They got me in last minute, I was in severe pain and walked out feeling a little lighter. The customer service at the front desk was outstanding, and my therapist Colt was very intuitive as to what my needs were today. I signed up for a membership and look forward to going back next week!

I love coming to Elements Massage; I always receive a very warm welcome from the friendly staff at reception. The talented, experienced masseurs are conscientious and incredibly good at what they do. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Booked the same day as I had terrible back pain and was lucky to get an appointment with Misa. She was amazing and very intuitive about how to release the tension. Highly recommend booking with her and also adding the Himalayan stone, as she suggested. Truly great experience.

The front desk staff is warm and friendly. I had a very pleasant experience with my massage therapist Ruiqi. Shes knowledgeable and caring. I felt relaxed and recharged after our 90 minutes massage + cupping session and immediately scheduled another session with her. Highly recommend!

Few experiences to add here.- Admin/receptionist has no idea who can perform deep massage and who can’t.- Price isn’t competitive at all, considering there are many other places who offer better price with more services offering.- Please make sure to state what exactly you need when making an appointment. Do not assume that staffs know what you want. I experienced ignorance and also not as much caring towards me when I visited for service.I will not be visiting again.

Excellent and friendly staff at a very convenient location. Every massage Ive had, for reasons from relaxation to dealing with injuries, has been treated with respect and worked out great. Whatever type of massage youre looking for, the front desk staff will help you connect with the perfect therapist. Highly recommend if youre in the area!

Do you enjoy subpar massages and front desk representatives that have no idea what they’re doing? Do you enjoy being told both over the phone and in person, by both the manager and the front desk, that you’ll be removed from their mailing lists only to continue being harassed YEARS later? Then this is the place for you!

Ruiqi did an excellent job! I requested a firm deep tissue massage, and thats what I got. She communicated well with me to understand what she was doing and working on. I was greeted by the front desk. The studio was very clean, tidy, and a very welcoming and calming place. The beds are heated, which I havent experienced at other massage therapists, which added to the relaxation. I recommend this place as they offer various therapeutic massages and multiple Therapists that can cater to your specific needs.

The first massage I ever had with Elements was great, and this was about a year ago (this therapist has since left). I went back recently and did not have a pleasant experience. My massage started late and ended early, so the entire thing lasted less than 50 minutes when the session was supposed to be an hour. The massage therapist also talked frequently during the session, which was odd and not relaxing. I’ve had a lot of massages, and this was in the bottom 10% of them (at times painful, and pressure was either too strong or too light). I’m not sure if I just had bad luck this time but I’m hesitant to go back.

Consistent service especially on the pressure rating for each therapist.

FYI Elements Massage in Bellevue is now requiring their members to show up in person to cancel their memberships.

I went to Rick at the Bellevue location for my monthly hour long massage. It was my first time with this therapist and at this location. I almost don’t want to leave this review because I don’t want him to be booked 3 months out and I can’t get a session with him. 😂 But Rick was amazing! Probably one of the top 3 massages I’ve gotten in my life. He used the perfect amount of pressure, was very professional, and great communication. Can’t recommend him enough!

Attentive and knowledgeable massage therapist named Ruiqi (ray-CHEE) gets a 5 star recommendation from me. She practiced acupuncture for 20+ yrs in another country before moving to the US to practice massage. Where her English is a little broken, she impressed me with her deep knowledge of the body and passion for helping people. I came in that day with severe nerve and muscle pain, and after 60min + cups with Ruiqi, I left pain free. Truly amazing. I look forward to seeing Ruiqi again.

Great experience so far. Ive seen two of their therapists. Both have different styles but I was happy with both as I felt they took into consideration what my goals were and what was needed. I was very impressed with the last person I saw, Misa. The first time I saw her I told her about some concerns I had regarding not being able to get comfortable and we came up with a plan to strategically position a couple pillows to alleviate this. The 2nd time I saw her, she already had the extra pillows set up because she remembered my preferences after one visit.

