Relax Massage

The massage therapists worked hard and did a good massage, and the environment was nice. However, after getting a mage to reduce stress just to be accosted to give a higher tip than the normal 20% after the massage. That was Very stressful and unprofessional. They will likely never see me again and next time that happens I will not increase my tip again. So, if you do go, expect to give a $20 tip. If you expect that, your experience will likely be a lot better than mine! To the company, I suggest you put up a sign that you expect a $20 tip that way the client can decide before if they want to or can pay that amount. Thank you.

Went in for a couples massage today. The massage itself wasn’t bad but my shoulder now really hurts and is bruised. The thing that floored me was when we were leaving we were asked to give a bigger tip. I was so stunned I gave him the $10 that I had in cash. Something about this just really unsettled me, I just find it so rude to ask for even more money after I’ve already tipped over 20%. Maybe the guy was having a bad day I don’t know, but we won’t be back.

Do not recommend came in once she told me they were busy but there was no one in there came back and asked for only a 30 min massage she said yes but could only do my shoulders and that I was REQUIRED TO GIVE A 10-15% tip before even receiving the service. Before I got a chance to pay I had to translate and tell her the specifics I need worked on she told me no and she wouldn’t do my massage 0/10 do not recommend

UPDATE: The owner reached out and corrected the issue by offering a 30 manassas at no cost. Had the whole hour been that superb!!!! It was a great deep tissue massage and I was indeed relaxed. Thank you for listening and resolving the issue!I had great and wonderful massages from this establishment in the past. However, I went last night and it must have been busy because I had to wait 15-20 mins for someone to come in and give me the massage. Then the lady was texting and answering her cell phone during the massage! It was so unprofessional and she cut me short about 10 minutes of the 60 minutes! I am disappointed and i attempted to reach out to them via email but have not heard back from them.

I am very disappointed. I scheduled a couples massage for our anniversary and when we got to the place, they said our appointment needed to be pushed back an hour because the person before us was late to their appointment. so because they were so late, our appointment basically got canceled. I dont understand why they would take someone so late knowing there was an appointment after them. Very poor decisions on their part and I will be getting a refund and going elsewhere. We should not have got there just to be told we had to push our appointment to a later time. A phone call would have been nice, instead of driving 40 minutes just to be told our appointment was canceled.

Called previously before massage and they stated appointments were available for couple massage. Once we arrived we waited 20 mins plus for services. The young lady seemed very inexperienced chopping my back and rubbing oil I would never again ! To top it off leaving out the lady ASKED for a tip😡 NEVER AGAIN

I massage started at 2:21pm. She stop and went out to get the stone’s but my timer never stop, 2:38 she took the stones off and at 2:45 she was done. I didn’t not get my full 30 minutes massage. This was my 1st and last time going there.

Pretty horrible service. Had one hour massage. She really didn’t want to do it. I thought full body consisted of front and back. I had to request for my back to be done. Requested 30 extra mins and was denied. Then as I was leaving she tells me other customers tip $10-$15. I wouldn’t mind tipping if I was satisfied with my $65 service I paid for. Still tipped her... Smh. WONT EVER VISIT AGAIN!

I was not pleased with the massage at all!! I went in with my back hurting and left with my back still hurting! Before I left the lady told me I needed to tip her so I said ok (even though I thought that was rude to ask), I went to the car and got her five dollars she told me that wasnt enough, so I told her to give me that back but she wouldnt. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!

The absolute worse!!! Do NOT go here. I made an appt at 5:30. Got there at 5:20 and was asked to come back in 1 hr. I came back at 6:25 and was then asked to come back in 45 min. After explaining that I had an appt and also altered day to come back in an hour the lady acted as if she could not understand me and didn’t speak English. I do not recommend this place of business

Recently hurt my back due to heavy lifting. Took a chance on this place and was amazed.The therapists took care of my aches and pains.I highly recommend this place as all of the staff was pleasant and am looking forward to another visit.Good job 👍 and I cant wait for next time .

Summer gave me an amazing massage. She was very good with the deep tissue massage. If I could go back tomorrow, it wouldnt be soon enough. Thanks Summer, Ill be back.

Wife and I did the couples hot stone massage. It was amazing. They are very kind and very good at what they do! Super relaxing and we both had a great experience.

Sketchy. Switched people in the middle of the massage. Did chopping on the back. It seemed like a joke and a scam.

I do moving for a living and when I get too sore after a big move, these people get me feeling all better after session.
