I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Aaron at Massage Envy, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Aarons professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment I walked in. He took the time to understand my needs and concerns, ensuring that the massage was tailored perfectly to address my problem areas.Aarons technique was impeccable. His pressure was just right, providing both relaxation and relief from the tension I had been carrying. Throughout the session, he checked in to ensure I was comfortable, which made me feel incredibly cared for. His knowledge of different massage techniques and his ability to apply them seamlessly made for one of the best massages Ive ever had.

Erwin has knowledgeable and sensitive, strong hands. My whole upper back a d shoulders were very tight and knotted. He worked all of that out firmly, but without being too hard. Wow! I feel so much better even 2 days later. Thank you, Erwin!

Monika was the best MT Ive ever had and will be the reason I restart my membership. It’s been hard to manage my visits over the past year but she makes it worth making time to get in there. Thank you for the amazing massage.

I have been a member of massage envy for close to 15 years. I have had prenatal massages with both of my pregnancies. This was my first time at the Beverly Hills location and my first time with Erwin. This was hands down the best prenatal massage and possibly the best massage I have ever had!! Cant wait to book again!! Thank you Erwin!!!

I have been seeing Azalia regularly and she is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable and intuitive. She always knows the areas that need the most work and my back has been improving since I’ve been seeing her.

I have been going to Massage envy for about 15 years. I know a good massage from one trying to be. In all these years I have found four great ones. Two in Pittsburgh Pa, one Fort Lauderdale Florida and my current one is here at this location in Beverly Hills. Aldo is my massage therapist. Also he is kind and extremely sensitive and he can do a deep tissue massage like no one else if you need so. I attribute his great abilities to him being blind. He has developed a special touch by navigating life through feel and not sight that is my believe.

I highly recommend Aldo! He listened to my needs for a massage that would provide relaxation and stress relief. I have a lot of knots in my muscles and my shoulders and neck are particularly tight. He worked those areas using massage and stretching that released tension and help me have better range of motion. He also worked on the quad muscle just above where it connects to the knee. No one’s ever done that before, and his attention to this often overlooked area really impressed me.

Aaron is an exceptional massage therapist. He is very receptive and mindful of my needs and preferences. He is very experienced and knowledgeable about his work. Whenever I ask him questions he takes the time to explain me and gives me tips to improve my condition. I have been coming to Massage Emvy for over 10 years. I have been seeing Olga Trujillo as my massage therapist for several years and I have to say- she is an intuitive healer. I don’t know what I would do without her healing hands!! Thank you Olga! Your massages have made a huge difference in how my body feels!!

Aldo is great! I have lots of knots in my neck & back & he really worked on them. I prefer deep not light. He checked in with me often. Recommend trying him out :)

I had a 90 minute customized facial with Monika and it was the best facial I’ve ever had. She paid a lot of attention to detail, have a very good technique, and offered good tips for skin care with out being pushy. I have been to other massage evokes, and had very poor experience that has left me wanting to cancel my membership. Monika has made me want to keep it and return back to this location!

My third visit to this location in Beverly Hills. I enjoy and am soothed and rejuvenated by the massage service that Melany provides each time. And kudos to the young man behind the front desk who promptly made it a priority to replenish the paper towel supply in the men’s room when notified.Frank V.

I have been going to Massage Envy for a number of years and Aldo at this location is the best, hands done, pune intended. He seems to really be able to read the individuals issues and needs, and adapt to fit each client. Seruoisly, if you go to Massage Envy give him a try.

I want to gatekeep Latoya but alas it wouldn’t be fair to the world: she’s the absolute best! I’ve been going to her for almost two years; seeing her for my monthly massages. She fixes me up every time and she packs real power in that small frame of hers. She is also so friendly and a joy to be around. Book your massage with Latoya and you will be changed for the better!

Jazmine is a great Therapist. She always asks me what body part I would like to focus on in each session and how soft/firm I need the pressure to be on that particular day. This way I have a unique experience every time!

