Always greeted warmly. My therapist Bryan is very knowledgeable on pressure points and triggers to release tension and customizes each of my visits to specific problematic areas. I always leave feeling better than when I came in!

Crystal was very caring and clear when consulting and providing treatment. Im a single mom and my kids often have to come and sit thru these with me and she was super excellent about being accommodating for that. Plus the results on my skin are fantastic. Ive been going to massage envy to help treat acne and reduce the appearance of scarring and I literally cannot live the life I do without it.

Kevin was amazing. I feel so much better today than expected. Usually I am a little sore after a deep tissue massage.Kevin was very professional and made sure I was comfortable with the pressure he was applying.

My therapist, Bryan is the absolute best. He always asks what we are working on and if I am having any areas that are causing problems that he needs to pay attention to. He always applies the correct amount of pressure to relieve the aches and tension that I am feeling. Also, we always have the greatest conversations. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I have been a repeat client for years now and intend to continue to be. My google comes up under wrong name it’s Michelle.

Allie was a wonderful masseuse! She was personable, but didn’t spend too much time talking. I told her what I was looking for and she got started right away! I love the Bellevue location and the front desk is always so courteous.

Brian provided an excellent deep tissue massage. I highly recommend him! Last time I had been experiencing neck pain from stress for 2 weeks. Brians expertise completely fixed my neck!

Kaitlyn is a wonderful massage therapist! She takes the time to address my needs and often finds areas of tension that I was unaware of prior to a visit. Sometimes I have trouble just relaxing on a massage table, but she has helped take away some of that, as well as the stressors of daily living! Thank you!

If you want a great massage experience please schedule a massage with Jon. He listens to your needs and makes adjustments based on those requests. He is very pleasant young man and you can tell he likes what he does.

I love the massage therapists at the Bellevue location, but it is extremely difficult to schedule a 90 minute couples massage even 3 to 5 months ahead of time.I would hate to go to another place, but the whole reason we signed up years ago was so we could treat ourselves to a full 90 massage together every month.

Therapist listened to me and kept pressures light and included great work on my neck. I left very relaxed and pain free!

Jon is great!! When you have a problem he will work on it. Then tell you other stretches you can do to help keep that area relaxed.

Giving 3 stars because Brian is great! Unfortunately, I am more stressed about going in to this location as I am always wondering if my appt time will be correct or did I miss a call to reschedule. Seems the same person at the desk is there when I experience issues. You have to stay in your contract for 12 months even if you live outside of their service area radius. When you call to speak with a membership coordinator they never call back. I will be happy when this contract is up. I will NEVER use ME again!

Alisha is such a pleasant person,and the facial was great.

She listens to my focus areas. Carly is gentle& slow when she releases my poses.

My boyfriend and I received couples massages with Ryan. Booking over the phone was seamless and staff was very friendly and helpful. Ryan was amazing at responding to what I needed and I left feeling great. I usually have hard stubborn knots to work with and he had no issue getting my neck and shoulders right. I highly recommend Ryan and the staff at Massage envy!

Have family members go here and they get cancelled on all the time… don’t get their membership

I booked my first ever facial in my life with Shannon and I was absolutely blown away with the experience. Not only was she super kind but very informative. She made me feel so comfortable and the 90 minute facial felt amazing! My skin is glowing and feels wonderful. All because of her I became a member to get monthly facials with her. The lady at the front desk who helped me sign up to be a member was also amazing and super nice and informative! I didn’t catch her name but they both made my experience amazing and I can’t wait to be back next month.

Theres one masseuse at this location that actually gives a $60 massage, and shes usually booked out for at least a month. Doesnt matter though, almost any appt has to be made weeks in advance. Not sure how other people manage that, since a massage is the first thing to go if I get busy, but thats just me. Literally wont let you cancel. Ive signed up for the membership twice now in like 4 years, very unhappy both times, guess its on me for getting talked into it again. Now ive got 10 hours accrued that i cant even use, because you keep accruing hours monthly unless you pay $10 a month to just use your accrued (read: ALREADY PAID FOR) hours. Would definitely recommend a smaller local business.Edit: I wasnt saying there was any price variations, Im saying your other employees give bad massages.

