By far one of the best smoke/vape shops I have had the pleasure of shopping at. Amazingly well organized even with the tons of different items and products they carry. As an avid smoker/dabber I was astounded by the amount of quality supplies they carried and very reputable brands. Their pricing was also significantly cheaper than my local shops in Nevada.Overall, an amazing shop that I wish was local to me, but I will stop by one of their locations any chance I get! A couple employees, Kevin & Devin, were exemplary!

The skincare products this store carries are excellent quality. I am very partial to clean beauty products and this store delivers just that. If I am looking for a particular ingredient deck, Devon is always willing to research and order what I need. I highly recommend this store for high quality products and excellent customer service.

This store has a vast and quality selection of all vape products disposable and mods and other smoking accessories. The staff is well versed and courteous always informational. Kratom glass all dab equipment everything you need!!!! 💯💯💯💯

I started doing business with this store by sending my daughter in to pick up some spare glass tanks for my wifes Vape. See, we live in Basin, WY., 130 miles away and have to pick up supplies while in Billings. A month later, my wife and I were in Billings and decided to go back for some extra glass bowls and found out how cheap the Juice was, so we picked up some juice and guarantee we will be back.

This vape shop has the friendliest people, and best deals you could want along with quality vapes I’ve never had one die or taste burnt right out the bat. Best vape shop in Billings honestly

I bought a new unit from these guys 6 weeks ago. Today one of my tanks leaked and I thought I was doomed after internet research. Went back to them thinking I needed a new unit. Turns out it was ok. So I bought a new tank that is easier to manage. The fellas were so concerned I was disappointed which is a refreshing customer service attitude. Thanks guys! Mama is happy and you rock!

Excellent selection on their three menus of house made juice. I am VERY picky, & more than one of those flavors quickly became favorites. Specifically the Sexy Smoke menu. Example: The Bottoms Up flavor. KILLER!! ...but beware because your vapor WILL smell like Bourbon. More than one person has asked me if I had been drinking at work🤣😂🤣 Very helpful & efficient staff as well. Big Up!😁

Ive spent a great amount of $$ here for being here only 2xs. The first time that gentleman was so nice and fixed me up and had everything set up because I didnt understand vaping. the following week went back because the vape got so hot burnt my lip to a blister. So a different gentleman was in & he was not much help. Sold me another brand and didnt help much😥I was pretty disappointed ..also I remembered I had the $5 coupon he stated ...use it next time.Nice clean store and lots of different things they carry ❤.

I was traveling through billings and my vape was leaking. I went to two other vape shops on my way to the interstate and they had nothing to offer me...stated we dont carry that model. I walked into juicity vapor and the gentleman had a quick and easy solution. I offered a payment with a no this is what we do. I agreed but still dont feel right about it...hence the post. The staff here have excellent customer service and if you can...visit them... I highly recommended it!!!

My girlfriend and I buy all our vapes here. Been pretty disappointed that I’ve bought two elfbar vapes that were defective and they won’t exchange the defective ones for functional vapes. $50 down the drain.

Very clean store. Staff were very helpful and fast service. Knew what coils I needed right away by looking at my vape. Picked up some Ripe-Fiji Melons at the suggestion of a friend. Great flavor. Will be back for more.

Very knowledgeable staff, I went in to get my modified tank fixed up with new cotton and the staff member was open to chat, he worked professionally and answered any questions I had. Its just a shame that we are unable to vape in the store and I understand why. However if we cant vape in the store, restaurants shouldnt be able to do sample wines, and bars shouldnt be able to do sample beers.

Nice, knowledgable staff. Decent selection. Ive seen some items a bit cheaper in town at other stores and way cheaper online, but things are always cheaper online. Their homemade juices are mostly quite good and those are priced reasonably. Overall my only complaint is the pricing on non juice pitems like certain mods and tanks is like $10-$20 higher than local shops. But Idefinitely shop here for a affordable juice that has decent flavor.

The female who helped me the other day was very helpful. Im new to this vapor thing and was very interested in CBD. She explained to me the different varieties along with all the mods. I didnt feel like just another quick customer and thanks to her I will be back.

Everyone is super friendly and they always get you what you need. The staff are so friendly they make you feel comfortable being there and they treat you like they’ve know you your entire life. Excellent selection of juices and vapes. This is the only vape shop I will ever go to.

Had an issue with some gift certificates that were a Christmas gift. Have to say I feel bad as I was kind of rude to them on the phone. When the manager returned my call he went above and beyond to take of the issue and make sure I was more than satisfied. Sorry again for being rude.

Dont get me wrong I really like this vape shop but whats frustrating is when I get here at 9:05am on a Monday and yet they are suppose to open at 9:00am and I remain sitting here in my car for some time and yet still no ones here and they are still closed. And as Im waiting in my car more and more people keep coming and going because no one is here at 9:00am to open like it says on the website and the door signs.

Visited Butte store while in Montana and bought their product for first time. Called Billings store to order more product. Super helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Live in California, but will call and order their product often.

Man all i gotta say is that this place is dope. I am from out of town and i work at a vape shop here in Texas man they kick my butt lol... the staff here was amazing they know the product and what they are talking about. Lets just put it this way next time Im up in billings visiting family ill be stopping here for some amazing juice. The good thing about this shop is They didnt just try to sell things to me they actually recommended flavors and what would be a good one to get and what flavors i might now like. AMAZING JOB IS ALL I CAN SAY.

The best vape shop in Billings and surrounding area BY FAR! At first started going to others then I found this one and havent been to another one since. I tell everyone about this place, have converted a handful on cig smokers to vapers, and easily have gotten atleast 20 people or so to love the place also. I work at a well known hospital and everytime someone tells me they are a smoker instead of harping on them to quite I just ask that they atleast give vaping a shot. If not for youre health then you will atleast save some money. Wonderful place! I love that everything is so customizable and atleast $5-10-20 cheaper than the other vape shops! Thank you for making such a great place.

My favorite vape shop. Gotten juice elsewhere and it tasted awful. Plus way more expensive. Theres only 1 employee I cant stand working with. As the rest are awesome. I try to avoid him because I like the store so much

Came in looking to switch from a small vape pen to a refillable unit. I came in with zero knowledge but Casey (not positive of the spelling) answered all of my questions, made helpful suggestions and helped me find the best vape for my purpose. He didn’t push the most expensive model on me, he just informed me of the pros and cons of each one, I ended up buying a more expensive vape than I planned but I felt confident that I had enough information to make a good decision.I really don’t see myself going anywhere else for anything vape related.Casey, if you read this, you rock man, thank you so much!

Been vaping for a while, havent really found the right thing for me. Picked up a new one yesterday with a different type of fluid. Dude was super helpful in getting me the right thing for me. Definitely going back for sure.

Really good assortment of 0% nicotine up to 36%...and they have pipes, bongs and other paraphernalia...Got 4 stars because nobody is a perfect establishment...maybe providing more flavors would help.