Treated my Sister for her BIRTHDAY to the BEVERLY HILLS (ME) location and the Experience was STELLAR!!!Daniel, the masseuse was exceptional!!! ...and ALL the Front Desk staff..., Angelica, Jaiyme (I believe was her name) there was a 3rd but I didnt get her name, but each one of them were absolutely GREAT, ...knowledgeable, friendly, and professional because of this they made the experience very PLEASANT and ENJOYABLE...WE,my 2 Sisters and I, will definitely come back again soon.

I love Massage Envy! However my visit with Emily was the worst experience Ive ever had there, I think she fell asleep 2 or 3 times during my massage, and I was very unsatisfied when Ieft. My overall experience was I would not recommend this therapist to anyone.

Ive been a massage envy member for several years and I visited the Beverly Hills location while visiting California. I selected Aldo and he was incredible! Not only was my massage enjoyable but he was so kind and my back feels the best it has in quite some time. A+ for Aldo!

Aldo was truly outstanding...absolutely deserving of praise and KUDOS. He listened and paid attention to details. His technique was tremendous. I play a lot of tennis and have rotator cuff issues in both shoulders (regions). His sports massage/focus was just what I requested and hoped for. With active feedback and interaction he pinpointed precise spots of attention. My shoulders, neck and arms feel the best in months....really! He improved my mobility and I slept great last night. I was in LA on business, but am encouraged to find a similar sports masseur in FL for regular treatment. 5 stars for Massage Therapist Jasmine! Professional, kind, excellent technique.Nice staff, yet a little unorganized at check-in. I arrived early. I had to wait, then a staff member took 10 minutes to go through questions regarding allergies, discomfort areas, resulting in less time for my massage. A rush get in and out vibe, no after treatment relaxation. However, nice easy spot in the area grateful it is there.

Junny is my massage therapist. He truly is THE BEST masseuse I have ever been to. He has excellent people skills, is polite, and does an excellent job with my massages. It’s because of him that I come to Massage Envy.

Juny is amazing! He really gives it all he’s got! He seems very experienced and professional, I had stretching then deep tissue and it may have been the best I’ve ever had ! Amazing, such a sweet guy, he kept checking in to ensure I was okay during the massage which I appreciate. It wasn’t rushed, very relaxing and calm space. 10/10 would recommend Erwin!

Calvin is incredible for athletes. Mix of “hurts so good” massage & chiropractic work. He’s very talented and passionate about his work. Highly recommend for athletic people who need specific care and focused therapy.

Calvin was born for this line of work! we laughed, we cried, I left bruised and limber after my deep tissue massage. He even gave me tips to upkeep his work if it’ll be awhile before I see him again.I live in OC but my fiancé lives in LA will definitely be coming back to Calvin never anywhere else!

Erwin was terrific. He listened about my trouble spots and was very courteous and professional.

My therapist did not give me deep tissue at all. It was kind of disappointing, I explained what I wanted before the massage and it just seemed as if she was tired as I was the last appointment of the day. She even finished 10 minutes early, I should have got my whole 55 mins. I wont be using Emily again.

Aldo was great. He checked in regularly to see that his pressure was ok, that I was comfortable. Worked out several knots that I didn’t know I had. Great experience.

I was extremely sore after walking a half marathon, especially my upper leg, glutes and hip and was having a hard time walking. Erwin was a miracle worker. The next day I had no soreness or pain and walking normal.

Never disappointed me every time I visited, all the staff are friendly and make you feel welcome. Worth the price. I like Miriam too she is amazing and gives you some advice which helps me a lot.

I almost don’t want to share who my masseuse is because I want him to continue to have availability for me lol but it’s undeniable that Erwin has the hands of an angle. He’s seasoned, attentive, has the knowledge of anatomy and a keen understanding of different muscle groups, possesses a combination of technical skills, empathy, intuition, and professionalism; and most importantly, he tailors his techniques to my specific needs.

Massage Envy for whatever their reasons do Not pass on my comments to one another because they are independently owned. I have talked with both the managers in Oakland Walnut Creek and now Las Angeles. All I want is for the massage person to know what I prefer.

