Excellent spa! The therapist studied in China and in the US. Shes very professional, and the deep tissue massage was excellent. I went in with a headache and left without one! I highly recommend!

Just had the most incredible spa experience Today! The sauna, body scrub, and hydro massage session was pure bliss. The body scrub left my skin feeling incredibly smooth and rejuvenated(didnt think my skin could be this smooth omg) . Yan, the massage therapist, has an exceptional talent and communicates with me a lot on what shes doing. Her technique was on point and she knows exactly how to relieve tension in my neck/shoulder muscles. I felt totally relaxed and pampered throughout the session. Will def come again!

Wow. This is BY FAR the nicest, cleanest, amenity rich spa for couples that Ive ever seen in my life.I was an LMP and I know what it takes to make a beautiful spa, and Im guessing they invested more than I could possibly imagine.If you are looking for the best therapeutic massage or treatment that money can buy, look no further.

The place is good and clean. I booked an appointment at this spa looking at all the excellent reviews but I was pretty disappointed. We went in for a couple’s massage and I was aware that it was custom tailored massage, but wasn’t aware that the masseuse will focus on only the areas that were stiff. I was of an impression that it is a full body massage. She kept working on the knots in my shoulder and neck and completely forgot to massage anywhere else. I don’t know if I didn’t communicate well or whether this place isn’t good enough as its reviews. But definitely it wasn’t a relaxation experience and my muscles are hurting more than before now. Also the technique didn’t feel professional enough.

My Spa is a hidden gem!I am thankful I came across it and have been a regular for years now. The massages are top grade ! And then add The rooms are way above the standard for independently owned day spas . Rooms have Own bathrooms, saunas , showers and nicely decorated creating the perfect environment . ! Friendly staff and reasonable prices . I am a spa regular and My Spa is by far my top choice . I recommend giving it a try and support locally owned independent businesses. You won’t regret it 😊

By far the best massage place I’ve been too in Bellevue! The outside may not seem like a lot, but the inside is so beautiful and so clean! Don’t underestimate these amazing ladies! They will find every single knot on your body and massage them out - they’ll even find ones you never knew you had.10/10 highly recommend! Very professional, knowledgeable, and kind people.

Went to get a deep tissue massage. Was greeted by Yan, she was so friendly and answered my questions quite thoroughly over the phone before I came in! Sunny was my masseuse and she was awesome too, my shoulders and back feel so relaxed afterwards. I told her my right foot needs focus, which I have plantar fasciitis on, and she was on point, great massage techniques. Definitely coming back again!

I had a great experience at MySpa, as a 41st birthday present myself. Joy procured a custom treatment for me at a good price, including infrared spa, authentic body scub (best done nude), and massage followed by red light therapy. Thank you!! Coming back soon...

This is an AMAZING place to go for a spa, sauna, massage, self care, etc. Much cheaper than in the city. It’s bigger and better in terms of experience and quality. And the folks running this place are amazingly nice and courteous. They have great packages available for returning customers and this was absolutely a 10/10 experience. We bought a 4 package set!! Can’t wait to come back :)

I would give more stars if I could! I booked an infrared sauna session here on a whim and was able to find a same day appointment.I was greeted immediately, given sandals to wear for my stay, and shown how the room works. It’s a large private room with its own bathroom, massive shower with a rain head, chairs, and the sauna.Since it was a private room, I really got to relax and take my time. I felt very relaxed and was impressed by how clean and well-stocked the room was with towels, water, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, and more.The sauna itself was so soothing. I went for 45 mins at 130 degrees (F). You can play music if you’d like. My favorite part was the mat with towels on top & a headrest - super comfy.Prices were reasonable, parking was great. I’ll be back!

This is an excellent spa with friendly staff, good atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Ill definitely be back.

Lovely owner, clean spaces, and warm massage table. Masseuse was efficient and listened to my needs. The experience felt more productive than relaxing but overall satisfied with the experience. Adding some ambiant music would be beneficial to the overall experience

This is hands down my favorite place to get a massage. I only wish it were closer to Lynnwood but still worth the drive for me. If you like deep tissue/ trigger point type massages where they get all the knots out, then this is the place to go. The staff are super friendly, it is very clean, and they really take care of you. The owner is super sweet.

This place is so great and so affordable. I did the float tank and the massage combo, and it was very relaxing. The float tank was so nice and warm I really felt great. And the massage was incredible! Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. It was so detailed. Sandy really knows her massage techniques. There were stretches and massages I’ve never had done before. Definitely would recommend this place!

You get a room with a bathroom, shower, and sauna. Super friendly and man did they get our kinks out. Definitely recommend. It was super clean…I love that because I’m a germaphobe.

The owner and the other therapist are fantastic! I wouldnt come here for a fluff massage, Im sure the could do that, but come if you have knots and muscle aches! They will work you over until everything is butter. My wife and I come here regularly for couple massage. Time and money well spent! The decor is great and they have a palette of other things to offer, floats, infrared sauna, body scrubs. Just wow!

My daughter and I have gone several times now for the couples massage. The staff is marvelous, the space is spotlessly clean and well-appointed, and the massages are excellent.

This is an incredible spa. Nestled in the heart of Bellevue spas, it stands alone as the cleanest, nicest & most amenities per room in king county. The owners really care about health and cleanliness.COUPLES GO HERE!!! WE LOVE ITPs. All creeps, there is no funny business here. This is a spa to make you feel relaxed and amazing. Leave them alone please. All others run dont walk.Someone bought us a couples package there. It was awesome normally $399 for $199!

