I get a random charge from massage envy, I scheduled one appt and canceled it within the cancelation policy on their website 3 months ago. I called first thing in the morning the guy I talked to couldn’t figure out why they charged my card said the manager would call me back. I call 4 separate times and get sent to voicemail each time. I finally get through to whom was the manager, I ask her why I got charged she says I no call no showed my appt. I’m telling her it was 3 months ago I never no called no showed, and the whole time she’s talking over me and then tells me I had an appt in June, I never scheduled with them again after the first one I canceled. So I’m telling her this so she goes “well which one is it!? You scheduled and canceled your appt or never scheduled one at all!? You’re contradicting yourself.” I then tell her again I canceled the one 3 months ago and didn’t schedule the June one. She then tells me that’s impossible because it was from my account. I know I never actually scheduled it. And then just kept rudely telling I no call no showed, by the end wouldn’t let me talk. All I wanted was a refund for them charging for something I didn’t do. I wouldn’t ever go there just from talking her to on phone, manager was VERY rude and condescending. And then the two different things from two different people is very shady. I personally will definitely never be making an appts at massage envy again
Came here for my first ever massage. It was absolutely amazing.Clean, quiet, ZEN, respectful, soothing. I’ll never go anywhere else. Rashonda and Erin are phenomenal!!!!
I have tried every Avenue I can think of to get Massage Envy in Billings, MT to cancel my membership. I am a traveling health care professional and usually work in large cities where it is relatively easy to get an affordable massage at any time or day. I signed a 6 month contract at Massage Envy in Billings, MT. The availability for a deep tissue massage was very limited, I was okay with this as Billings is a relatively small community. My problem is That I-cannot get them to terminate my contract. I have contacted them multiple times with assurances that the contract will be cancelled. 4 months later and I am still being charged, the employee today stated “ well we are under all new management”. I requested new manager to contact me and the employee stated that she is very busy but he would tell her. I am hoping that writing bad reviews on every social media platform will get them to actually spring into action and resolve this issue.
The whole process involved with making an appointment was a nightmare to begin with. Once I arrived early as requested to fill out paperwork I waited at least 30 minutes before the lovely receptionist walked in and told me the therapist had not even shown up to work yet. Dont even know how their services are but I guess their reputation precedes them.
Called twice to get past employment information; no one answered during business hours and wasn’t able to leave a VM-just kept ringing both times for at least 3 minutes.
Although I really liked my specific massage therapist at this facility I unfortunately developed a very negative opinion of Massage Envy as a whole. I moved out of state and went through a total nightmare trying to transfer my membership (Covid didn’t help with this). Long story short, it was a combination of being bounced back and forth between each locations while managers just kept directing me to the other repeatedly while no solution was ever achieved. I moved again and have 13 credits accrued that I will never be able to use due to not having a ME in my community and they will not refund credits. They will keep approximately $900 worth of credits I can’t use but could have used if someone was better able to help me transfer my membership to begin with. Not a very customer friendly policy. I’ll also add that the employee hung up on me before our conversation ended and I wasn’t even yelling yet…… ;)
From greeting to massage staff is /has always been good experience.
The front desk is always so inviting with smiling faces and attention to detail! The tranquility room was cozy and such a nice way to relax before my massage! Christen was so awesome! Her pressure was perfect! If you are looking for someone that can work out your neck, shoulders, and upper back, she is highly recommended! She was professional, knowledgeable, and has great energy! I walked out feeling so renewed, relaxed, and refreshed!
Very disappointed. I made my appointment for the soonest available which was 45 days out. Just to receive a phone call a couple hours before my appointment to tell me they had to cancel. They offered no solution other than waiting another month for the next available appointment. Tried to get ahold of the manager but was unable to reach Carmen who is in the Missoula store. When I get online and see the reviews with similar problems it is very frustrating. I would highly recommend not booking here they are so “busy” they don’t seem to care.
