I cannot say enough good things about my experience today. She is prepared, professional, and has perfected her craft. There is healing in this womans hands and it flows directly from her heart. She is unbelievably gifted in her ability to read the body and what it needs to let go of whatever it is hanging onto. Be it physical or emotional, the body keeps count. This precious lady is such a treasure. I HIGHLY recommend scheduling an appointment with her as soon as possible. I will not only be a returning client, but intend on purchasing gift certificates for my friends and family members as well.

Pain Management occurs as the massage takes away the excess tension in the central nervous system. This therapist is gifted and knows just where the inflammation lies. Therefore, chronic pain is relieved.

My massage with Ms. Jacqueline was wonderful. I hated that it had to end. I walked in tight with my shoulders up to my neck, but when I came out I felt like a new me. Jacqueline was an amazing massage therapist!!! I have chronic pain and remain tense all the time with working two jobs, one at a desk and one on my feet all day. Ive had massages all around the world and locally in SA and BMT, and she is hands-down the best. I got the 70-minute back/neck/shoulders + the lymphatic drainage add-on. I was a little skeptical because she doesnt do deep tissue, but I get it now - she doesnt need to. She can do with one fingertip what it takes other therapists both elbows to accomplish. I went through the reviews of all of the local places. This one had all good reviews, not a single bad one. So I decided to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. Ms. Jacqueline was honestly fantastic. The whole experience, which was a first time massage for me, was amazing. I did the 90 minute relaxation/firm relaxation massage, and enjoyed every bit of it! I received a lymphatic drainage massage four days ago. I battle EBV which targets my lymph nodes to swell during a flare up. I also have chronic shoulder pain due to an exercise injury two years ago. Jacqueline managed to find each area of my shoulder that caused pain and slowly released the facia causing the issues. I also woke up the next morning feeling energized and a few pounds down due to the drainage. Today was my first time in two years to work out pain free after only one massage. A massage is an incredibly vulnerable/personal experience for some, and also a financial cost that most people want to ensure is worth the time and resources to spend, so I hope this review is honest and thorough to help remove any hesitation from someone who is trying to decide whether to book an appointment (the answer is a big YES!)The booking process is convenient and online, when you fill out the intake form you are able to answer specific questions about any health concerns or conditions, areas you want to focus on during the massage, and you can easily view all available services, prices, and appointment openings. You also receive helpful reminder emails and messages prior to the appointment. Big thumbs up on ease of booking.Next, when you arrive, the facility is easy to access with plenty of parking. You are greeted in the front, and given the opportunity to take your time, use the restroom, and settle into your private massage room. The room itself is so cozy and peaceful. Jacqueline takes time to have a conversation about what specific areas you would like to address, and she answers any questions you may have. There is beautiful and calming background music playing lightly, but outside of that, letting my brain feel zero pressure to be on was an additional part of this massage that felt restorative for me.The massage itself, a work of healing. The level of pressure was incredible and I could feel the attention and care being given to those specific areas that were extra tight or knotted up. There were times during the massage when she used a warm, damp towel draped on certain parts of the body to add to the release and relaxation of the muscle, and it was such a welcomed comfort. For some, faith/spirituality may not play a role in the massage process for you, but for me when I took in the room and saw a few references to God through some of the decor, I was so thankful for that presence and acknowledgement being brought into the room. As part of the shared Christian faith, there is a belief that work and what we do here on earth is sacred, and that we are invited to help be a little part of making it “on earth as it is in heaven.” You can tell that Jacqueline takes her teaching and training to use her skill to bring that healing and restoration to what she does. Such a gift that goes beyond an hour of a massage, it truly is a work of love. I have intermittently been suffering with fatigue, headaches, muscle pain, vertigo, generalized feeling of unwell for yrs - since COVID started. I have learned that the COVID activates dormant viruses in us - Epstein-Barr Virus. This is one of the reasons many people experience Long Haul COVID. I was desperate and saw Ms. Jackies face on her webpage and thought she looked like an angel. My intuition did not fail me. While receiving the Lymphatic Drainage massage, each point she touched stimulated another area in my body. For days I could feel the drainage from my head run down my neck and into the major opening of our lymphatic system in our neck/upper chest area. This was a game changer in my fatigue and feeling of being unwell. This is something that I feel strongly I will add to my tool kit to help me heal my body. Ms. Jackie has the HEALING HANDS, after she started working on me I felt her hands heat up. She has true compassion for wanting to help heal others. I went in for the first time today for just a 30 minute massage to help a crick in my neck and she was so meticulous and thorough with all of the knots in my upper back. This was my very first massage. I was not disappointed at all! Ms. Jackie has very anointed hands. I been having back pain for a while. I would have to put a heating pad on at night to get some kind of relief. Well I went yesterday to get my massage and last night I didnt have any pain. I didnt need the heating pad at all.