Starting coming here during the pandemic when I was pregnant and have been a loyal customer ever since. Great customer service and wonderful massage therapists. See Marisol if you want a strong-pressured massage, or Keeley or Kayla for medium-pressure massage. All 3 are amazing. I take my parents whenever they visit me from overseas.

Booked a bit last minute and was so pleasantly surprised by the skill of the massage therapist.Not too much pressure that it was uncomfortable but enough to get out several knots.Would definitely return.

Ever since I started seeing Jacob once a month my migraine and back pain have gotten so much better.I tried a lot of other things beforehand but this is the only thing that is actually working for me.I can’t recommend it enough.I haven’t tried other therapist there but Jacob has helped me so much!I can highly recommend him for anyone with similar issues.

Within one month span, they canceled on me twice with less than a few hours notice, yet they have a 24 hour cancellation policy that if you cancel after 24 hours you get charged. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior. I didn’t bother calling back the second time they canceled last minute, going elsewhere. I don’t recommend this place and I don’t recommend booking with Keeley since it was always canceled with her.

Elements somehow hires the best people for masseuses. I took my mom and it was awesome. Consistently the best massages I’ve ever had. Shout out to Vinny and Ruiqi

I made a mistake of purchasing a membership on the first day. I wasnt aware i had to give a 30 days notice for them to cancel my membership. Besides they bill you even after the notice.I have mixed responses regarding the massages there, the first was pretty bad and second was good. It depends on the providers you choose from.I am disappointed by their service and responses i got. Wouldnt recommend it to people and definitely do not subscribe to their memberships.

Elements environment was wonderful and relaxing! The staff worked extra hard with me to book my appointments! They were very thoughtful and kind. However, my massage was sad :(. I am not one to complain typically, and this is my first review ever! But after a day of thinking about it I want to. My issue was, I have back issues that I mention to my therapist. I explained that I had A large knot on the back of my neck, and a lot of knots and pain in my back and shoulder blades. On the chart they have you fill out I circled my shoulder blade shoulders and neck, that was it. When I got in the room with my therapist, I explain to her what was going on, and told her that I would really like work on my neck and back. She told me that my issue might actually be in my chest. I heard her out with her being the professional, I respected her knowledge. I consented to some chest work, however, I repeat again about how my back needs work. I asked her specifically to make sure that that was the focus.My massage was 90 minutes, she spent the majority of the time on my chest with some on my neck. She then told me to flip over, because we only have 15 minutes for my back. I was very sad, because when she got to my back and my upper neck, she said that she didn’t believe the issue was in my chest at all. So that chest work was unnecessary??? left unsatisfied with a sore chest, and my back still sore, as it did not get worked out. not only that, but she had longer fingernails and I have a bruise from her nail on my side/ chest area. :( just sad when you were looking forward to relief, And didn’t get it.

I always get such great services at the Elements Massage Bellevue. The entire staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean and calming. I adore Gina (who has to take an extended leave of absence - Ill miss you!). My husband enjoys seeing Jared - who Ill be trying next month! I look forward to my monthly massage visits - I leave feeling much more relaxed and centered.

I go to Elements for 2 different reasons. For pain and for relaxation. Both have been very helpful so far. Mackenzie is so friendly and helpful. I’ve had Luna and Marisol both helpful! Marisol’s massage took my migraine away immediately, and my pain and soreness throughout the day! Amazing work Marisol!

I arrived for the massage a few minutes early, but then had to fill the paperwork which took ~5-10 minutes so ultimately, my massage didn’t start until closer to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Which would have been fine if I was still given a 60 minute massage as I had paid for, but instead, the masseuse ended the massage 5 minutes EARLIER than the SCHEDULED end time. So I ended up only receiving a 40 minute massage when I had already (over)paid for 60 minutes.Very disappointed. And as someone who gets regular massages, was not really wow-ed by those 40 minutes either...

