I love Leigh! She was really accommodating to not rushing through my venturing new vape brands. I usually have bad experiences when I’m indecisive, she listened to me explain my flavor lines and found my all time favorite flavor WATERMELON BUBBLEGUM (previously only elf bar sold) elf bars are just not as good as the newer mods out there. true story sells this flavor in a truly bubble gum flavor. Thank you Leigh for taking time to help me find my new thing. I’ll def bring my service here from now on.

My first time at B-Town Vapes was an amazing experience! I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service, their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Not only that the prices are fair and almost always a sale going on! They often try to get you an even better deal, like WOW! Leigh always has a smile on her face when I arrive and is always super helpful. I highly recommend B-Town Vapes!

Cameron and Reese are always dope to see in there as well with Damion. That crew or those 3 at least are solid! Was a little hectic the other night when they were about to close and I was the only one in at the time, then about 4 or 5 more people came in. I wasnt in a rush so said dont worry about me and Cameron handled it with ease! (There was about 20 minutes until close) he didnt have a problem and did it with a smile and great attitude! This is my favorite vape shop in town! Everyones so helpful and they have a plethora of vape brands that you can choose from AND they all would absolutely drop anything to help you choose your favorite flavor or brand. The prices are also cheaper than most shops in town! Theyre not pushy either, which I really really like. Customer service is always top tier. They have four shops total. Ive been to two of them (Broadwater mostly and 3rd ave) and from what I can tell, customer service does not change no matter which store you go to. And bonus plus is the loyalty points!

Lee was amazing. I was looking for clearance salts and she pulled out a little basket from behind the counter with the exact juice I was looking for at a super cheap price. I really appreciated her help with that and suggesting a disposable for a really good price.

I have been a customer here for awhile. Today, I bought a vape at the downtown location and after a few hours, it completely stopped working. I went to the Broadwater location to talk to them about it. The manager and the staff there listened to my issue, apologized for the problem, and then replaced it. They discovered some bad vapes of the same kind while doing so. Honestly, I had very low expectations of anything but the staff there was super awesome and helped me out. I appreciate them and will definitely keep coming back to Brown Vapes. Really awesome. Check these guys out for yourself, really great customer service. ✌️

Sadly, this place is easily worth 5 stars if they would do away with gimmicks and cash grabs. I understand that cheap mass drop product is an easy profit but trying to buy something of quality here is a serious ask. They capitulate to drug addicts and those unaware of what theyre doing. If you need serious help regarding vapes, dabbing, etc this isnt the place to go.If youre just buying disposable nicotine vapes then btown is the place. But if you need knowledge, Glass, or quality products youre essentially shopping at a thrift store for head shop related items.They buy cheap Alibaba gear and sell it for normal prices. DO NOT BUY ITEMS SUCH AS TORCHES AS YOU CANT RETURN AND THEYLL BE DEAD WITHIN 3 DAYS.

People here were nice and helpful. Got home and realized my juice bottles expired in 2022 and 2020. They both tasted bad, check your bottles. They sold these to me full price, at least have your expired juices in the huge discount bins…Reply: I live in Columbus, it wasn’t easy for me to come back in to town to talk with a manager at the time. I’m not worried about it, I’m moreso putting that info out there that your customers should double check their bottles before leaving. I’ve noticed every bad review gets a smart *** reply back from you guys lol

Two vapes burnt out of the box. Pointed to a sign that said they can’t replace dry vapes. Not going back after spending $25 every 2-3 days there.Edit: There was no attempt to accommodate. Pointing at a sign after knowingly selling a bad product and then your customer service representative admitting after an issue arises is a dishonest business tactic. Your bad attitude shows your level of care for your customer and never once have I seen that email address. If that’s where I should’ve gone, you should’ve trained your representatives to give it out.Furthermore, this was the push I needed to quit. Thanks for helping me live a healthy lifestyle with your bad practices. Hoping for the worst for you.

Second visit here, came on my brothers birthday to get some things for him. Cody and Jacob made the experience amazing for us. Definitely gave me reason to keep coming, great experience, great customer service, great conversation. Great vibes. I’ve been to many similar stores across the country and never had such an incomparable experience. They might have led me to spend over $100 on stuff, but I don’t regret it, all of the every day things are very reasonably priced. So this isn’t to seem like they were pushing me to buy things or things are priced high, because they aren’t. Just the experience I was having made me want to go ahead and buy all the things I’ve been interested in getting. Great place. Safe to say visiting another shop in this area won’t be crossing my mind. Especially if these guys are here often. Highly recommend

Damion is solid and runs a great store

Whether it be failures from their CBD or Nicotine vape products Jordan and his employees WILL NOT make it right. The best they will do is offer you a 10% discount on a failed product. The service is deplorable and the the management makes zero effort to make good on any defective products. Do yourself a favor and chose Cloudz Vape first. They stand behind manufacturers defects and DO NOT expect the customer to absorb the defects. I will NEVER buy another product from them again.Even when defective products were left with contact information to make good ZERO effort was made. That’s a direct reflection on the management as well as the “dealer” approach they take with their product.

Don’t mind the name(child got ahold of my account). I went into the Broadwater store Monday and purchased a new mod. Due to some miscommunication and my wandering brain I was charged for 2 but intended to buy only one. After a couple days of no response from a manger (found out they were out of town), I emailed them and was helped right away. They made sure I got refunded the over charge and were very pleasant to deal with. Will shop with them again.