Loretta offered to do a facial massage for my TMJat the beginning of the session but clearly forgot. It was a little disappointing because she offered. Otherwise it was a good massage

Melanie is by far the best masseuse I have ever encountered!! I have had many many massages in my life and went to massage school myself but never pursued it. As a result, I can immediately tell when a masseuse means it when they massage a client based on their strokes. Melanie is spectacular!! If you guys start taking my appointment slots Ill be very upset! 😆

Dirty location, with cockroaches. With unwashed carpet on the floor, not suitable for a massage parlor. With tired staff, driven to work quickly and send their customers quickly, to take on others. Instead of an hour of massage, the client receives only 50 minutes, or less. This is the lie that no one should have to stand there for. Besides many others.​

Ive used Massage Envy for my massage needs for about 4 years now. Aaron at the Beverly Hills location was absolutely great! Aaron understands the pressure you request and you dont have to correct him during the massage. He has a balance between therapeutic and relaxation when needed.

My massage was exceptional!!! Olga listened to my concerns and addressed them. She is very knowledgeable and has healing hands. I highly recommend. Run, don’t walk to book your appointment. I heard she books up weeks in advance.

My massage with LaToya was amazing! She really helped relieve some back pain for me. The only bad part was walking out of the massage and getting hit with a hard sell to buy a membership. I said no multiple times, and it just kept going. Completely ruined the relaxed feeling I had.

I was in real need of a massage and Daniel took care of that. He was exceptional I will be requesting him from now on. He was very attentive to the areas I wanted to focus. I came out of there feeling a lot better than when I first went in. I will be making my next appointment soon. Thank you

This was the worst experience Ive had with a Massage Envy and will be going to an actual high end spa from now on.The only good massage was with Jazmin, who was responsive and provided what I asked for. My partner was with a different therapist (didnt get her name) who did not provide anything they asked for (light pressure where she wanted and hard stretching where she did not).The front desk was the second worst experience. We expect to be up sold when there but this was different than anything weve been through. The associate did not let us pay so we can leave despite our requests until after the 10-15 minute sales pitch (which we indicated we were not interested in). After we repeated that we didnt not want to pay for a membership or bundles of massages he got annoyed and finally let us pay.

Ladan is an exceptional esthetician at Massage Envy! I recently had a facial with her, and I couldnt be happier with the results. She has a gentle touch and a thorough understanding of skincare, which made the experience incredibly relaxing and effective. Ladan took the time to assess my skin and customize the treatment to address my specific concerns. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire session. I left feeling rejuvenated and with noticeably improved skin. I highly recommend Ladan to anyone looking for a skilled and caring esthetician.

The entire experience from calling to book, to greeting as I walked in to an excellent massage by Jasmine. Everyone in this location that I encountered understood how to deliver an excellent customer experience. Bravo to the staff and the management of this location. I wish they were all like you. If youre looking for an exceptionally rejuvenating massage, you might want to continue your search elsewhere. Because at the Beverly Hills location, the envy in Massage Envy was nowhere to be found! I mean, there was no envy here, just pure disappointment coupled with a mild yearning for a proper massage.I had made a specific request for a massage with firm pressure when I booked my appointment. This was something I had emphasized as essential to my experience. However, my request fell on deaf ears. It was only until after I kindly reminded my massage therapist of this request that he revealed he couldnt follow through due to a thumb injury. Now, Im no massage connoisseur, but I expect massage places to provide workers who are, you know, capable of actually massaging. If I wanted light touches, I would have taken a cozy afternoon stroll and let the wind tickle my back. Or better yet, I couldve saved my $100, gone home, and asked my dog to give me a back scratch for free. He does a pretty good job, too.I have to admit, this wasnt the ideal scenario for rest and relaxation, neither for me nor the therapist. His condition left me feeling somewhat helpless in effectively communicating my needs, as my initial request exceeded his physical capabilities. Throughout my entire session, I couldnt stop wondering about the poor therapists thumbs and how they ended up in such a sorry state. Are they working their folks to the bone here? It makes me wonder if this Massage Envy location is overworking their employees to the point of injury, and still forcing them to work regardless of their physical limitations.There I lay, while the therapist soldiered on, despite his obvious need for rest. I couldnt shake the overwhelming sense of guilt of knowing he was at risk of further injury and physical discomfort at my expense. Subsequent requests were limited in tailoring the experience to my needs, which isnt the therapists fault, but rather a result of Massage Envys policies. It wasnt like I could just walk out on the session without him losing out on pay, which left us both in a precarious predicament. While I tried to make the best of the situation, it left much to be desired.Im not entirely certain about the reasoning behind Massage Envys decisions, but their approach is comparable to inviting a gourmet chef to prepare a meal with a kitchen devoid of functional utensils and ingredients, and just as theyre about to start cooking, they reveal that they have a broken hand and cant even grip a knife. Just as a chef relies on the right tools and quality ingredients to create a delectable dish, a masseuse relies on the use of their hands in perfect working order to deliver a satisfying massage. In both scenarios, the outcome falls significantly short of the expected standards. For an establishment that prides itself on prioritizing self-care and wellness, its embarrassing that these values did not reflect in the treatment of their massage therapists.If youre seeking a massage that actually feels like a massage, this might not be the place for you. I hope that Massage Envy Beverly Hills reevaluates their policies and unethical work conditions to ensure that their customers receive the quality service they deserve, with therapists who are both willing and able to provide the services they promise. The whole experience left me scratching my head, or should I say, wishing I was back home, letting my canine pal do his magic. And if youre into light touches, Im sure your furry friend would be delighted to oblige!

