Raquel is amazing. She creates a relaxing atmosphere where you feel immediately welcome and zen. My face absolutely loved the products she used, my skin was left glowing and balanced. Since then I can tell my products absorb better into my skin and my skin looks refreshed. Definitely will be coming back!

Ive been long overdue on getting a facial and am SO glad I finally bit the bullet and went with Raquel for my first facial in years. I actually took my 13 year old son there for a teen facial and was so impressed with how his skin looked that I booked the very next day for myself!Raquel is so sweet and has a calming presence that really allows you to relax and enjoy your service. I dont know how she did it but my skin looks amazing and I cant stop peeking at it lol. You can tell she is serious about her craft and really wants to help her clients look and feel their best.

Where do I start? I loved every minute with Raquel, from the relaxing music to her soft touch. I had the microneedling for the first time and I was a bit nervous but she knocked it out of the park. My skin felt amazing, and the fine lines definitely softened. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I plan on repeating the microneedling as long as I can. I have my glow now 😊

I feel I cannot do justice to Raquel’s care and expertise at giving your skin the care it needs. She is personable, compassionate, and highly skilled at her craft. On top of that, her prices are reasonable and accessible - it speaks to her integrity. She is a rare jewel and if you’re lucky to find her, I’m sure you’ll stick with her, as I plan. I just had my 3rd facial. I love the feeling I get after my treatments, as if I’ve taken years off my face and like my skin is finally able to breathe a huge sigh of relief. I made a booking at Raquel two weeks ahead of time for a back facial lip and chin wax, and gave details of my skin she confirmed the appointment almost immediately. The appointment was for Thursday 8/3 and I called on Monday just to make sure we were set, she did not answer or return any of my calls, I even left a voicemail but I assumed she was booked and busy. On the day of the appointment I made a call before noon since that is when we were supposed to meet but she still did not answer. I made my way to the spa where there was no receptionist so I had to ask the other stylists of her whereabouts but they all claimed to be “independent stylists” so they did not know where she was. I waited for 40 minutes for her to show up so you cannot say I was not patient, and during the time I was trying to call her. She did not cancel or communicate which I found very unprofessional and a waste of my time and money. Either her or her website still tried to charge my card even if she did not show up, this is a scam and I advise anyone looking not to go here !

Raquel is amazing.. she first examined my skin carefully and then applied the right products.. I didn’t get any breakouts after getting facial from her. Strongly recommend her.

Facial is average and the booking system apparently canceled an appointment I had. Have been trying to get a refund on a series purchased for almost a year. Oh well. Much better places to go in Portland.
