Diane and Jacky at the front desk are the best ME receptionists ever! Warm, funny and professional! Annie is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had! She maintains the much needed quiet after assessing my needs for each session. She is highly skilled and ME is lucky to have her!

Ken, my massage therapist, is amazing. Id had a small accident earlier in the day and he knew exactly which parts of my back to massage and loosen up. He always knows. Also I want to mention that Diane and Catherine were amazing at the front desk when I came in - I was so rattled from what had happened that I could barely make sentences. They got me all fixed up both at the beginning and the end of my session and were just perfect in terms of customer service.

Front desk is always friendly, helpful and personable. Easy to make appointments online and get the masseuse that I love the most which is Venietra! She gives the most relaxing massage, exceptional. Also Diana gives the best facials!

We have been clients of Massage Envy in Bellevue and Issaquah for almost 20 years! I prefer deeper-tissue, therapeutic work and have to say that Ken, based in Bellevue-Northrup location, is one of the best therapists ive seen. His work is exceptional and thats based on 20 years of our experience across many therapists!The first part of Kens work is all done without lotion (which has advantages) and is excellent. A must book!

Update Aug 2024- Lea is gone and the few therapists that remain are now seeing clients at Redmond location! This does not bode well for the location’s future. It seems many massage places are having trouble finding and keeping staff.Lea is amazing! Best massage Ive had since the last time I saw her. I will miss her as well many other clients will! M.E. Please hire more like her that know their craft use therapeutic methods. *update Jun’24: Lea moved to another location. Venietra is very good, too.

Sophia was absolutely amazing!!! She gave me a very relaxing 90 minute, full body (head & even face) medium pressure, massage and she was very intuitive as to what my body needed. I highly recommend her. Thank you Sophia for being an excellent therapist and a part of the massage envy team 😊!!!

I have been a Massage Envy member for 17 years. I appreciate their great service and therapies. Karen at the Bellevue Overlake location provides an excellent massage and is very attentive to individual needs and preferences. For my massage, I prefer a firm pressure without making me cringe and Karen delivers! She also focuses well on stress areas, giving them extra attention and using stretching along with massage to release those areas.

Ken was great, very efficient and attentive at the same time. He really listened to what I said I needed work on the most!

I would not recommend I booked a 60 min massage at the Bellevue overlake location and the massage therapist only massaged me for 45mins I guess the timer starts at check in before you even get undressed. The massage itself did not help my back pain it was a pregnancy massage and they have you lay on your side and massage each side of back and body at a time. It was a pleasure massage and not a relieving pain massage I would recommend going to chiropractor and getting a real massage there. I gave this two stars because the manager was willing to charge me $95 instead of $155 because that is the price I saw on the website and I did not know each location has its own price since they are a franchise. The manager was amazing and she would be the only reason I would report come back for a massage here.

Ive really enjoyed coming here over the past year. Its always peaceful, so clean, the staff are all friendly and are responsive to my changing needs. Annie and Lea have been wonderful! I especially love that they now have more access to prenatal massage so I can utilize my membership credits to getting some much needed pain relief during this pregnancy. Cant wait for my next visit!

Clean facility, nice overall experience, kind and comfortable interaction with the therapist. But I paid $233 plus tip for a deep tissue massage and although it started out deep, by halfway it was light and by the end it was so light and slow it was basically nothing and I just wanted it to be over. Only massage I’ve ever had that didn’t include front of shoulders and pecs, face, or scalp/head, and the areas I mentioned I like the most were massaged the least. The $10 up charge for aroma is also silly - I got a sniff at the beginning and that was the only time I could smell anything. I do not normally leave negative reviews and if it was the $135 base price I would not complain but with the upsells/higher price came a higher expectation, so unfortunately I left disappointed. If you’re considering a massage here I wouldn’t dissuade you but I would advise not to pay extra for any extra service.