Highly recommend Shannon, she’s amazing. On another note, I’d avoid booking w crystal if you have other options.

Massage Envy is top notch! Everyone there is so pleasant and relaxing. From the time we walk in to the second we leave I can feel myself decompressing and relaxing more and more. I look forward to our appointments. Our therapists are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable! I have only had 2 appointments at this location and I already understand so much about where I carry tension. John has given me some great tips to help reduce some of it between appointments. Highly recommend an appointment here! You will be hooked in one visit!

If you find some one you like, they leave. If you book appts in advance to make sure you get the person and times that work for you, they cancel your appts. I go to relax, yet this location only seems to cause me stress over and over again. So no more giving them chances. It is not worth it. Saying sorry does not help when this is a pattern.

Recently fell about 6 feet and landed awkward on my back. Never had a massage before but figured it was worth a try. Over last month I have had three massages by three different therapists. After my last massage yesterday, my back, which was in a lot of pain, is now pain free. All three therapist were professional and took the time to find out we’re my pain was. Each massage showed improvement. Because they were professional and caring my back is pain free. Thank you, you all are wonderful! Front desk was always professional and friendly, and went out of their way to work with my complicated work schedule, I highly recommend this location.

Our last 3 massages there have been rescheduled due to employee issues. We scheduled our massages weeks in advance and days before our appointment they cancelled because their employee quit. My wife and I are are members and there was no apology, no offer of compensation, and no availibility AT ALL between now and the end of the year. I understand that employees quit, but this location seems to have a lot of staffing issues.

They are not transparent with their pricing, there is no pricing online. When I booked my appointment, I was told that it would be $60 for the first session, after that I asked if they offer military discount, which the lady on the phone did not know what the military rate was. When I came to my appointment, the pricing was different and they did not honor any information that was given to me on the phone. At check out, I came to the realization that they cut 10 minutes out of your session time for prep before and after. No wonder my massage felt short. I have been to many other places that if you pay for an hour, you get an hour hands on and the prep is not on the customer. I basically paid for an hour and received 40 minutes of a massage. However, the therapist did pretty good for the time he had and this review doesnt reflect on him. I am overall dissatisfied in the buisnes practice of Massage Envy and it will be my first and last time to any Massage Envy location. There are over 20 other massage buisnesess in my area that I can give a chance to and I am very sure that they do practice the standards that I have seen at other spas, before coming to Massage Envy.

I love Massage Envy at Twin Creek! The receptionists are very welcoming and knowledgeable about the business. I had a facial today and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Sidney is very good at her craft and included me in decisions. I have already booked my next facial.

I booked a massage for my Son and was told that I would have to sign a minor waiver which was fine. When the employee called to verify the appointment I asked if I could come in the day before to sign the waiver and was told that would be fine. I show up the evening before and was told that I could only sign the day of the appointment because of the IPAD. This is a very flawed process and not customer focused. Very difficult to do business with. Will be looking to do business elsewhere moving forward!! No transparency in communication. Steer clear!!Update: Sheila rectified the situation and called me the following day. Apologized and came up with a resolution to my issue. Very satisfied with follow up. Son had a great session!

I had a 60 minute faci and I receive compliments on my skin for 2 days afterward. It made an incredible difference. This was a Christmas gift from my daughter and her fiance. My esthetition was very sweet and professional, Im sorry Ive forgotten her name. Ill be coming back.

I have had a few different massage therapists that I wasnt impressed with until I found Danni! She is the only one I schedule with now! She is a deeper pressure therapist focused on relieving tension and not just a normal fluffy relaxation massage.

Long story short: massages good, customer service terrible, and I would highly suggest another massage envy location.If you are military and they try to suck you into their year membership dont do it. I tried to cancel my membership once my orders brought me someplace far from the nearest massage envy and I was told that I had to talk to the manager and she would send me an email and call me back and none of those things happened the 4 months I tried to cancel my membership. Then I told them not to bill me anymore after my year was up and they did anyways. Dealing with them on top of a deployment was too much. I thought this place was so bad that Im honestly wondering if they just have their friends and employees give them 5 stars because that is so far off from my experience with them that I had to verify we were all talking about the same location.

