The ONLY spa & salon I go to. Ive gotten my hair styled with Leo for 7+ years - not only is she an amazing human being, but she is immensely talented and only uses the best products on my hair.The spa & salon team in general is equally amazing. The best, most attentive customer service Ive ever received. They make everyone feel like royalty with the level of care they provide.Recent shout out: Franciso is a life savor. My wedding is in two weeks and my stylist dropped out - hair, makeup, and nails. Despite how busy and booked they were, Francisco found a way to ensure everything could be fulfilled on time and within my narrow wedding schedule. Francisco ended up helping me schedule 8+ appointments for services ranging from hair styling, to makeup, to mani/pedi.Francisco and the entire Spa & Salon team saved our wedding from being a disastor - aka saved me from becoming a bridezilla inside & out. I will be forever grateful for their help.

Have had many different services here and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Came in with my mom for a spa day and it was awesome! She RARELY gets time to chill and she left with a big smile on her face.

April 2023I’m a member of the Pro Club and decided to give the spa a try since it would make life easier if pro club could be a one stop shop kind of deal for gym and spa. I had the “relaxation massage” today which was $135 .Pros:The shower area was nice and clean.The masseuse was kind and considerate.The general atmosphere is relaxing.Cons:-The massage didn’t include arms which is odd.-The massage was 45min even though it says 60min online and in the spa’s listed services.-The sauna and whirlpools (the same ones that the gym members use) are not clean; lots of dust, dirt and rust.-The checkout process was made complicated and took roughly 10min due to an error that I specifically asked questions about prior so that there wouldn’t be any mistakes afterwards.Overall, it’s convenient if you are a pro club member but I definitely wouldn’t recommend to friends/family that aren’t members.——————————————————March 2024Ive been coming back here on and off again to try out different services to see which is good.About a month ago I had the “deep tissue massage with back scrub add-on. Turns out he add-ons are not actually added-on to the service time rather, they are taken out of the rest of the service. For example I scheduled a 90min massage with a 10min backscrub add-on but it was still going to be 90mins total.The massage was over and the masseuse signaled the service was over. I was confused because the back scrub hadnt happened (it was not her fault) so I let her know that I scheduled and was confirmed for both via text and when checking in.Apparently, the front desk forgot to add it in the notes/description paper they give to the service providers. Because it was the end of massage time, it was too late to have it done which was slightly inconvenient.For the last year of coming here, small inconveniences like this one happen fairly regularly if not every appointment.-------------------------------------------April 2024First time trying out the hair salon side and it was horrible.For context, when scheduling I specifically requested a stylist who specializes in balayages as I know how much skill it requires. After the appointment was scheduled I asked again if this stylist specializes in balayages and was assured he is.At the beginning of the appointment the vibe was already off, I was called over by the stylist after waiting for an extended period past my appointment time. Barely welcomed and not even a single half hearted smile so I was incredibly uncomfortable like I was an uninvited guest.I explained that my end goal is not a specific shade but rather a well blended balayage to make sure I have no harsh horizontal lines that would make it look like I have regrowth/roots that need to be done.During the process I noticed that after teasing the sections he was not pushing the teased section all the way to the root but rather leaving it about 1.5-2inches away from the root but I assumed he knew what he was doing. Then when the bleach was done, I was under the heated lamp for about 20min and he reapplied bleach to the section 2 inches down from my roots. He washed and blow dried my hair which is when I realized just how terrible it was.I pointed out the areas where there was splotching, zebra lines, and very clearly harsh lines. Even the most untrained eye could see how horrendous it looked. After pointing out the issues I realized that he did not care and was trying to convince me toner would fix it. I paid for the service with the girls at front desk who were clearly staring at how bad it was.I did as we discussed and toned my hair as soon as I got home yet it made no difference in the blending of the splotchy areas or in the harsh line 1in from my roots. It only improved the tone (as I would expect). I explained to the salon what happened in detail and was scheduled for a correction, will update after the appointment.

I had a diamond glow facial here last week and everything was excellent. I’ve had this facial at 2 other spas in the area and none compared. The spa at Pro Club offers access to their spa services (steam room, sauna, whirlpools, showers, and lounges) when you come in for a facial (or massage) service. Robes, slippers, and all ammenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, mouth wash, deodorant, lotion, hair dryers, towels, etc) are available for spa guests. There is no membership required but they do offer discounts to members.This spa offered 3 different levels of the diamond glow facial, something the other spas did not offer. I chose the max which was 75 minutes and included an extra mask and your choice of either dermaplaning or a chemical peel. I haven’t ever done dermaplaning but have had chemical peels so I chose to give it a try. It was a nice exfoliating service and would be great for anyone who might have darker hairs on their face. I had a calming mask after the rest of the facial was complete.Some extras offered here with this facial included cryotherapy (a cotton wand dipped in liquid nitrogen and rolled over your face) which was very nice and a hand/arm massage while the mask sets.My appointment was at 11:15 am on a Saturday. I came in a bit before my facial to enjoy the Spa but know that the whirlpools, sauna and steam room are part of the gym/facility locker rooms so it was busy around 10:30am. I did go back to the sauna after and there were only maybe 4-5 people around.This should be your location for diamond glow or any other facial service!