Looking at other reviews, it seems there’s been a positive change in management recently since I haven’t experienced a single problem with this location. On the contrary- everyone communicates very clearly and politely.But the star of this review has to be Gwen. She is without a doubt the best massage therapist I’ve ever been to. I have never told someone the issues I’m having and had them pinpoint my problem areas *immediately* like Gwen does. She has a virtuoso knowledge of the human muscular structure and she is extremely conscious of making the entire experience as calming and serene as it can be. And to top it off, her overall disposition is immensely comforting. You know those people you meet and it just feels like being wrapped in a warm blanket? That’s Gwen. Cannot recommend her enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

She hit the points where I carry most of my stress and the pressure was perfect all the way through since I didn’t want a deep massage.My skin feels amazing after my facial with Ladan. 5 LaToya was great. Please tell her I appreciated her attention to detail and how she tailored my service to meet what she saw were my individual needs. So many times a therapist will just do routine strokes but it seemed to me that she was evaluating what she could feel and adjusting her technique accordingly.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would! I signed up for a membership here, SENT IN MY CANCELLATION FORM, Received confirmation that they received it and it was cancelled AND PROCEEDED TO CHARGE MY CARD FOR SIX MONTHS AFTER IT WAS CANCELLED!!!!! I called and spoke with the manager who found my cancellation form and said he can only refund me for two without having to call corporate so as a courtesy to them, I kept four credits on file. He told me I would have ONE YEAR to use them. Called to make an appointment and was told they were EXPIRED. He was no longer the manager, and I had to explain the whole situation to another manager, who agreed to extend my credits. Six months later this last Thursday, I called to make an appointment and I tried to use it with my boyfriend, and they would not let me transfer a credit (which I pay $10 for each time) because I didn’t have an active membership. I was also told that my credits were expired AGAIN! The receptionist sent a message while I was on the phone to a third manager, and I had to explain the whole situation to her so she could attempt to relay it over email to the manager who then said she would do me a favor and extend them for two weeks! TWO WEEKS???? And still would not let me transfer a credit. When I called on Thursday I was told she wasn’t in, but would definitely call me on Friday. Today is now Tuesday and I still have not heard from anyone. Not to mention every single time I call they are apparently fully booked for weeks in advance, so how exactly am I supposed to use two credits which I didn’t even want in the first place within two weeks?DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! This has been the biggest waste of money and time and a HUGE HEADACHE!!!!!!EDIT - today is not Wednesday, I called back yesterday and was told the manager would be in today and called back today and was told the manager will be in tomorrow. Meanwhile, I’ve been calling since Thursday and was told the manager read the note to call me, but just didn’t call it has been almost a week that I’ve called every single day. Trying to get in touch with a manager!

