Delta Vapes

I love the store and the staff but I went yesterday with my husband picked up 4 vape pens and asked if we can exchange for a different one because it was getting clogged and now it’s half gone over night while my husband and I were sleeping. Blue dream was the vape 3g. I was looking forward to this one and now I can’t even enjoy it. It’s clogged then when we get it unclogged it gets ends up leaking into our mouth. We tried it at the store with a male staff member and just kept trying to give us the one that was giving trouble.

I feel like this place hates its own customers. If you watch employees retrieving cased items to make sure you receive the one you intend to buy, you are told to go wait at the counter as if you are a thief.If you receive the wrong product after specifically asking for a different product, you are shut out. Even if you go so far as you coming back mid-day to attempt a correction with a store manager, your inconvenience only results in them refusing an exchange. Even if its an unused product to correct their own mistake. Twin City Vapor offers an, at the very least, a standard customer experience, if not far superior. Do not come here.

Too bad negative stars are not an option. Biggest scamming business I’ve even seen. This manager is so unsure of herself she had to go out of her way to avoid her responsibility as a business owner or excuse me as manager or as a decent human. Don’t buy anything there that you don’t want the warranty to end as soon as you walk out the door even if it’s says it has 120 day or a 90 day warranty doesn’t matter they will not replace it. They will go out of their way to avoid you for 120 days consecutively to avoid the responsibility that seems like an awful lot of work just to avoid a $50 device but that’s fine. You have gotten the last dollar from me or anyone I know. All I can say is you made your bed now you get to lay ( or lie) in it.

I’ve have been going here for about a year now and I can hands down say they have the best customer service in the entire downtown shopping center! Everyone here is so laid back, personable and professional. They always greet everyone with a smile. The store is also neat, fun and organized. I’ve been a regular for a while. Shout out to Skylar for her friendliness and expertise! RIP Rowan 😇💕

I used to love coming here all the time, had great hours and great staff. But every since they switched to 24/7 the staff has become rude. I tried to return a vape while in store, was turned away. I came back and was basically told they dont take them Back if they work in store. This vape was not working in store, it was low firing which I knew from the first or second hit. Puffs on it 3 times to make sure it works, hits the side gives it back completely ruining my experience there, still shell shocked I left with it not working that day and misfiring for a week. The manager is nice and respectful. The boys are always great they card all the time and are on point. Will miss seeing them though they had become like family

U guys should start hiring people with existing knowledge!, told your worker it was the wrong item and continued to tell me it will work. So I continued because I thought I’m in the wrong and no got home and DID NOT WORK AND FUNCTION right! . No hate tho just heads up works don’t make it a fun experience the vibe sucks there more uncomfortable than anything workers don’t treat u like a living human.!

Great products and great employees on top of that. Plus cheaper prices than any other shop. Ive refused to take my business elsewhere for over a year and many of my friends also only go there now. Best smoke shop in Bloomington/normal

First time there, only went because I needed stuff before work and theyre 24/7. Crappy attitudes acted overwhelmed by a couple people in there. Sold me a product that wont work then wont do anything about it because I walked out the store. One of the few guys in there was trying to return his non-functioning new product as well. Wouldnt recommend, good luck if you try.

Employee broke my glass accessory and I cant return it because it left the store lol? I told her not to wrap and , she did anyways and its broken.Management says you cant break glass by wrapping it too tight, but Im sorry you dropped your itemJust calling their regular (former regular now) costumers liars.Also they have the audio / video recording (despite illinois laws) showing I was right

First time there and have a lot of cool stuff. The manager lady with the Blond curly hair was very rude though. She also was rude to one of her employees in front of customers.

Stopped by this shop for the first time a couple days ago and I will most definitely be coming back! I really needed a vape and I had amazing help picking out a new flavor in a different bar than I was used to. I got to try my vape before I left to be sure it was working and then I was on my way after checking out all the awesome glass pieces they have!

If youre gonna have a cashier pull their drawer at the end of their shift, have another cashier and drawer ready to go beforehand. Simple cashier etiquette. Needs more staff or more drawers.

Very cool people every time I have went there and they have been most helpful and informative out of pretty much every other smoke shop that I have visited in Bloomington-Normal area the prices are just phenomenal I mean man I have never seen prices cheaper anywhere else to be honest. Theyve got the widest selection of smoking paraphernalia and apparatuses that I have ever seen they have a wide selection of smoking I guess you would say products yeah besides you know edibles and things like this so definitely is well if you never been there to go check it out for sure. If nothing else just to get the hell out of the house. 😆 LoL

I wanted to shop big; I bought 2 new vapes and 3 containers of juice. All the juice was expired, both vapes did not work correctly with one being impossible to open. The staff was nice but couldnt help me with the vapes. The replaced juice despite not being expired was a bad batch. Id like to think this is just really really bad luck but at the end of the day if I spend big at a vape shop I expect to have at least one working vape with juice even after troubleshooting and replaced juice. 😕

This is the best shop! I come in almost everyday for all the best products and prices, the staff is so friendly and willing to help! I always have such a good experience. The variety and quality is unmatched 😊

Cant do anything about selling faulty 14mm bangers that crack on first heat up. Their rule is once its out of thestore you cannot have it replaced very customer friendly. Will not be back

Workers are nice but it’s “buyer beware” at this place. Some quality problem the products and they don’t stand by their products so ur out of luck if you ever need a refund. That’s a big negative to me.

