I had my first visit here today. When I originally booked, it was at their Wilshire location. However, I recd a text sharing a new location for my service. A tad bit hard to find upon arrival. Valet is $18-20 with validation.I have to say this was an underwhelming experience.It is tucked away in a corner adjacent to a hair salon (parallel to underground parking lot/valet) with no signage. I walked in and was immediately disappointed. I was looking forward to a very relaxing experience. It is a very small space. The sauna experience is at the reception area which is loud and not relaxing. Although the woman who provided the massage was pleasant and good, she interrupted the sauna twice to see if I was ok and to offer me water. Each time she opened the door, the heat would escape. A subtle knock asking me thru the door would have been just fine.The sauna experience was loud but they did have music on and kept turning up the volume to hide the outside noise of horns and chatter. .So I couldnt really enjoy the brief 15 minute sauna. The treatment room itself was tiny, which I understand but I felt very crammed. I couldnt hang up my stuff and the slippers provided did not look clean.I heard the girls in the other room slamming drawers and moving things and heard the woman having the service in the room next to me.I was expecting a little more relation and little more luxury for this treatment.Overall experience was not great and disappointed, considering the price of the service. I think an email or call sharing that they had moved and it would be different experience, would have been sufficient and best way to transition to a new space.Also the masks they wear are your basic OR masks and not the good N95 masks.....in this kinda of environment during this time, proper masks should be worn and worn properly.

Bruno at the front desk was so sweet and helpful!The lymphatic drainage massage was incredible. First being wrapped in magnesium and going to steam for 20 minutes and then going in for the massage. We took before and after pictures and honestly, I could see the results right after we were done! Definitely coming here again. Feeling like alive.

A fantastic place and amazing people:) I have been seeing Irani for nearly a decade now and I honestly don’t know what I would do without her! I love IMD beauty!