I saw Riqui last week and was very disappointed at her level as a massage therapist. My husband booked this appointment and found Elements in Spa finder as a wedding gift from last month. I came in just on time, was 5-10 minutes late getting ready on the bed as I thought the location was in Issaquah. Riqui introduced herself briefly and asked me what I wanted. I told her a full body massage, deep tissue with a focus on my lower left back (showed her where the pain is) as I’ve been seeing a PT. I received a light massage instead, hurt my back 2x being poked, was given no instructions on how to position my body after my head was sinking in when I laid flat on my back, and was even pushed down from my shoulders when I told her I was uncomfortable in my position. I told her to stop and I want to end my session now within 35 minutes in. Receptionist wasn’t friendly, and proceeded to give me a free massage instead (when they charged my gift card) and didn’t ask me to give any feedback at all. I spoke to the manager right after and gave her my feedback instead. As a client, I didn’t feel valued and I’m just so disappointed with Elements. It’s been a week and I still haven’t received a call from the manager as I wanted a full refund.

Saw Rachael for an appointment and she was just okay. You can tell she enjoys what she does she just wasnt good enough for me. Ive had chronic issues with my back for years and need someone who is a bit more aggressive. A day later and I cant even tell I got a massage because Im still in the same discomfort as I was going in and the knots are still there. The place was nice enough but for what you pay I expected a more experienced massage.

This was my first time getting massage from Jared. He was great and was able to work out the knots in my back. He listened to everything I said about what I needed and what issues I have when getting massages and followed through with everything the right way. All the massage therapists have been wonderful. I highly recommend Elements for everyone.

Staff is wonderful, customizable massages, pricing is average to high compared to other massage offerings in the area, but they do offer a monthly package at a discounted rate. Scheduling and availability has been a smidge unreliable, but I’ve noticed that getting better with the hiring of new therapists.

I bought a groupon for two 1hr massages at Elements. This place is great! Walking in as a new client, I filled out one page history form which took less than 5 minutes. I requested a deep tissue massage which really relieved the tension in my back and shoulders. I dont recall the name of the massage therapist, but she had amazing strength! I believe she was from Columbia. I highly recommend Elements Massage! I cant wait for my next appointment!

Staff was friendly, well prepared for COVID safety but also fast and efficient with everything. The massage itself was amazing! Rowe is great and I cant wait to go back. She is the best and the entire staff is incredible!

Kind people the massage therapist was amazing

I had my first visit at this location when I first arrived to Bellevue. I got a 90 minute massage and the girl that worked on me was absolutely amazing. It wasn’t until I checked out that I realized I was shorted 30 minutes of my session. I don’t know if there was a miscommunication on the scheduling part or what. I’m sure they would have compensated me for the shorted 30 minutes, but even then that’s a huge difference in price. I’ve gone somewhere else since.

This is a great studio. It is very relaxing and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and always very accommodating. The therapists have all been excellent although each person has a different style and skill level.

The staff provides really knowledgeable and friendly service. I was matched up with Jared and really enjoy my massage. It was definitely what I needed. My back, shoulders and neck were super tense. Jared was able to work through all my knots and it really ease the discomfort.

Elements Massage in Bellevue is an excellent facility! They have clean and inviting waiting rooms and restrooms, the front office is professional and friendly, and my massage therapist (Vernadete) did an excellent job. I will definitely be back!

UPDATED: Edie is an amazing manager and you should work with her when going to this establishment. She listened to my concerns ($75 for same day cancellation) and she made sure to work with me on my scheduling and when I needed to cancel. The front staff is not the best and they dont seem to have much knowledge of what exactly they are doing, so I would say if you have questions skip asking front desk and send an email directly to manager. She has top notch customer service and honestly cares about the establishment.

My wife and I started going to Elements in Bellevue a short time ago and were so happy to have found Jacob. Jacob is, by far, the best massage therapist. He has been profoundly instrumental in helping me rehab my shoulder dislocation from a skiing accident. Jacob is very attentive about pressure and familiarizing himself with the needs of his clients. I just wish they had better music.