To be real the problem isnt the product its the service. The employees are real immature. The manager could really use a lesson in customer service. Good stuff for sale, poor staff.

Since they got new staff a couple months ago they have been consistently rude. They still have better prices but dignity is worth a couple bucks more somewhere else to me.

Super disappointed. My best friend and I were sold a product that was 6 months expired that made us extremely sick within 15 minutes of consuming it. No refund was given as an option even though they don’t even have the non expired version of the product in store.

Their vape selection is jank. Their actual market and what theyre good at has nothing to do with vapes. Should probably change the name of the store to something that aligns better with what theyre good at. Wont be back.

About a week ago I was in your store intending to make a sizable purchase for my girlfriend who lives in Chicago.Due to distance I attempted to call her so I could read the various flavors of Mr. Fog Switch vapes to her.When I entered the store the music was blasting to the point I couldnt hear anything besides the in house music.There was only one customer who was checking out, so I asked the girl behind the counter if she could please lower the music for a moment so I could conduct my call.Not only did she say No. but she was beyond rude looking at me like I asked if she could light the store on fire.I turned and left.I dont care how many customers you have, but you lost out on what very easily would have been $100 sale.Ive worked with the general public for years.Call me crazy, but Im quite sure the goal of a store is not only to make a sale, putting money in your register, thus keeping your doors open, but to do so with respect for your customers.If turning the radio down, not even off, in an empty store for 2 minutes is such a difficult request, theres absolutely no need to do business with you.Ill continue to share my experience with others and let them know that because of how rude the girl was behind the counter I wont return, and neither should anyone who considers shopping there.Theres a reason the Smokers Den has 2 locations here in town, and continues to do long lasting business with a loyal clientele base.I hope in the future you focus more on accommodating your customers, than you do blaring awful music.

Don’t come here! They sell expired products and management is extremely unprofessional & rude when trying to resolve the issue. They refuse to provide a refund after admitting they don’t check expiration dates of what’s on their shelves. Gross.

Good experiences until today. Bought a replacement mod and was told by 2 employees that it was compatible with my batteries, but it was not. I asked to open the box to check and they said I could not before buying. They were both wrong unfortunately.Tried to exchange for a more expensive mod after buying(never used the device) and was told to come back with a receipt the next day as a manager was not in to be able to process the exchange.My fiance went today with the receipt and the worker did not bother to look at the receipt or help in any way and said they highly doubt what she was saying was true. Fiance then cried in her car. Awful customer service. Just make sure you dont need to exchange or return anything. Tried to reach out via insta chat and now have been to the store 3 times and heard different things from employees each time.

Cheaper prices for vapes, the edibles are good prices Ive tried them. A lil weaker but hey it does the job for some

Yeah not sure about the guy who was working tonight but i was not pleased with the service that I received. He was not helpful or informative about the content being sold at the establishment. I have shopped several times but I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS DISRESPECTFUL ESTABLISHMENT

This place was terrible all around. Didnt even leave the store and the bong cracked cuz the workers dont wrap their equipment properly. Guy at the counter said he couldnt do anything and to come back tomorrow and when we came back the manager said she couldnt do anything because we left the store. The thang at the counter was ignoring us and left to help another customer in the middle of talking to us. The stuff is expensive as hell for cheap quality

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to answer all of my questions and help me find the right products for my needs.The shop was clean and well-organized. The products were easy to find, and the staff was happy to help me find what I was looking for.

Was in their the other day and bought a 3.5 g of weed, smoked a blunt and a joint. Was down to .87 when I weighted it. Called to complain and they said you had already left the store. Great customer service I won’t be back

I’ve been coming here a couple times now…each time was a excellent experience. Their CBD gummies are the bomb for the price starting at $10.99! I’ve had the weed tarts so far and they had a good strength after 2! Their house blend pre rolls are $10. $8 a gram. 3 different types of strains. This store has pretty much everything you could possibly think of for your smoking needs. My go to store thank you!

I just came from the shop, bought 60$ worth and the quantity did not match what I was told I was buying. I asked for a refund and they said no refunds. A lot of stems, barely any nugs, not worth smoking didn’t get me high at all. Worst 60$ I’ve ever spent. Don’t buy from here

5/5 I’ve come to this place at 12 pm after the bars with the employees dealing with my slurred words and still gave me the best service. Their glass bonds and pieces are made very well, and they have all the up to date flavors on vapes etc. check it out!

Usually everything is good from here, although I just bought some delta8 and it was expired since 03/29/2022. Called and got told there is nothing they can do about it. Kinda ridiculous, if you get a 3chi c-cell make sure to check the back before you buy it every time.

Delta vapes is my go to smoke shop I love delta vapes n they’ve recently added blunts to their inventory so now I can get wraps. Only downside is they do not accept card only cash but they do have a free atm inside which is a plus! Love this store would highly recommend!