Me and my friend came here this evening for a massage and It was amazing! I felt like a new person afterwards. Clean facilities, they even had a sauna and shower in our massage room. Very friendly staff and super professional. Would come back and recommend to anyone needing a good pampering :)

This place is so nice! I went with my boyfriend for an hour massage with cbd oil and a soak. The massage was one of the best I had in my life so far and it was our first time trying the soaking tank and it exceeded our expectations. The tank was big enough for both of us, the water just at the right temp. We were welcomed and immediately guided to the massage room. There are showers and complimentary water. I think the towels are top notch and I am on the hunt for towels like they had there.The most important thing is that everything was super clean and i felt so comfortable. Thank you so much for this amazing experience!

Really great place for couples. The price for sauna and float are much cheaper for 2 people (Only $88 for float!) and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a sauna/spa on the east side. The lady at the front desk was also very kind

The best gluteus maximus massage I have received. She was not afraid to get my knots out. I had a long day of skiing. She worked on my lower extremities.Highly recommend, a very nice massage parlor.Not a day spa where you can spend the whole day relaxing in robes.Promptly met at the front door and given sandals.

Had a stiff neck so wanted to get a massage. Thw lady who gave the massage put very little pressure on it after requesting for more pressure a few times. After an hour there she suggested me to do another half hour focusing on the neck. I did it with hope but it was the same result. After the massage she asks for tips too even tho the message was useless. Very unpleasant experience. A waste of time and money. (160!!)

I booked a deep tissue massage here. Overall great experience. The masseuse was definitely experienced and did well. It was more a trigger point rather than a deep tissue massage. She listened to my concerning areas and really spent time on those areas. Her pressure was closer to a swedish massage rather than deep tissue even though i requested deeper. She gave a different type of massage by mobilizing my arms in different directions and then massaging with my arm above my head, across my back, rolled over etc. and alleviating pain. I really appreciate that.The major con for me that actually resulted in me not wanting to come back is theres no private room that is heated. I was in a cluttered room with a shower, and infrared sauna, a bathroom light open, a light shining in my face in a corner with no heated table. I was shivering and cold the whole time. The standard massage experience is a heated room on a heated table to warm up your muscles etc. didnt get that. Hence their cheaper price tbh.

I found MY SPA in my search for an mPulse infrared sauna. I booked a 90 min deep tissue massage followed by an hour infrared sauna yesterday. It was amazing! I slept better than I have in years. My Spa is private, super clean - a hidden treasure. What a great experience.

Every visit has been off the charts awesome!There are a variety of rooms, some have Infrared Saunas, some have Sensory Deprivation Float Tanks, absolutely awesome, and each room has an amazing shower!Everything is new, and state of the art!Give Yan a call and schedule today, you will be very happy you did!

If youve never tried a float tank, Id recommend this place to try it and see what you think. The tanks are carefully maintained and large enough for a couple to enjoy the experience together. Add a massage and perhaps some sauna time - youll likely feel youve allowed yourself a very special treat. Clean, quiet, tastefully decorated, and a flexible package of services available. Try to avoid getting tank water into your eyes or you might have to get out to rinse them. Personally, I love the flotation experience. So relaxing.

We did a couples package for our first time floating and in the infrared sauna. The floating wasn’t for us but the sauna was relaxing and service was amazing! We enjoyed the private space and complimentary tea.

Love this place! First time customer and had a 10/10 experience from when I entered the building until I left. Room was clean and well equipped. I didn’t feel rushed and took my time to actually relax. My massage with Hannah was amazing! Will definitely be back. Thank you MySpa!

Yan took great care of me during my deep tissue massage. These types of massages are often not the most relaxing or comfortable, but Yan took the time out to explain what she was doing and ensure I was comfortable. The facility is brand new and so nice; additionally, you can often get same day appointments.I am so excited to check out all the different products My Spa Bellevue has to offer.

I spent time in the float spa, followed by a massage. The float spa was a unique experience, extremely relaxing. Yan performed the massage. She worked the muscles in my back in the exact manner that I had hoped for. The result of my massage is that I have not experienced the lower back discomfort that had been bothering me for some time. It was a very professional, and very thorough massage. I would happily repeat the experience.

My spa is beautiful is a beautiful, clean space designed to calm the mind, body and soul. Himalayan salt adorns most rooms. Yan is an excellent masseuse skilled in accupressure.My massage included a scented CBD oil which provided even more relaxation. The best massage I have ever had!

The deep tissue massage is a real deal. Super painful at first but after a few days, I feel the difference in my shoulders. Like, a heavy weight is lifted from them.

Kelly runs a nice place, and gives a great, relaxing experience. Massage is excellent, ambient music is very nice, and a shower afterwards is just the ticket. Try it.

The room and workers was nice and clean but I paid for swidish massage and got Thi massage that was very painful for 3 days after.

Highly recommended. The masseur is Chinese and very friendly. The Chinese massage is very professional and the pressure is strong. The infrared sauna was also very comfortable. The overall environment is very clean and tidy.

Its a pretty good store in Seattle. Very enthusiastic, the two masseurs really love the spa. Their enthusiasm will make you have a different experience. A store that I would like to visit again.