Latoya was amazing! I may just have to change locations just so I can have her as my massage therapist.

Gwen at Massage Envy Beverly Hills is the absolute best! Ive been going to her for 6 years. She always greets me with a big smile and gives the best massages. She works on whatever body parts need it at that time or sometimes just the whole body massage. She is always respectable and professional! The front desk people change frequently and there isnt any consistency. Ive had numerous problems with checking out time to time including them not knowing how to look things up or use gift cards.

Chatreya is amazing! She is so knowledgeable and was able to try and relieve my lower back pain in a way I didn’t know was possible.

This was my first time at Massage Envy because I got a gift card from my job, and I was so excited to get a massage finally. I was a little hesitant about going bc of the reviews. But I’m the type like find out for yourself, then decide if you will ever go back. So I went, and I had the best experience! I’m happy I didnt go based on the reviews. I was welcomed with fantastic customer service and a smile! Oh, also, you do NOT need a mask. It’s optional, but massage envy sent me 5 text messages reminding me to wear my mask for my appointment. So I think they should update that! Jazmine was the best massage therapist. She listened to my needs and was so sweet, and had magical hands! Staci was also excellent with my facial and knowledgeable about my skin and what to do and what not to do! 10 out of 10! I will be returning! This is the first review I have ever written, so that should say something! Massage Envy Beverly Hills, good job!

I had a really sore neck from sleeping wrong, so Jazmine loosened it up for me. I also found the woman at the front desk who checked me out to be very helpful.

LaToya was amazing! She has the special touch with massage. Staci was my Facialist and she is so knowledgeable about skin. She gave me some great tips and I can’t wait to go back.

Gwen is MAGIC! I almost don’t want to write this so I don’t have to share her, but the world needs to know! I’ve been getting massages regularly for almost 20 years, in NYC, LA, Oahu and London. I know how hard it is to find a good therapist. She’s firm, gets to the problems(some I never even noticed before) and I never leave sore! I always walk out feeling a bit healed after. She’s incredible.

I recently moved to L.A. and am looking for a new place for weekly massage & bodywork. A few hours before my appointment, they canceled my appointment and switched me to a therapist with a different gender. I spend a lot of time researching provider feedback before booking appointments. Their terms shouldnt allow them to switch therapists without the customers permission. I will take my business elsewhere.

Melany did a fantastic job! I’m a new mom with a sore upper back and she worked wonders! The facility is calm, inviting, and most of all very clean.

After over a decade of membership, I am saddened to have to write such a poor review. While the therapists themselves are great, management is poor. They book over scheduled appointments and you will often arrive to discover that your appointment slot was given away to someone else. A waste of time to drive all the way there, only to have them say they need to reschedule you. The manager is never available, and nothing is done to rectify their misstep. Currently, searching for an alternative company and massage membership to switch too.

I felt very relaxed and she listened to my concerns about my skin. At the end of the session she suggested what other things I should do with my skin to keep up with it.

Ladan is amazing at what she does. My skin feels so soft and supple. She is an amazing talented kind esthetician! Massage envy is lucky to have her.

For the most part it’s only ok, unless you found a masseuse who really really knows what they’re doing. Jared is that masseuse here at this location. He truly understands the science behind the pain and knows how to gently get it out.

I’ve seen Jared a few times and he is great. He listens to my concerns/what is ailing me and focuses on solving the issue. When I leave I’m in less pain and very relaxed.

I dislike writing not-so-great reviews, but I felt it was necessary. I made my decision to part ways with this location (as a member of Manhattan Beach). My massage therapist Kathy is fantastic but the front desk has poor communication, too much attitude, and they arent as warm as they use to be pre pandemic. When I walk in I want to feel like I am NOT a burden on the front desk. I had an issue with pricing and they quoted me one price and billed me another price. Tacky! I tried 3 times to call Jackie the MANAGER of course she didnt call me back. So I guess I will walk away since my concerns and money isnt appreciated! I am sure they will see this and want me to come back. BUT NO THANK YOU!! I WILL FIND kind PEOPLE AT A different location.