Li did a great job resolving my muscle tension issues and was very patient at making sure I felt better. Would highly recommend her at your next visit to Massage Envy Bellevue.

Qin is a fantastic masseuse. She is very good at asking what you would like to have focused on in the massage and then works hard to make sure she gets all the kinks out. She is great for deep tissue massage and hit the hard spots. I always leave feeling fully rejuvenated.

Venietra is a great massage therapist! She found and then worked through the tight muscles and I felt much better after the massage.

Qin is incredible! I came in with a bunch of different issues, and after my massage with her, I felt so much better. She was very attentive to how I was doing throughout the massage, and used a variety of techniques and pressure. I highly recommend her.

Shaila is an awesome massage therapist! When I go in to see her, I know that I will come out feeling totally relaxed, and just as importantly, fully able to move again! Ive seen other therapists who cause me pain with deep tissue massage; not Shaila. She can work out those knots and tight areas really well and without pain.

Venietra is always great and caring when providing the much required physical and mind relief with the experience he provides. I have been begun seeing Venietra and I am lucky to have found an excellent therapist with excellent service.

I would highly recommend Qin! I recently moved to the area and have been in multiple times for massages with her. She does a great job! Only request would be more availability to get in to see her more regularly!

It was the worst the massage therapist only massaged me for 45 mins not a full 60mins I guess the timer starts at check in plus they were trying to charge me 155 for their locating I did not know the price was different per location. I gave this two stars because of the manager because she charged me the price that I saw online $95 based on the circumstances otherwise it would have been one star

Annie is such a great massage therapist! She is located at the Bellevue, Wa location of 20th. I would recommend her for med/deep issue massage. She listens to what you need & doesn’t waste any time. You will feel amazing!

Issac is able to apply his knowledge as a massage therapist to expertly customize my sessions. He addresses the issues I have with specific directed strategies that are highly effective. I still have hesitation at the top of the stairs, but I am no longer clutching at the hand rails. I recommend Issac; he has helped to improve my quality of life.

Xue is a very skilled and experience therapist with an extremely personable style. She takes the time to understand what your needs and goals, and works skillfully to achieve those. I appreciate that she takes the time before a session to prepare and whenever I go in, the table is set up perfectly in advance. She can use a variety of pressures and modalities. I could not recommend her more highly. Go get some massages from her and you will feel more flexible and fit.

Tong is an amazing massage therapist! She listened to my focus areas, checked in throughout our session, and made me feel very relaxed. Left feeling rejuvenated and peaceful.

The pressure in my massage was too firm and I said so several times during massage as she was leaning into it with the point of her elbow. I had small elbow shaped bruises on my back the next day. She was very pleasant and prepared with my profile when I arrived.

I have come to a conclusion… I have been with you for over 12yrs. I paid monthly premium even through pandemic, supporting your place of practice. I feel this last increase in monthly premium and no kick back for a great customer is making me want to search elsewhere as 168.00 with tip is making me poor but healthy. I need more of a balance of the two.

Facials with Diana are the ultimate relaxation. She’s knowledgeable and kind. Very soft in her approach both on your face and in her explanations of your skin concerns. I really love my sessions with her!

She patiently studies the client’s problems, learns the problem areas to address, and customizes the massage to maximize the treatment benefits. If you want a wonderful firm massage Guoqing has the touch. I will definitely be requesting her specifically for my future appointments.

This business went off track especially after COVID. Even after supporting the business on those hard years paying membership without getting any massage, they canceled my subscription because my card expired while I was deployed offshores for a year. No refunds, no option to receive those credits I accumulated for years. Thirty five massages to their pockets. And all this after sixteen years subscribed. Shame on them.

Katie at the front desk was delightful. The facility is nice and calming, with a quiet waiting area appointed with water and tea in the back. Dena gave me one of the BEST deep tissue massages I have ever experienced. She is sweet, knowledgeable, and very good at her job. The value was amazing for an 80 minute deep tissue massage. Im VERY impressed and incredibly happy with the overall experience at this location. It is a bit of a drive for me, but so worth it. Thank you, Dena and the rest of the staff at this location.