Go to a different location!!!! My daughter and I get massages at the same time. In December, hers was canceled. In February, I decided to try again and we got appts for today. 4.5 hours prior to our appts, they call with an issue with my daughters appt. They can push her back but not mine because the therapist would be working through their break. It ended up with e saying we would keep my scheduled time and pushing back my daughters time. 1.5 hours prior to our appts they called to say that my appt can now be pushed back too. We had already left Togo to the babysitters house. We get 5 minutes from their location and get a call saying they have to cancel my daughters appt but could still keep mine, he can sit in our lobbys. Um no. So now, never mind the fact I am paying a sitter and drove 30+ miles one way, we are not getting massages and they are not doing anything to compensate us. If I have to cancel my appt I am penalized, why do they think it is acceptable to cancel within 24 hours and its supposed to be okay. Definitely will not be back and will definitely be sharing this horrible experience with al my massage envy friends.

Danielle was super awesome. She gave the right pressure and was very attentive to right muscle areas l. I would definitely recommend her.

I have not been to other locations but what I can say about the twin creek location is nothing but goof things. I have been a member for about 3 years now. They have always been professional, they value their customers, and never cease to impress with any of their services they offer!

Called in on a Saturday to scheduled for my husband...specifically stated he needed/wanted hot stone, deep tissue and not a fru fru massage. The scheduler said that Susan could do that and was available that day. When he checked in the desk girl again assured him that he was on the books for a hot stone, deep tissue massage. When he met with Susan they discussed that what he wanted (hot stone, deep tissue). As she was working she was very persistent about placing him in very physically uncomfortable positions. There was nothing deep tissue about the massage...very light work. Walked out of the place not relaxed...just disappointed and felt that he wasted over $100 since we were repeatedly assured that hed get a hot stone, **deep tissue** massage.

What a great experience I had here. Fantastic massage (Pamela), great atmosphere, great prices, very knowledgeable people, gave me great tips to keep myself better equipped at home.

This place was trash, im an avid massage costumer because my bad is back due to an accident that left my back bad at age of 23, now im 30 and its necessary for me to get back massages so my back wont go out and i can continue my daily work and workout routines, the guy inside was condescending and he told me they dont do massages today, ive been to hundreds of massage places around our great country because in my line of work i travel and i have to say this was the worst experience i ever had, i wouldnt recommend this place to a dog,so if you ever wonder about this place i suggest you scroll Next!!! and receive a wonderfull massage like i did at another place with no hassle or trying to rip me off with fake services like massage envy, i should of listened to the news about this place.

1 hour massage was cut short and therapist spent more time on arms and hands than back. Staff was friendly but seemed to try too hard to advertise coming back. Overall the massage wasnt as good as one I had in Mexico.

I’ve been a member of massage envy for 3 years and have enjoyed using their massage and skincare services. Had a few issues with my account and management worked with me to rectify the situation.

Always a great massage!!

The massage was fine. The therapist identified some knots but did not get rid of them. The firmness was not firm. Giving a foot massage over a sheet of cloth isn’t ideal. Will not be going back.

Love this place. They are very friendly and give great massages. I have had issues with the muscles in back and they do a fantastic job helping to relax those muscles. I highly recommend Massage Envy!

The massage therapists at Massage Envy are all spectacular. They pay close attention to your needs. Ive had my membership for over a year now and love it.

This was my first time getting a massage and it was a very positive experience! Lindsey did a great job, she was very kind and had an overall awesome attitude

If you can go somewhere else, do so! 5 of my last 7 appointments have been cancelled or rescheduled. The last was yesterday, 1 hour after rescheduling an appointment, they called back because the person they rescheduled me with was actually sick as well. They could not fit me in until until a week later.

Very happy with the masage I got at ME. The therapist listened and on my spine where it hurts she took it easy.

Updated: Management and owner strive to make positive experiences at this location. I had an unpleasant phone call with one of their staff members and the owner and manager reached out to resolve the issue. I appreciated their professionalism during this situation.

Never thought I would come here but I cant imagine not coming. Couples room is my thing and I have come to enjoy my massages. Gabbie is great.
