I’ve bought nails from this place plenty of times and it’s always cracked within a month. However, the last 2 times the glass broke before I could even use it. I went back to the store and asked for a new one or a refund and didn’t get either. He told me I was heating it up too much. I’ve been smoking for 10+ years and I’ve never had that issue. Plus he was a jerk the whole time

Bought a 6000 FLUM Pebble took about 100 hits and it quit working very rude dude working the counter tried calling this place several times and NO ONE Answer the phone ever!!! I would have been better off buying one from Circle K because his cigarettes are more expensive than Circle K by 50 cents per pack. DO NOT GO HERE PERIOD 😒

Great place but a little pricey wish they would give some decent prices instead of asking full pop if not more than all these other places

On four separate occasions my associates and I have bought glass ware from this shop and each time the glass has either cracked or broken with under a month from basic gentle use. We just bought one and it broke within 24 hours and the owner refuses to refund or exchange. He even lied to us claiming that he wasnt the owner even though an employee told us he was. The best offer he could give was 30% off another peice.If youre looking for good customer service, prices, and glass ware youve come to the wrong place.

Worst vape shop, worst customer service. they sold me a defective hype (nicotine device) it started tasting burnt and i could taste the chemicals and then it completely stopped working. keep in mind this was a $25 device and i used to get one every few days never had a problem. i buy the device-stops working-go back to ask for a new device and the bald guy in the front tells me there’s nothing he can do but give me a cheaper version with less hits and horrible flavors. wasted my money wasted my time do not go here.

Don’t come here. I bought an elf bar and first puff, it had no flavor, just menthol. Bought a second one after trying the first and same problem. This guys elf bars are defective or something but it’s a waste of money.

I wish I did not have to even give this place a one star. I walked in there, found what I was looking for and was ready to throw down $300 cash for it. Maybe a little more if the customer service was helpful. I waited in line for over 10 minutes and when it was my turn to be helped, he helped a different lady. All the people there who saw it happen could not believe it. I was in a rush so that did not help my temper. But really?? I was next in line and he did not care. So, I walked out, he lost money and lost a returning customer who loves to shop!!!

He always has the correct part for the correct device. Many places have a few little boxes of a mish mash of parts that the fumble through seeking something that will work. Not here. He has his stock lined up in neat rows with various other parts for that model of vape in that row. I really admire that and I have come to dislike the places who will give you anything whether it works or not.

Bought a puff bar from this shop. It was defective, I brought it back immediately with the reciept and he refused to exchange it or return my money. He pretty much just said it was my problem and tried to sell me another one

New to the area and this is most definitely my new shop for vape products. Great selection and price on juice and coils. The two workers I usually see are friendly and always take good care of me.

These guys constantly sell non functioning puff bars. Do yourself a favor and pull it in the shop and test it there, if you take it outside they will act like they never saw you and give you a good price on the next bar you buy. Save yourself sometime and go to smokeys, or literally anywhere else where they dont try to hustle you.

Went in to buy a scale. The owner turned out to be Arabic, like I am. I greeted him in our language to be friendly, and it couldnt hurt to maybe get a better deal. So he sells me a scale, wouldnt budge on the price, $12.99 + Tax. 2 DAYS LATER, im in a smoke shop in Banning, and I see the identical scale for $7.99. I was very disappointed. I will never enter this shop for the rest of my life, and I suggest anyone who values their money, do the same. STAY AWAY

Horrible service, teribbly teribbly rude. Was looking at glass rigs, asking if he could move on the price 5 or 10 $ on a 50 piece and he looked at me like I was stupid and said you want me to go down 20$ for you?! For what?! And walks away from me. 0 stars

I always come to store to buy glass they have nice variety with reasonable price. also they carry big selection of vape. Every time I buy new kinds with cheapest price .

If youre looking for a glass pipe (piece), for Beaumont, this is the place. They have a decent array of colorful choices and paraphernalia. In terms of tobacco products, that have an Ok selection. Cigarette prices are similar.

Best vape shop in the area! Way better prices and selection than upscale across the street. Cheaper if you pay cash.