Ive been going to this salon for a number of years. Overall, Ive been happy with their services. There were some hiccups, but they course corrected along the way.For hair cut and balyage, I had to try a few stylists to finally find the one I really like. Allia is great, shell listen to you and makes sure the cut/color/style matches your expectation. I find her balyages amazing!Ive also done facials in the past and Jenny was my favorite aesthetition. She is very skilled and takes time to answer any questions you have.

I had a facial with Gina and it was AMAZING! My skin looks so much better - hydrated and bright! Highly recommend Gina!

My significant other and I have been multiple times as non members. I’ve been delighted by how clean the facility is as a whole, how quite it is, and how thorough the staff and services are. Check in and check out are simple. 5 stars for both Al & Dawn for massage therapy. Always a pleasure and a treat to come to Pro Club in Bellevue for a massage session. I have nothing but good things to say.

I’ve actually never used the Spa @ Pro. I am a member, however. I wanted to make an eyelash LIFT (not extensions) appointment. However, PRO requires a consultation appt (5-10 min?) for this service and it can’t be on the same day as the appointment. It is such an inconvenience. Zero consideration for the guest.The only reason I am looking for a new place is because my person is moving to a new state:-)Canceled everything (“consultation” and appointment) and made an appointment at the Bellevue Club.Bottom line: make it easy on your customers.

This place was a nice retreat! I had a Mother Daughter spa day. 😍 The staff was super nice and helped us out when we had questions. The place was very clean and so relaxing. I will definitely be coming back here for another spa day 😌

Less than an ideal experience for non-members. Bring your own towel, lock, and robe.Im sure the spa part is nice, but as a non-member I wasnt allowed to access the spa facilities. Ive got hip issues; I was looking forward to a hut tub. Plus, no towels to shower before or after. No way to lock up a purse. Getting out of the locker room required calling someone to come get me - theres no way out except going thru member only areas.The deep tissue massage was terrific though!

The Spa is such a unique and incredible environment that I have never experienced before in any other spa or wellness facility. I have been receiving massages and facials for 20 years, and I have never been disappointed with a service here. They truly hire THE BEST providers and people who are passionate about their profession. When life was normal pre pandemic, we used to be able to utilize the sauna, whirlpools, private dining which was ALL included (not the food of course) in the cost of your facial or massage, and I cannot wait for the restrictions to be lifted to allow this again!!! You can spend all day here and leave feeling like you were on vacation for a week! Theres no place like it, and you HAVE to try it for yourself!

I have been going to The Spa at Pro for over 5 years. Every aspect is impeccable down to the last detail. They truly care about my wellbeing and I feel that every time I visit. They are the only place I really trust with everything from hair and make-up to nails, massage, skincare and waxing. I love that I can get everything done here and trust that it will be perfect. Every time I come in there is something new and exciting to see, this place never stops growing! Thank you for taking such good care of me!

The PRO Club is one of the most comprehensive and professional facilities of its type in the region, with a full-service Spa, a Medical Spa and a health club stocked with a wide variety of equipment for both group and individual fitness. I have been a member for 30 years; to say the least, I am a very satisfied and enthusiastic client. Specifically, I have massage every 2-3 weeks, have had two good experiences at the Medical Spa, and – before Covid interrupted my training – used the exercise facilities five days a week.To get more specific, the Spa at PRO-Club offers a wide range of services (see their good website) and has, in my experience, high standards for their staff. I am also impressed with the extra care they invest to make the Spa safe during the Covid emergency … although it is always a top-flight facility with respect to the repair, design, ambience, and hygiene. The professionals in the Spa take a genuine and much appreciated interest in regular patrons and their care.It is a pleasure to unequivocally recommend the Spa at PRO-Club.

Amber is very knowledgeable and her empathy and skill shows through her touch.. She always knows just where to stretch and massage to relieve those sore muscles. I always feel more relaxed and energetic after a massage with Amber and highly recommend her for your body work post workout or a after a long day at work or for just a pick me up spa day.

The best massage therapists around! Ive been in many times through the years and seen several different massage therapists. All great with different styles of work.I especially love Amber, Al, and Mindy!

I highly recommend Amber at The Spa @ Pro Club. Ive got a massage with her more than one time and it never ceases to amaze me. She knows how to apply just the right amount of pressure to feel relieved of muscle tension and stress. She listens to the problems I mention and works them adequately to get the benefits that I need at the time. I look forward to my next session.

