I adore Spikes Leather Club! Every experience Ive had here has been so much fun and all around great. From the friendly bartenders to the outrageous clientele, Spikes is a safe haven for anyone and everyone to come and be themselves. Even though its a Leather Club you dont have to come in leather. Even if they have special events the dress code is more often than not just a suggestion and youre made to feel comfortable even if you arent dressed like everyone else. The bartenders are all so attentive and friendly and can make a stout drink! I always like popping into the leather shop to see what theyve gotten in. Theres also a back patio for smoking, enough bathrooms for the capacity, a leather lounge and a dancefloor. They offer a VIP membership that comes with free covers to regular nights as well as most of the many parties and events that they have. With the VIP membership you can also rent out the leather room for your birthday or other special event and it even comes with a private waiter. Spikes Leather Club is a must see if youre in the Birmingham area!

Laid back. Went early around 7. Played some pool. Checked out the leather store inside. Great small room across the bar with couches and such. Great conversation area. Will return. Good drink prices. Friendly staff. Everyones welcome.

My hiding place on Sundays, with a free buffet, Soul night, and awesome bartenders. Friday and Saturday nights are excellent for dancing to EBM. NEW Owners have turned this place around! Ill see U there!

It was my best friend birthday so she was in town this was what was open as we both are unfamiliar with the city. Turned out to be VERY FUN VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE NO RACIAL ISSUES AT ALL !!!! I LOVED IT!!! IT ISNT JUST FOR LGBT THEY WELCOME EVERYONE. 💯💯

They have a fun atmoshpere with fantastic bartenders. The wait for drinks is speedy and the drinks themselves are well proportioned. Make sure to visit the items shop while there.
