Incredibly knowledgeable. I tend to always get the guy that is very flat & not friendly. Seems to get upset when I ask questions. I do love their rewards program . Ive bought several devices that break quickly which is frustrating because they were recommended by the staff. So now I wont change devices, however its been giving me trouble but they did explain the product has done some changes so try this. I come all the way from the Heights just to go to that store so when they recommend something that breaks within the first 30 days that is extremely frustrating. I have spoken to the manager about the young one that doesnt seem friendly. He has come across more friendly but still flat & again still a smidge grumpy when I have questions.
If i could rate zero stars i would. I go in to buy a bottle of juice and i go to my car open it and it spills all over my pants and mod. Randel was working my wife asked him for help he threw her paper towels and didnt do much he sat there on his phone not caring no customer service at all, not friendly. If i went to my main place and this would of happened my guys at vintage vapor would of made it right. Ublaze doesn’t take accountability for there actions. I highly recommend NOT GOING THERE QND WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY
Loved it!! Im out of town was so glad I stopped in here. The man helped me so much. They didnt have the juice I usually smoke, but he helped me find the closest juice to it. I would recommend this place, and if Im ever back close by I would stop again.🙂
Hands down the best vape shop in Billings! if you go before the evening. The morning/afternoon staff are all incredible, give great suggestions and are super friendly. Avoid going in the evening though, Harley is the only person I’ve had bad encounters with there - twice now he’s made me feel unwelcome. He’s inpatient, rude and god forbid you need a second to register what he snaps at you when you are in the middle of trying to read the vape juice flavors! Regardless, I recommend it here whenever he’s not there so if you want the true wonderful experience only go if the cashier isn’t a tall, heavier set man who’s shirts are 3 sizes too small.
Went in to by juice was talking with the guy working about the devices they had got into how my device was so old they did not even make pods for it anymore he handed me a box off the self after showing him a picture of my device because I did not have it with me and he assured me the pods would fit I told him they did not look right he said that is because they have mouth pieces on them I asked him 2 more time if he was sure they were the right ones and 2 more time he said they were low and behold they are not and they dont even sell the damn device that they do fit on so now I am stuck with pods I cant use not like this stuff is cheap do not ho here all they care about is making money
This location is by far one of the bests in town the have a point rewards system that comes in handy in between pay days. Some things may be expensive for some people, but if your looking for a chill 😎 😉 spot with super respectful people to interact with when your checking out or even looking around.... THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU.
Do not go here if you wish to have a good relationship with a company. Claimed they needed an id presented the one that I kept on my phone since my wallet was stolen.. staff was uneducated not only in montana law for the product they’re selling but also uneducated on the products themselves. When requested to see said law they threatened to call the police even though the points system reflected hundreds of dollars spent there definitely will NOT be returning and I’d advice the same for a lot of you!
All of the staff is super nice and knows about the products (most of the time). prices are a disappointment. you can get the same product online for cheaper and that includes batteries with a kit. be careful if they offer you new brands or stuff on sale. chances are they wont get the atomizers or cartridges you need when you run out if they are trying to get rid of the product. they dont refund even under those circumstances. better off buying online.
The owner or manager is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are great. I like their rewards program. Only complaint I would have is it is hard to continually get the same juice that you like everytime. They seem to discontinue it. I have been lucky to get the ones I like on line but it is frustrating you cant buy locally when you originally bought it loacally.
Excellent customer service. However if you find something you like dont expect to be able to get it again. This store has a horrendous time keeping anything in stock. I loved space jam astro and first bought it here. After about 3 or 4 visits of none in stock I bought online. They constantly do not have the coils I need. I recently revisited the store to try something new, Cottontail cream. I was able to buy it twice, Ive been back three times and they still do not have it. Please save your time and some money and just shop online, skip ublaze vapor.
Excellent experience. Been in twice and have been impressed by the customer service. Went to the Vape shop on 32nd and was incredibly disappointed. Didnt even acknowledge that we entered the store.Anyhow, both times we visited uBlaze, the sales people immediately greeted us and recognized that someone had entered the store. Additionally, they are very knowledgeable and very willing to explain their products. No pushy sales, just the information on what they have available in a very professional, friendly manner. Customer for Life!!
After years of being a loyal customer. Ive finally hit the point where my visits will be less frequent. Only to buy e- juice, Ive purchased my final mod from ublaze about a month ago. I was unable to use it 4 days after I purchased it. Cost me $83, I was finally able to make it back yesterday to show them the issues I was having with my mod. One guy did some tinkering with it. Did a temp fix up on it. Told me when I need to get my batteries back into the mod and to get them to stay I would have to loosen one bolt and tighten it back up. Well this morning my batteries popped back out, and I could not for the life of me get that bolt loose. So yet again im still out $83 for something I only had a total of 5 days of use with. Maybe a total of under 600 pulls from... so Ill be doing the more expensive shopping elsewhere. Be able to get all information about what im buying, get reviews of it before I buy it. I would have given a 5 star rating if they would have been more helpful on making my mod usable. But since they didnt, and I still plan on returning for their selection of juice, I am giving a 2 star rating.

