I had an excellent experience today. Everything is pretty, relaxing and clean. I enjoyed my much needed massage and my granddaughter enjoyed hers as well.I would recommend removing the tv. It just kills the zen vibe.

My sister and I absolutely enjoyed relaxing massages and my daughters raved about their facials. The owner and staff are knowledgeable, attentive, and kind. Excellent experience overall. Highly recommend.

GABRIELE was AMAZING!!!!!! She listened to my concerns and needs and what depth I needed. She gave me just what I wanted. Being a massage therapist for over 12 years myself, I have a hard time finding someone to give me as good s I give others. Yet GRABRIELE hit it out of the park. I cant wait to come back. The shop was so cute and cozy. Do not hesitate to try this place.

This is a very nice place to go for a massage. My wife gave me a gift certificate at Christmas for a massage. I used it today following a weekend of obstacle-course racing near Houston.Setting up an appointment was easy. I selected the deep tissue massage. My muscles were pretty tight, but the masseuse worked the knots out and I left feeling a lot better. She was very knowledgeable and courteous.They offer a whole list of other services as well.

Bri was good and attentive but shalome left me wanting. She seemed to lose track of time so that she ended up massaging one of my feet and completely skipping the other- like did not massage at all. She used her elbow more or as much as her hands. She also had an earpiece in so I heard buzzing throughout the massage. The massage was also only 50 minutes instead of the total 60. However, the facility was really nice and had great ambiance. I love the music in rooms and the warming pad on the bed.

We did a couples massage for our anniversary and really enjoyed our experience! We have had massages from other places and have liked Tinas the most!!

The second my boyfriend walked out he said that Gabi did an amazing job that he felt like a new man. This was his first massage and he said he could tell he was neglecting his body. He said if he could get a 2 hour massage with her he would. She did the best job and he is so happy! Thank you!!

I had the pleasure of being blessed by a special friend with 2 gift certificates for my birthday back in August and I’m just getting around to using them today for a 1 hr massage. Gabbi was my massage therapist and she did a wonderful job. With all the pain that I’ve been going through I needed some relaxation. It definitely was a treat!! The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable.

Without knowing this place I scheduled a 1 hour massage and it was EXACTLY what I needed. Shallom knew exactly the pressure I needed and the areas I needed most. Today’s Total Spa Experience was awesome! Ashlynn gave me a facial, body scrub, and makeover. Loved her and her kind, gentle nature, and I loved the services she provided.James gave me a 90-minute massage, and does he ever know his stuff! He picked up on issues I didn’t reveal, and I left without any pain! I’m 65 and I have back issues, feet issues, and arthritis. I went to HEB afterward and for the first time in decades, I walked straight and in NO pain! I will be back! He knows how to release the tension in muscles to allow greater flexibility. Great Massage, felt like a Red Hot Screwdriver!Just what I wanted! I will be back!

My husband bought me a $250 gift certificate for Mothers day even though we live a little out of the way. I called to schedule and couldnt get through to a person just an automated system it seemed. Then I couldnt use my gift certificate to book online. I received a text stating this is Tinas heavenly massage and proceeded to book massage over text. I had what I thought was an appointment and drove all the way there to find out even though I had text proof and they took my gift certificate number that there was no appointment for me that day. They then proceeded to try sell me a facial for $55 that I would have to pay out of pocket for because to use gift certificates they require booking 24 hours in advance. I was not offered anything to drink or any effort to get me a massage after I explained I had driven out of the way to get there and showed my $250.00 gift certificate. They were only able to book a massage the following week and did ask specifically if I preferred male or female so I scheduled with Christine. Needless to say by that time I was full on crying in there because my kids tried to do something nice for me and know how hard I work for them and it was too much of a headache to even get it scheduled. It was for us a lot of money and time shifting schedules just to try to make this happen so yes I was in tears and felt defeated. Fast forward to my appointment day I walk in say I am scheduled and show proof of all the emailed reminders stating I had a 90 min hot stone with Christine. At first she couldnt find me and said the appointment wasnt in my name but she did see a 90 min hot stone with James. I was not about to leave again and I did have an amazing hot stone massage with James. His skill and technique made me wish he worked independently or elsewhere. Once I left I still had a considerable amount of my certificate left but decided against booking another service because of the clear issues with booking and it is ultimately not worth my time to travel to them if I cant even be sure my appointment was made correctly or I will get what I hoped for. Finishing touches and complete service along consistency are a major part of the spa business as it should be an experience and one worth coming back for. Sadly I was disappointed overall.

