Wizards Pipes and Glass

Had been going here for over a year because they have a decent price on their tiny selection of disposables. Ended up getting a bad one the other day which happens, so I went in and they pretty much said oh well. Horrible customer service. Will never spend a penny here again.

They don’t have accurate lab results related to it. One lab report from 1 company that manufactures it means little. They first sold me a different utensil than I asked for. A more expensive one. Then insist that they’re product is safe. It isn’t and the statistics show significant side effects that have put people in the hospital. It’s misleading because there’s also other chemicals they mix with it. Only a sarcastic reply. Do not care about what you think and won’t take back or exchange. The product tastes nothing like hemp

I’ve been coming to this place for months now. I used to shop at 50 Shades, but the proximity to this place drew me in, and the customer service kept me coming back. Randy is one hell of an employee, and is most of the reason why I keep coming back every time I need. He does his best to cut you the best deal he can, and he always greets you with a smile and a hello, and remembers you after a few times coming in. Highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area that has any interest in the products.

Reasonably priced across the board. Friendly staff. Good selection of goods. Only reason for the 4 star is because the parking lot is tore up. Not their fault Im sure, but is still something to be made aware of. ****UPDATE**** 5 STAR NOW!! Parking lot is fixed and really, really nice!!!

Nice staff and very helpful. Sometimes I go in just to see the new pieces and to browse what I might want in the future and they are totally cool with that. Other glass shops Ive been to will hover over you and make it uncomfortable just to look around.

The guy that helped me was funny and very knowledgeable on what was sold so I felt confident with my purchase.The store was very clean, open and local for me ;) I didnt feel as uncomfortable as I have at several of the Omaha stores as far as people, smells and clutter. I could move around and didnt have to worry about knocking something off a shelf or running into another person.Overall, lowest prices Ive seen in the Omaha Metro. I will be back soon with a few friends!!!

Looking for basics...this is your go to. Super friendly and quick service. But if your looking for more unique you will pay the price for it elsewhere. It all does the job. Why pay high prices for something mostly only yourself will see. Go to Wizards and save some dough for other goodies (cough cough).

Every time I go in here I am greeted with a smile. They help with any questions I may have . Prices are even better highly reccomend over 42°.

Surprisingly great selections of glass and some other novelty items. Friendly, knowledgeable staff with a great attitude as long as you dont get stupid and use certain terms. Definitely 420 friendly.

Out of all of the head shops this is the top one in town. nothing too over the top. staff is chill. cant go wrong.

Open late, however price es are extremely high. can get same items at almost half if not a third of the price. but glad to see they are still open !