I wanted a deep tissue massage and I got the BEST ONE! She did an awesome massage and I re-booked.

Just like any Massage Envy, there are a variety of massage therapists here. Ive tried a handful of them with very different experiences. My favorite so far is Deb, I like a deep sport massage, but not one that leaves me wincing and unable to relax. She is so intuitive! Unfortunately she recently cut her hours...my back is sad.I always have a very comfortable experience here, clean, warm, relaxing and inviting. The front desk is very nice and helpful. I always fall a little into the post-massage euphoria and end up signing up for another 6 months (yep, you can do that! just have to ask) and put an automatic end at that point. You can freeze anytime. Im not sure Ill sign up again now that Deb is unavailable, I havent found anyone as good!My advice is to always try different therapists, be honest if their pressure is too much or too little, they dont care, they just want you to enjoy it! That helps everyone have a better experience.Oh, and foot scrubs are always a good idea.

I have been going to Massage Envy in Bellevue (off 20th) for ten years. Ive only had one massage I didnt like (out of over 100). All the others have been great. Every massage therapist Ive seen there has been extremely professional. I love it there. I purposely arrive early so I can sit in their quiet room and relax in the comfy chairs, with a warm neck-wrap. I think their membership plan is very fair and well-priced. If I ever plan to cancel, Ill just follow whatever their policy is.

How can you not like a place that makes you feel better?I went in about a month ago with a tweaked nerve. I told my masage therapist exactly where it was and what I needed and she worked it out for most of the 1 hour session. We set up a follow up appointment for 2 weeks later, but honestly... the next day the pain had stopped. It was amazing. I had been basically limping for a week before that!I still went to the follow up because... lets face it, massages are awesome! She was just as helpful and I plan on going back again soon.Thank you Megumi! ♡♡♡

Ive been to many Massage Envy locations and this is my favorite. Not only is the therapist I have amazing, but the front staff goes above and beyond to make sure youre happy and taken care of. I wanted to schedule a bunch of appointments and staff let calls go to voicemail to make sure I got the attention, even though I said she could take the call. Very happy with this location!

Long time member of this location. Good therapists and very nice setting. Super professional. Would be 5 stars but it’s difficult to make appointments sometimes as therapists get booked up well in advance. I have a hard time scheduling time during my week, and having to figure it out a week in advance makes it harder... hard enough that many months would go by without me using my accruing credits.

Sofia was great and helped ease my muscle and joint pain in neck, shoulders and lower back.

Krista the general manager of this store is rude and unprofessional. She threatened me to deny service because I asked about covid rules to match their questionnaire form. Without my consent she cancelled my future appointment presumably that I was unwell to receive service. She hung up her phone. It beats me to understand how she has the audacity to treat an 8 year long regular customer! I filed a complain with their headquarters. I will never go to this location!

Stephanie (the receptionist) and Krista (the manager) are very rude and have zero customer service skills. Stephanie booked me with the wrong massage therapist. When I told her that, she denied it. Krista jumped in and stated that it was an accident. After I asked Stephanie why didnt she admit that, she threw a temper tantrum and ran out the room. After I told Stephanie she needs better customer service skills, Krista BANNED me from the store. This is outrageous!

I tried Shai for the first time and enjoyed a very relaxing massage. She is very professional and gave the right amount of pressure.

I worked a long week... well a long few weeks. I got a massage from Jordan at the Bellevue location, that two hour massage took all of my body aches away. I still feel amazing 2 days later. I am a massage therapist myself and have been practicing for 15 years, he has skill I have not experienced in a long time. He did some stretches and trigger point that most therapists dont have the skill to do. Great Job!!! highly recomend this.