Massages were great when I received them! I had the deep massage subscription, but ended up having to move out of the SETX area due to my job. Giving this place 1 star because while subscribed, I accumulated about 2-3 massages that I already paid for but did not schedule for that month. Once I moved, I informed the workers and my subscription was canceled. I have not had time to visit home for long to use the accumulated PAID FOR massages so I called to schedule. I was then informed that I only had 90 days after cancellation of my subscription to use my PREVIOUSLY PAID FOR massages. HOW INCONSIDERATE! Whos to say that I had time to visit home 3 months after moving? THIS IS NOT FAIR. If someone already paid for a service and has not received the service yet, it should be a credit or refunded-simple. How can a company determine when a customer should use their previous credits? I AM FURIOUS!!! Awaiting Miss. Tinas call/email regarding this issue because it is NOT okay. What a waste of money. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!

I got a body polish as well as an hour massage. Both were awesome. If I could have laid down for a nap I would have I was so relaxed. Also bought the membership for $65 which is unlimited massages each month as well as percentages on any other service you choose. Thats a deal that cant be beat. They have soooo much to choose from. Facials, makeup makeovers, clothes, you name it. You should really check them out.

If I could give a thousand stars I would! I received a total spa package from my husband for my birthday which included a facial, deep tissue massage, body exfoliate and polish. The facial was incredible from start to finish, she took her time, made sure to cover every inch of my face, and left me with beautiful glowing skin! The massage I cannot begin to say enough good things about. Tina worked out muscles I didnt even know were tight. I havent felt this knot-free in years! She was kind, funny, and thorough and made the experience so enjoyable. My body polish and exfoliate made my skin softer than I think its been ever! It was the perfect pampering experience and will be my one and only spa I will go to from now on!

Ive visited Tinas off and on since I was about 20. They have always been attentive and thoughtful and sweet. Ive had waxes to massages and all have been great. Today I decided to use my 15% off birthday coupon. Well I was blessed. Everyone took the time to show me around and completely pamper me. From wine too cookies to an amazing massage and little treats scattered through out. They are in the midst of revamping but I could hardly tell from the great service. If you have trouble reaching them by phone stop in and book your service. Ill be back to try out the couple massages as well as the mommy and me option. Today was great !

My first time ever getting a professional massage and I decided to go to Tina’s Heavenly Touch, they were able to get me in pretty quickly. I got an appointment with Jennifer and she was amazing! I am pregnant in my 2nd trimester and she made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire time. She was able to get a big knot out of each shoulder. Everyone was very polite & it’s a very clean place!

I got a prenatal massage by Brianna and it was amazing! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the facility itself was very distracting while I was in the room getting my massage. Also I’m 5’9” and the table was too small for me. The massage itself though was great and would definitely go back to Brianna!

I got a facial, brow wax and massage and it was wonderful. The wax was painless and the facial was perfect. The massage helped just how I needed and the woman who did the massage was very knowledgeable and helpful with ways to help my back. Definitely recommend.

Best place in Southeast Texas to get a massage and facial!! I’ve been a regular customer since 2013 and always have great experiences here. Massages by Bri and Tina are perfect and will melt the stress away. Facials from Charlyn will leave your skin glowing for days. Prices are very reasonable especially if you do the monthly membership.

What’s not to love! I was so relaxed that when I came out I felt lightheaded. But in a good way. She knew her products and understood I was more of a wholistic type and that’s what their products are. No harsh chemicals with ingredients that affect you personally as it’s absorbed into your body. Huge plus+Will be going back for the body wrap next month!!

Extremely clean, good music, smells great. Very little paperwork on the first visit. There was also an extremely short wait even after arriving early. Huge variety of service. The hot stone / deep tissue masssage was the best Ive ever had. I will definitely be returning. I strongly recommend this shop.

This was the 2nd experience and it was even more disappointing then the 1st. I explian in detail what I need, problem my shoulders. Entire hour on my shoulders. Deep tissue. Elbows peircing my body was all I got. I showed him the areas and he said that my muscles were hiding behind something. Body hurts where he put his elbow (body weight) in my back, butt & shoulders.Strike

I had Kimberly as my massage therapist. I had her work on my scalp down to mid back for an hour. Let me say that I felt like I had lost weight from all the stress she released. I would recommend Kimberly and Tina’s to anyone.

