Usually a good experience with good prices. Everyone is friendly and helpful. But, their sign says hours are 10am-10pm. 10am came and went with no employees to open the store. Ive watched 6 customers so far pull in and leave, some of them discouraged, because the business is not opened per the advertised hours.

The staff was very friendly and helpful they have a great variety of vapes and the prices were amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable of their products and also extremely patient considering I’m probably the most indecisive person I know lol. It was my first time in this establishment from out of town and I would have to say one of the best experiences I’ve had

They have decent vapes, it varies on peices, and they dont answer the phone

What an incredible selection! The store is jam packed and you definitely wont see it all first look through. Prices are good and the service was excellent. Stop in to check it out, even just to appreciate the work put into the glass pieces, really top notch!

Epic staff very Rude clean over priced with homley atmosphere employees very attentive to their own needs and informativly not caring ripping off local artist along with live glass blowing of oil burners, bent ones for all the local addiction needs everyday that you can talk to and interact with as they scurry past you and down the alley

If you ever buy or purchase anything at this store make 110% sure it works, has no cracks, or damaged, or seals if any are in working order. Ever if the salesperson says they checked it all out and works fine. Check yourself and if you dont know or are unfamiliar with whatever youre purchasing bring someone who does know or is familiar with whatever it might be youre wanting to purchase. Because the second you walk out the door. Theres nothing theyll do for you if it doesnt work. Even if all you did was brought it home and tried to use the new whatever you got and it doesnt work. Even if youre a good customer of theirs and have purchased many of the many items they sale at the store. They will not help you. They will stay behind all sales are final. I guess I am the one who learned a new lesson and a new perspective on where I will now go to purchase my many other new items. I hope this helps at least one person.

This place is sick. They are a one stop shop for me. I did just buy a joint flavor thing. Basically combines weed and vape, not gonna lie pretty wack. But otherwise these guys are hella chill.

The atmosphere here is always a good vibe and you cant beat their selection, these guys go above and beyond in customer service.14/10 recommend for all related needs, Ive never had a bad experience at one of these stores and these guys go out of their way to make you feel like they want to see you again, especially the 24th st store. I will be returning!

I went to 406 Vapor today to purchase a vape, I chose the vape I wanted and paid with a $100 dollar bill. When I politely asked the woman that was checking me out to count my change back, I received attitude. She got my change (with the help of her calculator) she just threw it on the counter, not faced and all turned different directions, I asked her politely again to count it back. She counted it the incorrect way, so I offered to teach her the correct way to count change back, I received more attitude. Then tears started to form in her eyes, she then told me to leave the store and never come back again. I said Shouldnt the customer be treated with respect. I was very un-impressed with the customer service I had received.

I LOVE 406 glass, Its my favorite place to go! Friendly Customer service and always hooking up returning customers!!:) Theyve got a great selection of Glass pieces pretty much anything you could think of... my man and I always recommend all our friends and family to the store definitely missing out if you havent gone yet! 10/10

There isn’t a smoke shop in the STATE to compare to the things, the prices, the deals, the amazing workers, the demos, the 406 $1 off tokens, I have 24 of them. THE DRIVE UP WINDOW, I could go on but you should just go there and see for yourself.

Skinny punk needs his face slapped. Got upset because I asked for a vape pen.Not threatening violence. Sometimes reading can be difficult. Stating that someone needs to be slapped, is entirely different from saying you are.]I was extremely upset when I gave this review. Ive never been disrespected while being so polite.However , the manager did call me back and talked with the employee. But after the incompetent remark from the owner listed below I can now see why theyre staff is so disrespectful. They learned it from the top.

Best customer servicein a glass shop in town. I have yet to have a mediocre experience let alone a bad one at this shop. I have a knack for breaking glass so Im in often. Since Im so rough on my glass I always try to buy cost-effective pieces. They have a wide selection of very affordable glass. And to top it all off, more often than not, the employees will hook me up with an extra piece for little money or just for free. Nothing better than getting a two for the price of one deal when you werent expecting it. These guys are great about taking care of their customers.

Bought 3 items 1 day ago. One was a carrying case for my apparatus, and the other a torch to light the apparatus. Neither works for me. They won’t let me exchange or return. I totally get not being able to return an apparatus, but a bag with the tags still on it never used and a torch that isn’t strong enough to heat the apparatus although I was told it could. I will not be going back Ever and don’t care who sees or knows. Customer service is the last thing on these peoples minds, don’t give them your money! Buy online! That same day I was looking at another item that was $99 in their store. I went home and looked for it and found it for $57.99. Seriously buy online do not give them your money. Waste of time.

Plenty of pieces for all varieties. Amazing customer support that makes you feel welcome and comfortable. As well as so many more items and accessories leaving this place the best in my book.

Bought a vape that shows the charge and juice level. 2 hours after purchasing, I started not shutting off after I took a hit. The kid inside said, Nothing I can do. I bought at least 3 vapes every week there. Oh well, plenty of other shops.

First time there asking for help for a cancer patient. Got plenty of knowledgeable advice, had a selection of items to try, and info of dispensaries that I could to for more advice. Thank you from someone with little knowledge taking beginner steps.

Bought a couple piece today that were nice, but the girl helping me seemed so high or dazed she could hardly form sentences

They sold me a fake vape. I bought a Funky Republic disposable and it said “Funky Land” on the side of the vape.

Awesome selection of a variety of things from my favorite hobbiesor new ones 406 has it all.The more items you purchase the more savings is passed on to youI wouldnt settle for anything less 406 glass is the best.

I dont suggest going to this Vape Store. You walk in and you have to wait until they come and open the rope to let you go in and shop, Im guessing they follow you around so too so there you need a babysitter. Wont be getting any of our money.
