/shop layout. Not a bad shop, but not my favorite.

This is the worst smoke shop in Beaumont! Very racist. I will never shop here nor at any of their other locations! Everytime we have went in here the guys were so high they could barely focus! And I could tell if the ladies was a Crack head or a worker! Never again

Found this shop. Been here three times. I have dealt with Cesar every time. When you talk to somebody in the first two sentences you can tell three things: Number 1 you can tell if they are a people person. Number 2 you can tell if the person is knowledgeable. Number 3 you can tell the person loves their job. He met all three and excelled past anybody i have ever dealt with. I would not fill out anything like this unless the person is well deserving. This man is.

My first visit was 6/21/19 at around 4pm. Two dudes were assisting me while I was in a hurry to get something for a amazing price and then quickly get out. I dont know the names of the two guys but I know one was asian and one had blonde hair bahaha :). They were super chill and they both deserve a raise. My friend came in with me while I was trying to get out quick and loved the samples/buzz just as much as I loved the service there 😂! You guys have a great staff team there who know everything about everything in the store. Fantastic establishment and the Boomtown Vapor juice is fantastic! Highly recommend getting Sweet Nectar!

Has a large tasting bar. I kept coughing and one of the workers gave me some tips on how to not cough. Also a large section of juices and mods (including squonkers). Well organized but out of stock on 4/7 juices we wanted to get. After a while of looking I felt pressured to buy something because the store was getting busy.

You must shop here!! The guys at this shop are by far the most helpful out there. I brought my wife in who is new to the whole vape world. The treated her like one of their own and helped her pick what would be right for us. They helped both of us out picking flavors and tanks and handled all our stupid questions. They also have the biggest selection of juice I have seen from DFW all the way to Beaumont.

Huge selection of juice(Homebrew is real good) , decent prices on kits ,coils are alittle expensive ,wish they still had a clearance spot...... ,some staff is under informed in certain areas but theres always someone that can help you if your a beginner or vet from mech to DNA to pod they got you .

This place is killer!!!! So many options. They even have a little bar area for all the juices and they give you a disposable mouth piece so you can taste all the flavors before making a purchase. Honestly my go to vape store. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Wide variety of box mods and pod mods. Pretty decent juice variety as well. You can also find replacement pods/coils here as well.

I highly recommend this shop, especially if you are new to vaping. Everyone there is extremely knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to help their customers. They actually stayed almost an hour after the shop closed helping us out.

Seems like a great place with a fine selection of Vape paraphernalia. For my purposes the only reason I wont be back has nothing to do with the business, I drive a large commercial truck and its a very difficult place to park at. But its a great little store