I used to love this gym very much until I found there is a lady using phone to take videos in the spa area!!! I told the front desk at the first time but they just showed no positive attitude to solve this issue or looking for that lady.I called them a lot of times and hope to get a response but the front desk staff just told me security was not there at night and asked me to leave a message I’m voice mail. That is ridiculous bc the lady will leave with her videos.I don’t know how this 5 star club will protect its members especially ladies.

I have visited this spa on multiple occasions and enjoyed my experience each and every time! It was nice to relax in the Men’s lounge before my service and my massage was one of the best I’ve had. I’m at a desk all day, so it was nice to have all the kinks worked out. I highly recommend the Spa at ProClub!

Great place for a spa day. It is clean and peaceful. There is access to hot tub, steam room and sauna. Message therapist was amazing and adjusted techniques based on needs. Apparently there is cafe there but it was closed during COVID pandemic

The spa was busy when I visited, but the front desk was still quick to greet me and very personable and friendly. My stylist made me feel like I was the only person in the spa, and did a fantastic job. Cant wait to go back!

Worst place ever. Please stay away. They have a policy that if you cancel in less than a 24 hour window they charge you for the service, so basically they value the time of their stylists, which is great.BUT they do not value the time of their client, I was made to wait for 40 mins for my appointment and they did not even have the decency to inform me . I had to go inquire etc. and then they were like oh sorry we are running late. That is double standards. If they charge for missed appointments then why do they make people wait .I had to leave on a trip and they wasted my time and messed up my entire experience.

I went in for haircut and color. The stylist messed up the color. There was still color left at the roots that could be seen on the skin! They charged $7.65 for support staff gratuity without telling me. What a rip off! They want Microsoft clients who don’t check their receipt and pay whatever they charge. I have been to so many salons but this is by far the worst. They entice you with the nice lobby but service is horrible!!!

This spa is truly 5 star! They take care of their clients and the ambiance is instantly relaxing. If you need to escape and unwind and also receive a top notch service, then go to the Spa at ProClub. It’s the best spa I’ve been to, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. You won’t be dissatisfied!

Big degradation in service!!! Mess!! Mess! Mess!!!For the last 8 years we have SPA girls date out before the New Years and we really was looking to repeat the tradition this year.However big disappointment hit us this time.Schedule was a mess!!! I have to cancel my massage because it was too late competing to entire group (of 6). It would be very long for rest of the team to wait for me...Services in dining was horrible!!! It took 30 min to serve water. Drinks were served after food was already on the table... also majority of items on the menu weren’t available after it was already ordered and clarifications arrived 20 min after the order was placed.Manager wasn’t great help either. I felt it was waste of time event talking to her (Laura)Next year we will have to find other place to enjoy the holidays time. And it is very unfortunate :((((

I had the best experience while getting my eyebrow’s microbladed. Laura was very thorough and made my experience amazing. I was very nervous as it was a permanent “tattoo” on my face. Thank you Laura for the amazing experience and beautiful eyebrows!

I recently had color done by one of their senior stylists. I wanted to go from brown to a brown/blond highlight. I showed him a photo. After 3.5 hours, it looked nothing like the photo. There were huge chunks of brown. Also the highlights started inches from my roots and you could see straight horizontal lines where the brown ended and blond started in parts of my hair. To top it off he basically bleached my ends and completely fried my hair. It was over $400. Never going back. Oh and he was sniffling and adjusting his mask the whole time so obviously theyre letting employees work while sick. (It has been about a month since then so he did NOT have COVID) but it was super scary and awkward.

Had three poor experiences in a row. 1st colorist got color all over my forehead, ears, and neck that was really hard to get off. The second forgot to put me under the heating thing. The third was almost half an hour late for my appointment. It was very expensive so I don’t expect these rookie mistakes and poor service! Finding another salon moving forward!

Im always greeted by professional service and care, no matter what service I get! I appreciate how they have handled the pandemic using caution with exceptional cleanliness, I always feel at ease in the salon. Hand downs, recommend!

TERRIBLE experience with aesthetician Lo - NEVER book waxing with her! She literally got SO much wax stuck in my head hair and not a word of apology! Used extremely hot wax throughout - did not reduce temperature despite me requesting her thrice to do so!

I always get my mani/pedi with Patrice. Pro club is so clean and all the services are top-notch. I highly recommend them.I love seeing Patrice and so do my fingers and toes.

I was literally shocked to see and read the reviews of this spa on google. I have been going here for more than 15 years. Thats right. 15+ years. My hair colorist, Jeff, is a GEM. No on does color like he does. At least in my not so humble opinion. Every business has its ups and downs as far as service. But overall this place is fantastic. So do not be dissuaded from booking here. Try it for yourself.

The Pro Club spa is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is very relaxing and luxurious.

Very pricey, but the environment and the cleanliness is great. You also get to use the locker and sauna/steamroom.

Half of the 5 star reviews are employees of the spa or the club. Take them all with a grain of salt