I received a Holistic Facial today and a face massage. The skin on my face looks so much brighter! It’s so smooth and looks and feels so clean. The face massage was great for my sinuses and the massage therapist massaged away all the tightness in my jaw and Face ID caused by grinding my teeth all the time

I’m going to rate this place a 2 star only because the service was nice. However, I call in 2 days prior to Mother’s Day and purchase a $230 package for my mom. I was told the certificate would be sent via email since I called in. I supplied my email and confirmed it 2 times prior to hanging up. I checked my spam box and email throughout the rest of the day and next morning. Never received it. The day before Mother’s Day (a Friday) I was slammed at work and didn’t have time to call early in the day about the giftcard. By the time I had a free second I called and it was so close to close that no one answered the call. Then Sunday they were closed and Monday they were closed. It really sucked not being able to present my mom with a giftcard on her day of celebration. Thanks for making me look like I forgot Mother’s Day after sending you $230 dollars. Btw When I called Tuesday to get it sent I was told they had been having email issues (I don’t believe that bc I should’ve been told that initially.— clearly someone dropped the ball.) She acted like I just missed it in my spam folder and it wasn’t there as I had already looked for it for 3 days. She then says she’d resend it and that I should get it by the end of the day (it was before lunch time). I received the email but it came from someone’s personal email instead of the business email that she told me it’d come from. 🙄 I won’t be purchasing or recommending this place because I didn’t like how non-chalant the situation was handled. Sending an email shouldn’t be difficult.

Unprofessional. I was on time and the masseuse was over 10 minutes late. It was my first time here so I had to fill out the typical paperwork about my medical history, etc. The therapist walks in the waiting room, doesnt greet me, and goes straight to asking me questions from across the room about my medical history... in front of a waiting room of people. What ever happened to professionalism and confidentiality? No one in the waiting room needed to know about my medical history. I expressed how unprofessional she was being and she apologized while snickering. I walked out. This place isnt worth the time or money.

Always a great experience when I visit THT!!!

I had a package that included a relax message, osmosis facial and a mani pedi. The message left much to be desired. The blankets aren’t weighted, the music was loud and not cohesive or relaxing at all. I felt like the lady rushed and didn’t pay any extra attention to my shoulder area (that we had talked about before starting). The facial was AMAZING, the lady took her time, described each product and its function, I will go back for that alone. And last the mani pedi... the woman was so sweet and really took her time to make sure everything looked great, her attention to detail was refreshing to witness because I feel most people just try and hide any mistakes. I would rate my experience a 7.5 out of 10. Also they didn’t have anything to dry your hands with in the bathroom.

I recommend James. He did a great job. Ive had back, shoulder and neck pain he fixed all of that. Will be coming back!

I was given a gift certificate for 1 hour massage worth $50. The place doesnt have the spa/relaxation feel. Employees were chit-chatting in the area where customers were waiting. I waited 10 minutes before someone got me to the back. When I checked out, I was told to pay $10 since the hour massage was $60. Massage was mediocre. I have better 10 minute massages at my chiropractors office.

It was a terrible experience for my wife. I scheduled a mani/pedi appointment for her on Saturday 02/13/2021. The person that was supposed to do it was a no show. She sat there for an hour waiting for someone to help her. Then they charged me an extra $30 dollars surcharge for Valentine’s Day in which she was supposed to get flowers and a ballon. She didn’t get anything but I sure was charged. I’ll be going in Monday or Tuesday to talk to the manager. Extremely disappointed. My wife may not say anything because thats the type of person she is, but I on the other hand am not. If I paid for the X services, I expect to get what I paid for. While I appreciate them getting her in, I don’t appreciate the extra $30 surcharge and her not getting the ballon nor flowers.

Received a gift certificate from my employees for Christmas. Package included massage, facial,Mani and pedi. When I called to make the appointment I was brushed off because of their systems were updating. I ask if I can leave my call back number. She has a whatever tone to her voice but takes it down. I receive a call and am told my appointment is set and I even get a confirmation text with what my package includes. When I get to the spa its like they are surprised Im there. I get the massage and facial. After sitting there for 20 minutes I find out I did not have an appointment for my pedi and mani. Receptionist looks confused when I ask what is going on?? She then tells me to step aside so she can tend to another customer.I received half of the services that were paid for. No refund or reschedule was offered. I asked her to have someone call me asap.Very dissatisfied . Will definitely not be returning. A refund should be given for my employees hard earned money. It was the thought that counted on this gift.

The place was ice cold...even after being told it was highly Cold the therapist stated well thats the way the girl out front like to keep it. It was only after I threatened to leave did they raise the air-conditioning to a point of frigid not freezing. I will not be returning..have been informed by the therapist its always like that!

Me and my mom go here for the couples deep tissue massage and it works wonders on us. The price is reasonable, but sometimes the person who massages me goes hard on my back when I tell them to go light since my lower back hurts and they aggravate it.

Had numerous Brazilian wax with girl that left on maternity leave but new person did it and had the worst experience. Burnt me several places. Savage at removing hair. Will never go back!

Terrible service when you run into a problem. They ignore you and our you off to make sure they get their money to give you store credit. When you try to use that store credit they will only accept it at one location. Enjoyed this place until they gave me the run around, very disappointed.