Ive been a member through my original club in Northern Cal, but moved here several years ago and started going here. Just yesterday I had an experience which makes me never want to go back to this crooked place. Last week I went in for a massage, and was told I came in at the wrong time, my massage would not be for another hour. Even though the appointment scheduler on the phone inadvertently gave me an incorrect time. I had to leave without getting a massage. Before I left, I asked how many credits I had remaining and was told two. I made an appointment for the following Monday, which was yesterday. When I came in, I spoke to the manager who looked up my account, since I did not want to be penalized from the week before. She said dont worry about it, she would figure it out before I left. She also confirmed I had two hours (plus a half hour upgrade from a previous problem months ago) on my account. I had my massage, then when I checked out I was told that I owed money for my massage, and that my two credits had expired! The manager I spoke with just 90 minutes earlier was now mysteriously not available. I was extremely angry, given that TWO employees (one a manager) on two different days each told me I had credits remaining. Had I been told that I had none, I would not have scheduled a massage!!! I paid but insisted they have the manager call me when she became available. Of course, no call. THIS PLACE IS EITHER FULL OF INCOMPETENT STAFF, OR THEY ARE SIMPLY OUT TO GRAB YOUR MONEY. I think it is the latter... Avoid this lousy and unethical place at all costs!!!!

I am posting this review unfortunately, due to exhaustion of communicating through the phone numerous times.I’ve been a member for over 10 years, many at this specific location. I have had over 13 hours accumulated “credits” because I keep paying monthly…automatically. But in 2020, my son passed away from Cancer in Sweden…I moved there. I kept paying for this monthly charge… I eventually called them to cancel. I was told I would lose my credits-that’s a lot of money to throw away. So I asked them to transfer them to my mother in another location. They said she has to pay a $20 transfer fee for each credit. This is a racket. I’ve asked the manager at this location to please email me to find a solution through the staff answering the phones each time I call. Albeit, they have been kind and have expressed sympathy and all 4 or 5 of them (yes I’ve called alot from a different time zone -9 hours ahead over many months…MONTHS) they have all stated that they would convey the message to the manager and I told them I have a Swedish number so best to email me. Now, I get emails from Massage Envy…all kinds of “specials” but not one response to my NUMEROUS INQUIRIES. This is absolutely where their “service” ends. You have my email on file along with notes supposedly.I used to talk about how awesome they were to my friends and family several years ago. I have stopped that.

Things in life come up and sometimes you need to change plans. I needed to adjust my time many hours in advance and would of course understand if they needed to charge me if they couldn’t rebook another guest. Rather than talk this through I was lectured on a policy and then hung up on. The receptionist informed me the manager may call me or may not and then threatened to cancel my membership via text message. I’ve never had experience like this at any massage envy location. Perhaps I’m in the wrong here, but this is how you handle a customer service challenge? Pathetic. I would have been a repeat customer since it’s next to my office but apparently their policies are more important. Go to one of the many other independently owned and operated locations!

DO NOT RECOMMEND getting the membership at all. Even though massages are great, the customer service is terrible. After a bad experience I had, I have been trying to contact anyone for several weeks to end my membership and still havent been able to do so. I have called and sent multiple emails but they always say I need to speak to the manager (who is never there apparently). I already filled a membership cancellation form and sent a doctors note, but still no response. I am afraid I will be charged another month when I havent received any service for the last two months. Truly, the good massage is not worth the cost of all this mess. Find another place.

Ive been a member for years out of state. Best massage Ive ever gotten was here at the Beverly Hills location with Hercules. If you like deep tissue massages, go see him! He was so courteous, did such a great job when I asked for subscapular work, and told me what areas were tight and why/what to look for in my day to day.

Great experience. My therapist Danielle was excellent, perfect pressure, asking the right questions at the right time. A class act and I totally didnt want to leave. I wished it was my home cause I was ready for nap time.

Jazmine was thorough and thoughtful and recommended that I talk with a physician about some of my symptoms and was lovely.

Worst massage envy I’ve visited. They can’t keep a good therapist. All the good therapist leave so there has to be issues here. The ones that are always here are rude and have an elitist attitude. They need fresh NICE faces. Visit a different location and save your money.
