Great place to shop. Eric, the owner, goes above and beyond for his customers. I had received one of their products as a Christmas gift and unfortunately, it didn’t work. To no fault of White Rabbit of course but Eric handled the situation very professional. He kept in touch with me as we waited for a new one to come in and went the extra mile just to get me what I wanted. It’s a great place to shop and their products and prices are awesome and I would recommend this place for anybody. If you’re in the Beverly Hills area, this is definitely the place that you want to shop at. Thanks for all your effort Eric I’ll definitely be back

I’ve been going to White Rabbit for a few years now. I’ve been vaping for years now and I’ve become quite picky on what I vape and the mods and atomizers I use to vape with. White Rabbit has often carried products that I’ve been willing to purchase. Right now they carry the only disposable vape that I will purchase, because the company has a line that doesn’t have the menthol/cooling effect. It’s called Fifty Bar and I’ve been impressed with some of the flavors and using the disposables as a backup in case my mod goes down. Well, these Fifty Bar vapes are so good I’ve been using them instead of my vapes. These guys know how to recommend the right stuff to you, that’s for sure. And they’ve all been great to deal with.

Not trying to be disrespectful but the prices are overpriced for what you get and the owner talks up the product like it’s the best around here when I can get gas station bud for cheaper and better😂

The guy in there has a attitude every time I go in there and gives off the impression of better than everyone else

Been here 3 times, cause I dont have a car and I normally order online but for those times in need, its a great place. Just Karens with their 1-star reviews bringing this place down to a 4-star. Great recommendations every time.

Been going Here for over a year never had and issues with any of the staff. There products are great. The owner of this store hes very very friendly and so is his current staff. I do recommend checking them out and ignore the negative stuff being said about this local business.

Awesome folks here. Had to go find some rpm-2 0.3 coils for my wifes vape and they are the only place that had them. So I bought them out. Ask them if they could get more in and they said sure they would order them. Just a few days later, they had more in stock. Other shops Ive waited two weeks for the orders to come in. White Rabbit RAWKZ!!!!Thank you!!!!

I highly do Not Recommend this store. The women behind the counter is the most unprofessional person I have EVER SEEN!!! I went into the business to purchase something I had previously purchased there, and she told me or actually yelled at me and told me that I was a liar that I never purchased that there before. There were two vape shops in my town that one and another one it was just really bad experience. I do not recommend going to the store whatsoever Highly explosive staff people.

Watch out for Bunny Kasy who works here. Shell find your friends on Facebook and slander your name as if she knows what shes talking about. She should have respect for her own self and community not to spread rumors especially working in a business that serves said community. Your business is gonna lose alot of business due to the lack of intelligence on social media by this employee. Sometimes its better to stay quiet and classy than loud and trashy

AWESOME Friendly services. Very attentive to my needs & repeat 20 Questions trips in there. Very patient even though my anxiety has me researching more ways I may continue to use my meds. It Really matters especially since I am allergic to a lot of things. We also have a birthday coming up. NOW a HOUSE WARMING party too. Yes, we (as in me & mine not White Rabbit) are moving further away into our own House not a tent spot in the woods. Thank You guys for being you. Keep it up well be back with our lists Soon.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! The gentleman working today, was extremely knowledgeable and beyond helpful. I would have had a whole day without my vape if it wasnt for him. On top of that, we had a very polite discussion and I left way happier. He definitely made a new customer today

The guy that was working when I went in was really cool and helpful, I think hes the owner. Nice place, well kept. Selection isnt huge, but hes grown quite a bit since he opened and I expect hell keep expanding. Def worth stopping by to see whats on hand before heading somewhere out-of-town. FYI he has a growing selection of nic salt juice, and quite a few standard eliquids.

Ah my first smoke shop I went to out here. Very small but not lacking. They have a good assortment of peices and wraps. The owners are awesome and have good deals. Ive bought a fee things off them and I am not complaining. I guess the only thing I wish is that it was Bigger

I go in this morning for a replacement glass for my tank. They didnt have one so instead of trying to sell me a new tank, the guy recommends Blowing Smoke in lecanto once I told him where my next stop was, which was going to be in Crystal River. They are the only smoke shop in Beverly hills, so everything is a little bit higher in price, but their difference in prices will still save you gas money. Every time Ive gone in this store, it seems like they have the customers best interest at heart.

Best quality products. Super easy & friendly staff (owners) who take pride in what they sell & the cleanliness of their store & merchandise. Stuff is top notch! Recommend them to anyone & everyone. Also very knowledgeable.

Prices are pretty good and the guy upfront is very knowledgeable. Didnt try to upsell when I bought a pod/mod but did make sure I had an 18650 at home before I walked out the door.

This shop is BRAND NEW!! As in just a few weeks old, they JUST got a sign and dont even have a website yet; So, selection is limited and a lot of the inventory is hand blown by local artists (ask them about their locally blow pieces PLEASE!!)Owner is experienced and has worked in head shops for most of her life.Im sorry others have had issue with excluding drug related terms like bong and pipe, these are things to PROTECT themselves from arbitrary involvement with law enforcement, as I said its not their first rodeo!Please give this LOCAL shop a chance, if you like shops like Wasabi or the Bears Den support other local shops to help build better inventory and help them strive!!!

I just moved to the area and was excited to check out this place and it become my go-to vape shop but everytime I come here, there’s literally always a problem. They either close their system down an hour before close or they open at 10am and won’t be back till 2pm. There’s no structure especially when 7 out of 10 times, this always happens.

Really sad I was looking forward to this being my new local smoke shop. Just moved to the area and I Only live two min away. Unfortunately both times I have visited during normal business hours the shop had been closed with no explanation. Both times I waited over an hour to make sure nobody was on lunch. Nothing. Guess I’ll be making the short hike to Pandora’s Box in the future.

Sold me a defective tank. Refused to provide any help to resolve the issue.The woman that works here is extremely smart assed and her attitude is enough to make me never want to come here again.Other than that they have a sad selection of overpriced products. Im not sure how they stay in buisness. Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else.

I was real rude to the worker there, banging on the doors when she was going to the bathroom. She did not yell at me and I appreciate that cause I was acting like a fool.

Went 3 times in a week and a half but they are still out of grinders....small selection missing the basics. Employees are super cool.

I had an issue with my e-cig & the guy (sorry, Im bad with names) helped me fix it. He cleaned it out & helped refill it, with liquid tobacco I had. I really appreciate it because I only have the use of my right hand.

Friendly Owner & Employees & Good service with a Decent selection of Vape juice & Delta 8 products I Recommend going there.

Made no purchases for days using debit card except for buying vape product at White Rabbit. Later that night I received Fraud Alert that someone had attempted to use card number for $780.00 purchase, which was declined because of fraud protection with Bank. Beware in White Rabbit somehow card info was breached.

Friendly and informative staff. The store was very neat and clean, definitely my go to shop.