The massage therapists were geat but the payment process was not so great. They required credit card info for their record in advance at the time I made the appointment. Then when you get ready to pay after your massage, the receptionist asked how much you would like to tip and said its all taken cared of. Nothing to.sign and your credit card has been charged.Really? I went back home and checked the charges and I was over charged. I called to report it and the receptionist said she will credit the difference. It has been 2 days and havent seen the credit come through yet. Will be calling back.If you go there, make sure you check your charges before you leave. Other places do not require your credit card info prior to your appointment. Unfortunately I wont be going back.

This location, which is very conveniently located and has plenty of parking, is a great place to get a massage in Bellevue. It is warm and welcoming. The staff are friendly and professional. A recent massage I had there was very relaxing, and the massage therapist checked in with me for my comfort level with temperature, lighting, and massage pressure. I would definitely return.

I had a medium deep swedish massage and it was relaxing. For the hour and half it was a full body massage (minus intimate body areas of course). Masseuse was professional and nice. They provide a bottle of water at the end. Private rooms with relaxing music, and dim lighting. Sturdy tables which are nice for those of us on the heavy end of the scale. Great place, Ill be going back!

Have only successfully booked a massage here one time of the five I have attempted. The other four times Ive tried, they call DAY OF to cancel the appointment. Very very unprofessional conduct. If you allow customers to book online you should make sure you have capacity to allow for it. Will not use again.

Im a regular at Elements in Bellevue. Being a member gets me a great discount each massage. With my stress from work and family, my 90 mins is a way for me to reset my mind and body. Rachael is one of the best. She listens closely and is a wonderful therapist. And the front desk staff is excellent.

Im a big fan of massages and also of Elements. I started my membership in Texas before I moved to Seattle and have kept it up at this Bellevue location. I love the knowledgeable staff and they are always helpful and kind. I *highly* recommend this location for deep tissue and/or relaxation massages.

This is my go to place for massage, for deep tissue massage for over worked muscles and spasms or pure relaxation bliss, or something in between. Add on the cbd treatment, aromatherapy, or Himalayan salt stones for something extra special. All the therapists are great and offer something a little different, so have fun finding a favorite.

Very average to poor massage. However my fiancee got one she liked at the same time so maybe it was just my therapist. The actual facilities were nice though and clean.

Ive become a regular at Elements Massage. I really like how the massage is customized to my needs. On my first visit, I said I liked having my face massaged. The therapist, Mylinh, said it had been a while since shed done that. But on my second visit, shed brushed up on face massage techniques just for me!

I went for a prenatal massage. Jennifer did an amazing job! She always made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. She was very knowledgeable about prenatal and made me feel better about receiving a massage while pregnant.

Avoid the packages, stick with the one off. The person who used to work with me - Amanda, is no longer there. She gave deep massage that was intense but theraputic. The new therapist however was more relaxation than theraputic. The lousy part is that I purchased a package of massages because of the previous therapist and how effective her massage was - now Im stuck with wimp-wristed massages for the next year or services. I dont think I can tollerate another session. First person to like can have the remainder of them on me.

Tricia is the best! My massages are always consistently great - she adjusts for any pain or stiffness Im having and is always so pleasant. I leave feeling relaxed and pampered every time.

My masseuse was very attentive and had a lot of great ideas about how I could improve my pain and posture at home. I could tell Gina really cared about what was happening in my body and was able to be technical with me about muscle groups,conditions, etc., reflecting her mastery of anatomy.

I visited Elements Massage in Bellevue today. Gina combined relaxation with therapy and it was the best massage I have ever had! I am looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend :)

Ask for someone with at least 2 years of experience else be prepared to feel the roughness in strokes. For new graduates, $50 to $60 should be the price. You ask them about how often people come, and you get a response like, every alternate day! Give me a break!