Very frustrating and disappointing place to deal with last two times i placed an order for delivery was told would be delivered shortly after 4pm and then wasnt delivered til the next day! This time they just are not delivering during the weekend its always one thing or another. I suggest spending your money somewhere else!In response to you you just stated you deliver on weekends only and its the weekend and then a few lines later you state that it is weekdays only weird! I also just called back to the store to place an order and pay for it and have a friend pick it up and Jake stated that you do not allow pick up orders to be placed solocally owned or not the service from the business has not been as advertised and you completely contradicted yourself in your response! Very kind of you to have gone back in and changed your response from weekends only to weekdays only wouldnt want the public to see your mistakes!There is clearly a Jacob on the website under the about section in our family, but i have no problem being banned for giving a bad review on the last three experiences I had with this business! Yes three as it says last two times and this time for a total of three!

Everytime I walk into this shop I feel as if I am part family. Everyone here treats me very well. Respectful, kind, caring, considerate and most of all very knowledgeable when it comes to vaping. This is truly the best vape shop here in-town. These boys know what they are doing in the business they know how to take excellent care of their customers. I can special order and they will get it for me. I cannot say enough nice things about this shop. Yes it is currently small but they are moving into a much larger location and even though they have had a small shop it was a much more welcoming feel and I am sure their NEW shop will be 100× better since the owner plans on doubling up on everything. Truly cant say enough good about B-town vapes. I had been going to the same vape shop for three years and decided to check out B-town one day on a wimp. Although their prices are far better than anyone in town, it was the outstanding customer service that won me over. Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Check them out if you havent already!

Sadly they quit carrying Volcano Products, which were great quality.Also dont support the vaping devices I bought there anymore.Hate to go elsewhere but seems their priorities and product lines have changed.I was a faithful customer since the humble beginnings in Rimrock Mall.

I have to say I have been vaping for 3 years now so Ive been around hit every vape store and the sad things is I kept falling back into smoking....UNTIL I FOUND B-TOWN VAPES.... I got the best customer service Ive ever experienced in retail. I had a lot of questions and was a handful Im sure but if I was they never acted or treated me poorly I just want to stop here for a minute and thank them personally. Every question I had they had an answer never tried to over sell me on products or instruments they helped me with what I exactly needed and even did a follow up with me the next day to make sure I was happy. All I can say is awesome awesome awesome kind hearted honest and made sure that I was happy, and the best news is I havent picked up a cigarette since I found B-Town Vapes!!! Thank you so much for everything I cant say it enough your the best.

Best experience Ive had at any vape shop hands down. Man at the desk was very gracious and offered me a broad range of products and even let me test the unit I wanted out before I purchased. I love this shop. After been to many many vape stores around the East coast, I can say this is my all time favorite. The new location really sealed the deal, also their hours!The owner/employee is always happy to be there. Thanks to him Ive been introduced to kratom, not to mention he has amazing deals on e-liquid and vaping accessories. The glass he has on display looks amazing too. Trash service and products. Made a purchase totaling approx $130.00 I spoke to manager all products totaling $130.00 were faulty and tested at store location. No refund or exchange was warranted by the employee or manager. Recommend finding a smoke shop that believes in a strong customer-client relationship.

Had a great experience at B-Town Vapes. Wish we would have gotten the dudes name that helped us, he was so freaking helpful and so nice! Will definitely be back!!!

I went to buy a scale and was told by a sales clerk that it was a thousandth scale. So I take it home and it is only a tenth scale. I bring it back with the receipt and the guy that has an obnoxious shirt and greasy hair told me that all sales are final no matter what. BUYER BEWARE! The guy was very rude and condescending to me and acted as though I was lying. I regularly buy the flavored vapes there and this experience has made it to where I will never buy anything from these swindlers.

Online ordering system is a joke! Why would I make an order then call to make sure you have it and to pay for it. It took 5 phone calls telling you it didnt work and not once did anyone offer to just take the order! Then I find out you dont deliver to my location for some unknown reason. You guys lost my business!

Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, they have a large selection of products at various price points to fit what budget you have, and they have a Bitcoin atm inside. Honestly couldnt get much better in a vape shop, 5/5.

I was in today met Nick so cool bought a aromatherapy machine got it home soooo good I will be buying another one tomorrow! So friendly! Really did feel like family! Definitely my only vape store in Billings.

Never been here, and I don’t vape but I did get a message from the owner trying to clear up a bad experience the other Christopher Wilcox had. He was very genuine and polite, if this reflects on his store then it deserves a full 5-stars!

I highly recommend this shop i had a problem with one of there products they sold to me and the owner called me himself and resolved the problem when he didn’t really have too this shop treated me really good and really understood what i was going thru and went the extra mile that’s five stars in my book!!..if you need to travel an extra mile to get to there shop do it you won’t be disappointed

I walked in here and no one was even there to greet me, he was just in the back on his phone while people roamed around the store. then when i finally get help he tells me i can’t purchase anything because the law that was lifted a week or so ago, he still believes in. then he tells me 3 other stores are being sued because of the law, when that wasn’t the case at all. i visited 2/3 stores he listed and they explained to me why this place is so toxic for other vape shops. not one vape shop is getting sued. don’t believe what they say.

Today on super bowl Sunday the owners hand delivered me atomizers and vape juice to my job since I was able to leave and I really needed them. They delivered them pretty quickly and were so amazing. They replied quickly and by far have the best customer service of any vape shop in town. They’ve also helped me in the past get a specific vape juice in that I was getting over charged for at other stores. They stay on top of their stock and seem to always have what I need when I need it.But delivering to me today was the icing on the cake. I will forever only be a BTOWN VAPES customer. I bought a vape from the manger then opened and tried it in store, it was extremely unpleasant to hit. I hadn’t left the store yet so I asked if I could exchange it but the manager would not let me. He claimed I had broke it but I had followed all instructions given in front of him. Very unprofessional service with minors shopping right next to me that never got checked for age, definitely not ever going back.
