I have spent over $1000 dollars at upscale vapes just getting me my parents and other friends off smoking and switched to vaping. I bought a freemax twister 80w vape less than a month ago and it started flashing blue and not working I brought it back to upscale vapes and they will not help replace it or get me store credit to purchase another one in there store. I think if your going to sell a product you should back it up. We bought three of the freemax twisters from upscale vapes and two of them have stopped working.

Recently purchased some juice with these guys and totally underestimated my tolerance for Nicotine levels so I went back to return my juice and they were really understandable about it! Returned my juice(unopened) and exchanged it for a stronger nicotine level! It was easy and convenient even let me try some other flavors until I was satisfied with my exchange! Ask for Austin! I’ve always got all my vape supplies here because every experience is always amazing, informative, and above expectations. Despite having the same vape for over a year I still manage to forget what coils I prefer for it lol. Zack went above and beyond this evening when I realized I’d purchased the wrong ones and helped me figure out which I usually do. I feel like every employee helps with kindness and genuinely enjoys helping the customers. I will continue to be a customer here and refer others!

Nice place close to home. Prices are reasonable. employees are really nice and are knowledgeable of there products. They have a good sale on FLUMS 3 for 55 plus tax comes up to 60 bucks. Not bad if you run out and need one right away while your online order is taking forever to arrive lol.

Love This Place. Great customer service, great items, and clean. I like being helped by Jamie shes always a great worker, gets me what I need and gives many many tips on vaping safely. Prices are same as online pretty average.

I needed so much help today trying to figure out what box mod to get and how it works as this was going to be my first one. Bree was friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. She even set it up for me. I really appreciate the costumer service and the selection of products. I even had to call afterwards with a silly question about the product and got an answer to my issue right away. Also met a new hire Hunter who was friendly and helpful. I won’t order any vape items online anymore. I’ll shop here.

I simply do not go anywhere else for my vape supplies. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the place is really nicely set up, and they keep it clean. They keep my favorite juices in stock and they have great deals on them. Love this place!

They are amazing. My husband normally takes care of it all for me and I don’t know much about my device, but every time I have gone into the store, the young lady has been nonjudgmental and helpful. We only come here now!

This upscale is so much better than the one in Redlands. They had a way better selection of juices and vapes. The employees knowledge was excellent. He was extremely helpful and courteous. This is one of the best vape shops that I have ever been to. The one in Redlands was garbage with the rude employees and gave upscale a bad name. I recommend this place to any vape enthusiasts. The guy in this shop should receive a raise as if if wasnt for him I would of took my business elsewhere.

Austin was simply amazing. I just bought a smok majesty on Sunday night and its working amazing I absolutely love it. Great cost for what you get. Although I wasnt too familiar with how the mod worked, I called Austin and was able to get quick straight to the point information to solve my problem. Austin literally called me back within 2 minutes after figuring it out for me while I was driving. Now obviously I shouldnt be driving and trying to work my mod, but Austin was there to save the day and show me how to do the job. Thats stellar customer service in my book. Thank you Austin, keep doing what you do because it will keep customers coming back time and time again for sure.

Awesome place ! They will do everything they can to make sure your happy with your purchase . I bought a vape that I wasn’t happy with . I took it back With my receipt and Bri was able to exchange it for something I liked better I just payed the difference. Great customer service guys I will definitely be back to spend more $

Giving 5 stars even though you didnt have what I asked for.. as a truck driver from out of town, its always a gamble finding a spot that meets my criteria (easy off the freeway, can I get there in a semi, fair price, product knowledge). Tonight you guys rang the bell and then some! Wyatt took the time to talk to me about the flavors that I was interested in, let me try a few, and together we came up with a solution that was only about 10 bucks more than I would have spent back home at my regular vape shop. The store was super clean, the stock fantastic, and the service OUTSTANDING. When Im away from home in the Beaumont area, Ill be privileged to say you are my vape store of choice. Will DEFINITELY return and reccomend.

This location did have a 5 star from me.... I am changing my review to a 1 star do to them not standing by their products. I have tried to get all of my employees to quit smoking and recommend my vise- a vape from upscale vapes. However, due to not warenteeing a vape purchased within 30days I believe is unacceptable.

Went off without charged batteries and called from Cabazon to buy two batteries over the phone with my CC and have them charged when I got there and manager refused. Other shops have done this for me. Rude uncooperative service; Beaumont can do better.

E.z is so knowledgeable about builds, rdta and more. I come to U.V to get liquids and talk. Cool peoples and definitely recommend him and his associate Austin. Great guys, and they know their vapes. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Not a good experience for my 2nd time Being there signed up for the rewards program and got a 15% off your next purchase coupon but was told that I cant use it for juice... Whats the point of having a rewards program if you cant get a discount on your juice

Came in to buy some coils and Bri schooled me on saltnic of nicotine and ended up getting a saltnic mod and juices and I love it. Very fair pricing and good knowlegeable service.
