I just had my first hydrafacial with Klea and it was AMAZING! Klea is very skilled at what she does, has excellent communication and also great skin recommendations. My face feels super hydrated and cleansed and I cannot wait to go back! Best spot in Birmingham.

Christina does my lip injections and I trust her when it comes to making me look natural because she asks you questions to make sure she knows exactly how you want them to look. She’s the best doctor because she always makes sure you feel comfortable and she’s super friendly. I love coming to skin house for my appts. All the staff is very friendly and the inside of the building is so cute and always looks clean.

Skin House is the real deal, They really understand the face and want what’s best for their clients. They never push for more but advocate for minimal with maximum results. It’s a big deal when I say I’d trust any of their injectors with my face. Not to mention the front of house couldn’t be nicer 😊 lovely & clean environment.

Dr. Christina Barbat is truly amazing! (THE BEST OF THE BEST) I love how she will be honest with you and how much work/service you need. I went in thinking I need 20 units for my frown lines because that is what other places would usually do for me she recommended that I do only 15 units and I loved the results and they lasted me close to 4 months. I got lip fillers for the first time and also loved them. She’s very gentle and informative. Very professional staff and love their new location! Will definitely be going back and taking my friends/family with me.

DON’T DO IT!!!!! I debated writing this review for a really long time but if I can help save someone’s face and money then I think it is worth it. I came to Dr. Barbat right before my 21st birthday and boy did I make a mistake. For 2 years I had a puffy face from misplaced filler but there was 1 thing she did which is like which is she covered my chin dimple. After getting everything dissolved and getting my normal face back I decided to go in to see the doctor again (ANOTHER BIG MISTAKE!!!) and this time only get my chin dimple covered. I asked for a half syringe but of course they had to make me buy the full. She used .4 of the syringe of filler but seemed to be injecting it in a complete different way than the last. I pointed this out and was told not to worry. I go home and wait 2 weeks, the filler she used did nothing. I call to tell them and they make me email the clinic and send pictures. After I do that, they make me come in for a second appointment and used the rest of the syringe which I bought. This was double the filler that we used last time, but at this point I just wanted to get it over its since I had already paid and just said to myself I would never come back here. Now it’s been 3 months later, my chin dimple which she used a full syringe to cover is hallow to touch. My chin is shaped weird from the misplaced filer. And I have a line that looks like a vain in the middle of my chin dimple which I’m assuming is more of the misplaced filler. Oh and they asked me to write them a good review in exchange for a $25 gift card. So that’s probably the reviews you’re seeing.

This was my first time at skin house and Nurse Erica did my first lip flip. She made me feel very comfortable. The botox process was literally 30seconds. Very happy and will be coming back!!

I did a BR facial this time with Klea and it exceeded my expectations. I have rosacea and I can not get over how well the BR products eliminate/mitigate my redness and Klea’s expertise in their use is fabulous. I could not recommend her skills more. I also had Morpheus 8 recently done and have seen subtle results so far (it’s only been 1.5 weeks) but I can see an improvement already in redness and pore size. Definitely impressed. This place is horrible. THEY WERE RUSHED. When I did my lip fillers I was not only bruised for a week, but the inside of my bottom lip was bruised up and ended up with a bad blister, I couldnt eat or even talk for a week. I ended up getting Abreva from the pharmacy and made it better. Also, my bottom lip is uneven.

I have had two treatments of Morpheus8 with Klea and I am loving the results. I am really happy with her work and she has made me feel more confident with my skin. My main concern was to address scaring but I also noticed a mini facelift on top of more youthful and smoother skin texture. Apart from moisturizer and sunscreen I barely wear makeup anymore. The spa is absolutely beautiful and Klea is amazing at what she does. Looking forward to going back for my third treatment.

I went to Dr. Christina one month ago as I needed PRP treatment for my hair. As the PRP requires multiple sessions I went the first time and everything was smooth. Until the second time they failed to draw my blood and my hand got bruised big time because of the many injections they tried to do (I will attach the picture) even tho I made sure to drink a lot of water and eat. So we had to reschedule my second appointment which we did but yet they failed to draw the blood from me again after 3 tries. So I suggested to them that I get my blood drawn from my daughter who’s a nurse and then bring the blood to them and they agreed to it until the day of the appointment comes, so “Maddison” called me to tell me that they want to reschedule and have my daughter come with me as if my daughter isn’t busy at her job already, So I told her that you guys couldn’t draw the blood and bruised my hand twice because of the many tries they made and you’re not letting someone else that’s professional to do it for you. Unfortunately she got but* hurt and hanged up the phone on me. Just the perfect example of an unethical disrespectful bad customer service.