Im not sure why I pay for a membership here with how yanked around I feel at the front desk sometimes. When I first got a membership here, specifically for chemical peels, the front desk lady said I had to have a regular facial before I could have a chemical peel to see how my skin responded. Which after talking to my estheticians I found out I didnt need, I couldve just had a sensitive chem peel to begin with. Chem peels out of state have always been 1.5 credits and although this location hasnt always had that as an option, Ive was told by my esthetician they just started that, and I was able to pay that way at my last session. In recent past Ive always used my one credit(65) and charged the rest of my service on my card(45$). Well tonight the system was updated during covid and now I can only use 2 credits for my service, essentially making me pay 20$ more for my service. I wish I had never signed up for the membership but the only reason Ive kept going is because the estheticians have always been great (with the exception of 1 who would do a session under 20 minutes, but thats another story). Im just annoyed and irritated with the inconsistency. Anybody else experience weird things at this location?Update: Ive emailed management and havent gotta a response. Its been two weeks.
The days I have massage booked are the best days of the week! Its always something nice to look forward two after a long week of work!The front desk ladies always have a big smiles on their cute little faces!I have never had a bad massage, the massage therapist always go above and beyond my needs.Thank youMassage Envy!
Showed up for my appointment that I had booked several weeks in advance, was told I didn’t have one at all! They had no explanation for where my appointment had gone and dealt with the situation very unprofessionally. And on top of that it was dark and dirty inside (so maybe it was a good thing I didn’t have an appointment after all). Also, I had gotten massages there about a year ago and it was nothing like it is now, it used to be a bright and cheerful atmosphere with great management. It was the complete opposite this time! Very disappointed and will not go back and would not recommend this place to anyone I know.

They will autopay on time monthly for their payment, but they cannot provide a service. I was on a waitlist each month and never could be CONFIRMED for an appt. It is very frustrating, and you cannot get out of your contract even though they cannot provide you a monthly service. Froze my membership for 6 months is all I could do, hopefully things get better by then.
I forgot to mention how it takes a month and a half to even get a massage. So if your back gets sore and you need to get in for a massage- too bad!!! They don’t care whatsoever. (Except when you are a brand-new client).
The manager of this location litteraly told my friend we dont need your business. I dont even care what happened to cause this interaction. This is unacceptable service... well, there was no service as the person scheduled wasnt available for a scheduled message. I would highly recommend replacing this person (name starts with a B) before you no longer have a business. The employee also told my friend the only person above me is a regional manager and doesnt have time for you. Wow. Bye. This is the first negative review I have ever left.
I moved 7 months ago, I informed the staff and was told everything would be handled! WRONG! I noticed I was charged for 2 months at this location, I transferred to the Puyallup location in July mind you, and it was an act of congress to do that! I called and spoke to the manager Cindy and she started the blame game! This staff, especially management (minus the therapists) need to take some customer service classes! If Cindy worked for me, she would be finding a new job!
I LOVE facials and massages! I am a member in Missoula, MT but I travel to Billings a lot so I have been able to use my wellness program at the Billings location too. What a great perk of being a member! Tracy and Aaron are my massage therapists of choice and I LOVE my facials from their esthetician Ashley. Ive been going to Massage Envy for THREE years now (Woo hoo!) and I have gone about once a month since I started. Sometimes I even go every two weeks depending on my stress levels. These sessions help me to de-stress and relax in a way that is good for my body, rather than other things I could turn to... ; ) Plus, everyone is so welcoming and make me feel very taken care of.
Absolutely LOVE this location. Eric is such an amazing therapist and always caters to my needs each visit. I love that there is a consultation period before hand so that every session is customized to your current needs. The facials are also amazing and I highly reccomend it. They are customized as well and the estetichian uses products that are specific to your skin needs- so awesome! Ashley is my favorite estetichian but they are all great! Never disappointed.
They are seeming always too busy to take another booking.. all other massage envy locations I know of even accept walk ins, dont waste your time with this one.

Very disappointed I paid for a 90 min massage and only got maybe 70 mins. With the price of massages at this place compared to other places in town, u should really get what u pay for. I was really disappointed being new to Billings I excepted better! ☹