Where do I start?I am a member that was mislead about the terms and conditions of the membership.My first impression was that this location is dirty. They also do not have heated blankets for the massage tables (or I was never offered any). The room has a damp feeling and is quite cold. Even the massage oil they use isnt warm. However, the membership fee is not cheap so I cant say that they were going for the no frills massage treatment. After shivering through my first 1st paid session (my free session was great), I wanted to cancel right away, but then I thought maybe I would give it another chance. Nothing changed. My second session even ended 7 minutes early. Ive had better luck with massages at airports/malls.Secondly and most important, when I first signed up, the supervisor of the center told me nothing about having to sign up for a yearly contract. I clearly let her know that I would like to be able to cancel and at any time as I am expecting a baby but at no point did she bother to explain to me that unless I develop a lifetime disability, there was no way for me to cancel the contract. Instead she led me to believe that freezing your membership was the same as canceling and that I was signing up for a month-to-month contract.Its really bad service when such obvious points of interest are obfuscated from the user. They have a 2 page contract to sign with microscopic writing that the supervisor glossed over and pushed to get over with. Multiple times I tried to clarify when I was going to be charged if the first session was free, but even that was explained in a wish-washy way. That should have been a red flag for me right then. I will definitely be taking this to the BBB and making sure everyone I know hears about their terrible service and predatory tactics.

If you like medium to firm massage Annie does a great job, I definitely recommend.

Do your research. These guys are facing down a class action lawsuit. I tried to cancel my membership. They told me I had to cancel in person. I drove down to Massage Envy only to be told I had joined in Colorado so I needed to quit there. They refused to give me a cancelation notice or a copy of my contract. Then the Manager refused to even come to the desk. They then informed me that it would take 30 days to cancel the membership so I would have to pay for another month that I could not use. Beware.

I had a 90 minute massage and sugar foot scrub with SARA.... Amazing! Absolutely the best massage Ive ever had. I left there feeling a full foot taller. Returning in 2 Weeks... Cant wait.

They give a good massage, but want to sell you a subscription package. I guess if you dont have trouble with commitment its not a bad idea. I am not the type to get a massage every month, so its not for me.

Left in tears. The guy massaging me before even touching me asked if the eczema on my back was “contagious”. I have always had eczema and have always been insecure and self conscious about it. I grew up getting bullied because of it as well. I always wore clothing that would cover it up for me because I didn’t want anyone seeing it. I thought going to a professional place they wouldn’t mind cause it’s none of their business but I was wrong. I’ll never be back.

Was a dedicated member for 8+ years- until they got ridiculous with their pricing, lack of personnel, inability to schedule anything within a reasonable time and poor customer service. I’m done with them.

This company has stolen hundreds of dollars form my credit car AND sent me to collections. I have been trying to work with them for over a month and they are still charging my card. I now have to sue them, report them to the DA, and file a dispute with Visa. Im not even sure how to deal with the collection agency issue yet, but I would never do business with this Massage Envy

I have multiple times tried to set up an appointment by the website but have never gotten a call back.The massage envy in redmond is great, they will call back within 30 minutes even if its to tell me they have no slot for me.Its too bad since this one is actually closer to me.

Tremendous massage! Issac was incredible at understanding my issues and focusing on resolving them.

Since nothing came out of my email. My friends got me a gift card for a massage. I work in a physically demanding job but didn’t feel super hurting for a massage.Long story short, the masseuse used too much pressure after I requested for him to go a little hard, then it was too hard, I asked him to lighten up he did for about 5 minutes and the proceeded to impale my body with his elbow, putting his entire body weight into scrapping his elbow across my back and body. I left in more pain that when i arrive. Plus the room was freezing cold, despite the lukewarm table.I took pictures of my face afterwards, I had lines on my face because of how hard he was pushing my body into the table.

Some really great therapists. Turn over seems to be high, but maybe thats my imagination. Easy to book appointments, not so easy to place a membership on hold.
