Theyre always kind and courteous towards me. They also have a great selection of cigars in the wood room. They have a huge selection of ecigs. Their hide away boxes are awesome. How can you go wrong with stopping in here first. I highly recommend going to BTOWN Smoke Time!!!

The girl who is always working on the weekends is kind and a good employee. She makes great recommendations and helped me find my new favorite vape. I have never had a bad experience at this location, I really recommend coming here! They have a diverse selection of products!!

This is hands down my favorite shop to go too! They have amazing hours for your late nights and the store is ginormous. They have everything for vapes, cigars to even all your smoking needs like glass, wraps and papers. They always throw me great deals and hook me up with discounts. Have been shopping here for a while and can say I won’t be choosing any other smoke shop to shop at!

I had the most bizarre bad customer service experience here. They rang up my product, and it rang up as $7.99. Then the employee said that the price should be higher so she changed it right there and charged me an extra four dollars. What kind of training is that? You dont treat your customers like that. Its not my fault your system had the wrong price. I will not be back, and I suggest others to go elsewhere as well.

So I will be honest with you strangers on the internet. I had never been here before a classmate of mine recommended it to me.I am glad she did, because I was able to meet one of my closest friends.I’m not trying to say they sell best friends or anything, just that the staff is friendly and inviting. They want to talk to you, they want you to ask questions. They want to help you find exactly what you are looking for.So stop by when you get the chance, and if you’re lucky, maybe, just maybe. Scabby(don’t know how he got that name) will be working and it will make your day

Most of the workers here are really cool and helpful but they dont always have the papers Im looking for. Plus I was in a bad mood one day and a worker told me to never come back. He was spending too much time chatting with a customer whos dad was buying her $100 worth of smoke accessories, which I made a comment about that he didnt like. I havent seen him since so Ive still been going. Havent had any incidents since and Ive found everybody else to be helpful besides him. It was a bit rude what I said but it was annoying standing in line for so long and seeing the nature of the transaction taking place in front of me. I dont care if the person in front of me is a regular customer. I am too and deserve just as good of service. Im glad I havent had to deal with that employee again and I think hes gone. I did use swear words when talking to him but there is no excuse for having to wait more than 5 minutes with just one customer in front of me and not even get acknowledged when I walk in the store. Plus the delta 8 is overpriced

I have been visiting the different Smoke Time locations over the past couple years, and am always impressed by the level of customer service. If they had the knowledge they made sure I had it too. An impressive assortment of glass, vapes, and other smoking accessories! I highly recommend visiting BTown Smoke Time.

Very relaxed atmosphere. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly. As well, I dont know of a bigger selection of fine tobaccos anywhere in Bloomington. They also have a huge selection of vapes and cartridges.

I used to go Wildside first for my D8 nd vapes stuff but I’m tired of buying from there because they have mostly old stuff there and if you try to ask them for any recommendations they straight up tell you we dont know that what people like..I mean if you are working on smoke shop So you have to know what are the most popular things you are selling and what customers like most and you can tell customers to try.. After that some of my friends told me about Btwn smoke time and when i went there first time there was a guy in shop i asked him about his vape recommendations and I’m surprised he offered me several flavors to try .. he was very kind and friendly ! my first experience was amazing ..I’m telling you guys if you really want something that makes you feel good just go to Btwn smoke time ✌️

An incredible smoke shop with several locations across Bloomington. I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this store, and shop there exclusively. The staff are knowledgeable and polite. By far the best ones doing it in Bloomington.

Giving 4 stars because this is the only place in Bloomington indiana (or near by) that has the Olivia v milano series. also good selection of montecristos, my father, romeo y julieta, Olivia, and rocky patel. would be nice if there were more of a selection of cohibas and fuente. to my fellow cigar smokers, its definitely worth a look.

Super clean store. Everything you would need and more at one place. Have traveled and been to shops as far as Seattle, WA. This is a must go to shop right in downtown Bloomington!