Absolutely worst place to go, got a disposable vape here and 2 days later it started tasting burnt, I called to see what they could do for me and the manager told me they couldnt do anything and that I risked wasting money here getting a disposable, then proceeded to interrupt me on my response. How unprofessional, guess Ill keep my business at cloudz since they would help me with this inconvenience. Wouldnt recommend this place!
Was told to make sure and hold on to the receipt and look over the vape more closely when I had the time and if I didn’t like it could bring it back within 30 days. I did and found it to be pretty poorly built and brought it back and was told I could just sell the Unopened vape online.
All of the staff has been extremely friendly. They remembered me each time I visited and took their time answering all of my questions. These guys are the most knowledgeable when it comes to vaping that I have found anywhere in town.
I have been a loyal customer for 3 years. Ive bought multiple units, gallons of juice, hundreds of atomizer etc. I has been quite happy with the Juul, also purchased through UBlaze, for over a year. Recently they decided that consumers could only purchase flavored pods online. Not wanting to go through that hassle I opted to try a few others devices such as the Infinex and the Kilo. Both of which I purchased at UBlaze. I found that the Kilo pods tend to leak so I always remove it from the device while charging. After less than a month my Kilo stopped working, wouldnt charge. I brought the unit with the receipt into UBlaze so I could get a replacement. The gentleman that was assisting me told me that I was past the in store 14 day defect return time. 14 days???? I had thought it was a month. Anyway he actually offered to give me his as he didnt really use it. While that was an incredibly decent thing to do, he shouldnt have to do that. We got the manager involved. I have dealt with him on several occasions so I thought surely he would authorize a replacement. Remember, Ive been coming here for years, spending 100s of dollars.He starts off by telling me he cant do anything, that I must have leaked liquid into it and thats why it wont charge. He also stated that the unit was damaged because it had a few nicks on the bottom. Basically telling me that the unit wont charge anymore after less than a month because of me. Really? I was quit offended. I wasnt expecting to be treated like that by management. Hes coming up with any reason he could think of to make it my fault instead of just replacing a mere $25 device, hes chosen to lose $100s of dollars of future business for UBlaze. I asked if he would like me to take my business elsewhere and he said, If thats how you feel. Wow! Maybe Mister Manager should take a page from the previous gentleman. Where you do whatever it takes to make a customer happy.Needless to say, UBlaze has lost my business.
Their cheapest 60ml was $20 and I have found brands for $15 other places in town. The selection at a $15 price point is key for many consumers of vape products. Ideally, carrying available brands at a $15-19 price point would bring in more customers.The selection is large however it becomes very limited as only one brand is $20 and the rest are $22, $25+... I for one will not spend that much every 8ish days thats just not reasonable when every dollar counts.If they had told me about their rewards program like my friend did I would likely have gotten into it, however it was never mentioned. I am happy with the $20 juice but Ill go back to my other spot to get more affordable juices in a wide selection.
This place is awful. I know others now that say the same thing. The so called manager was very rude and either scared or hopped up on something. My son and I used to both spend a lot there but he quit going to them before I did. They sold me the wrong liquid and it plugged up on me. The manager tried to tell me I needed to replace 4 coils and basically kept saying they dont have to make anything right. Dont go there. Try discontent they are very nice and perfessional.
They dont compare to my fav vape shop back to home, we just moved to billings BUT I DO like this one so far the best. The first couple of times the guy that was there was not very helpful and was rude. But this morning! The man was great. He didnt do anything over the moon spectacular BUT he didnt act like I was a nuisance, like the other guy did. He had what I needed and was friendly. Ill be back for sure :)
Bought a smok infinix there a little under a month ago. A couple days ago it started auto firing, i cleaned it out and it worked fine for a little while... Sunday it did it again and almost started a fire in my car. So today I went in to get an exchange. I was then notified that this is a common problem with this unit and there was nothing he could do for me since their return policy only covers 2 weeks after the purchase. I wont be going anywhere near this place again!
When it comes to buying vapes and accessories they have the best prices in town. The staff is always friendly and willing to answer all my questions. I wont go anywhere else.

Too bad this was my favorite vape shop in town, until my most recent experience. I went in to get a new tank that is a top fill design - and stated that to the salesman, after he showed me a couple I wasnt interested in I asked about a couple others and asked his recommendation between the two. He suggested the Subtank Plus and I purchased it. When I got to my car the airflow was seized until I forced it open and also discovered that is was a bottom fill tank - Just what I did not want. I tried to return it without even leaving the premises and was told they can not unless it is a manufacturer defect. Dont do your loyal customers wrong or you wont have any.
Went here for the first time today. The guys there were super cool and very knowledgeable. My new vape shop here in Billings. Would highly recommend.

I have been to at least 12 different vape shops throughout the US. I have been to all of them in Billings. Ublaze is by far the best one I have visited. Everyone there is always very, very informative and personal. Ublaze has the biggest selection out of all of Montana and they are constantly gaining more line ups. They have very competitive prices and a very good rewards system. If you are new to vaping and have questions or need tips, I highly recommend them.
Good selection of vape juice . But there is only really one guy that I dont mind there . The young one . Hes thorough and knowledgeable . He is friendly and honest . Cant say much for the older gentleman.

Called the Billings store to talk about upgrading to a better system. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and gave me plenty of valuable information that helped me to decide which system was the best for me.

Bought a bottle of vape juice and the bottle was broken when I bought it. Tried to get a new one but they wouldnt help me out. Their explanation for not giving me a usable bottle was also vague.
The only vape store I have ever found that carries as much of a variety as it does! The service is helpful and friendly, its clean and like I said, it carries tons of brands.
