Everyone I have ever interacted with here has been amazing. They are knowledgeable about all the products. Willing to walk you though the process and what they have to offer. I started going here when it was Maxx but the crew since it became Kure has always made me feel like part of the family. I could not recommend any other place.

Brittany is an absolute sweetheart and has such a energetic while at the same time calm vibe. The juice selection is phenomenal as well as the selection of coils and pods. If you need it she probably has it or can get it! The handcrafted Prime liquid is amazing, its absolutely worth the extra dollar or so. I also enjoyed the THC and mushroom selection, even with the states restrictions she still had something within the law for a fun evening with friends! Im also really glad to see Scott back, hes always had a great energy when Ive shopped with him and I look forward to shopping with him again soon! If you arent a regular here, youre missing out severely!

Out of all the vape stores in Bloomington, this one is by far the best! They have the best staff, the best selections, variety. Better than 420 smoke shop, and better than smoke time. I always get what I need and the staff is very quick, knowledgeable, and curtious of their costumers.

Scott does great work and deserves all the 5 star ratings please give him them, the stores clean and the customer service is second to none, will be back!

I am not sorry for what I am about to say. I have been a loyal customer to kure spending hundreds of dollars almost every month and I get mistreated by the staff britanny. She literally has a natural bad attitude.I also have had issues with her when calling about certain items and I was told there is a return policy and she failed to comply in several occasions. Its unfortunate that since they hate there job so much they have to take it out on the customers.

This place rocks!! I had the best experience buying a new Vape Mod here recently! Stephanie helped me pick out a new Valyrian III (which awoke the Game of Thrones nerd in me), and she even set me up with some new E-liquid from their E-liquid Bar. 10/10, 5/5, Two Thumbs Up, I would/will definitely shop here again.

I just wanna say this is my go to store for everything!!! I absolutely love the value they give to the customers. Stephanie the manager is great she is so nice and values her guests! I will not go anywhere else for my nicotine stuff. I just wanna also say Stephanie the manager is amazing at making the store look so nice and organized.

The Kure store on the east side of town was fantastic, the girl who was usually in there was unbelievably kind and helpful. Since it closed, I had to go to the west side store. A different woman was working that store, she was very short and reluctant to help me at all over the phone and when I went into the store she was the exact same way. Bring back the east side staff!

Always enjoy coming here to get all my vaping accessories and juices. They have a loyalty program that allows you to use points to save big on any purchases. I also like the fact that you can come here to get an e-juice made in whatever strength of nicotine youd like with their wall of juice to choose from. This is the only place Ill go for vape items

Ive been going here or the east location for years and years now. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Except It sucks the east location shut down. The manager is a freaking doll. Shes always helping me out with discounts when Im broke. The juice bar is where its at. I cant and refuse to go anywhere else for my juice. The selection is unbeatable and I vape a higher mg that I rarely can find anywhere else.

Im a long time Maxx e-Cig (Eastside) and now KURE Westside customer. Over the years of having various Managers and store help I can say Stephanie is by far the best. She is extremely nice, helpful, and always greets me with a smile and seeing me. Thank you Stephanie for all of your amazing work to transfer the East location store contents to the West location. Visiting today I am so impressed with how clean and organized it is. The Halloween decorations are amazing and make it feel so inviting to come in and visit. I sure hope you are well taken care of as new Manager for how special you are and how hard you worked. Please keep Stephanie and take care of her. Thank you!

Just bought a new tank that they pointed me to less than 2 months ago and they just stopped selling the coils to tank very recently. Dont like the slimy tactics to get you to buy other products. I liked what I was getting and am sad they dont sell what I need anymore. Will no longer ship here.

I called and asked if they had a certain flavor in stock of an ElfBarBC5000, and a nice gentlemen said “yes, and they had one left,” so I asked to know the price for it at their store (since sometimes it varies depending on which store you buy your vapes at). Even though he was clearly dealing with a large line of customers, he kept getting back on the phone to apologize for how long it was taking him to do a price check. Very polite and kind! Once he was able to verify the price for me, I asked if there was any chance he could hold the one remaining ElfBarBC5000 in my fav flavor, and he said “That would be no problem at all!” and he took down my name. This will be my first time buying anything from this shop but I can tell I’ll like it and become a regular. Definitely check it out!

Personally wouldnt buy any of their delta 8 vapes as when they order them they get damaged in the middle of the shipping process.Do yourself a favor and just order directly from the companies themselves. Cheaper and better products.cant say much on the rest though.

2/14/22 I called before heading in to see if they carried Novo x pods and the customer service I received was prompt and friendly. When I got to the store I was given a juice recommendation and so far I’m loving it. Knowledgeable, friendly, and expeditious. Definitely worth a visit next time you need re-up.

I am very disappointed in this store. Ive been in there multiple times. I had a younger man that was really helpful, he walked me through everything and taught me a lot about vaping. That being said, every other time Ive been in there, it has been a grouchy older woman. She talks to costumers like trash, and treats you like an idiot. You can tell she thoroughly hates her job. I feel like there is no need for her to be as rude as she is. Also the prices on most things are extremely marked up. I can buy 5 boxes of coils for the price they sell one for in there. As much as I enjoy the convenience of going to this shop, I will not be going back.

Driving through Bloomington on way to Indianapolis found place on line and stopped in. My brother needed a new reservoir for his vape. The gentleman where great very helpful and friendly. Best service ever! They put the reservoir on and a protector because my brother mentioned It was the third time he had broken it in a month. We were so impressed we felt it necessary to put a review online! Thank you guys for the great service!

This place is great. They are under new ownership. I worked with Deonte(sp?). He was fabulous! I had no idea what I needed, he explained everything, listened to what I was looking for. He then recommended several flavors and let me try them all. I am thrilled with my service and products.

The regional guy Matt(?) kept talking to me about Star Wars stuff, I told him I didn’t really care. He kept talking my ear off when another employee was helping me look at product. Very unprofessional.

This shop is under new ownership. The staff is super friendly and completely knowledgeable. This shop is the only place I will buy from. Great selection of mods and juices. Staff will let you sample before buying. They are dedicated to keeping the customers happy. Would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Wow. The manager who was working on 9/13/17 was HORRIBLE. By far the rudest person that I have ever met before. Instead of just answering my simple question about a product I was hoping they had stocked up on, OUT OF NOWHERE she began to shout at me and lecture me about how Im using my ecig incorrectly(the one she sold me and explained how to use). She needs to be let go or work away from the public.

Great selection on everything and the owner knows what you are looking for pretty quick if you give him just a little bit of an idea of what you want. I will definitely be going here way more often.

The older woman missing the front teeth, who seems to always be there (the owner maybe?), is incredibly rude, and unprofessional. I have no idea how they have managed to keep any clientele with that woman as a representative. Not only will I never purchase ANYTHING from them again, I will also make suggest that all of my friends and anyone I come in contact with that vapes goes ANYWHERE but there. I have had several interactions with this woman, and have unfortunately spent several hundred dollars there over the past three months since Ive switched from cigarettes to vaping. Several times I wanted to just walk out in the middle of a transaction or when Ive been about to make a purchase after being talked to incredibly rudely or after witnessing her being almost verbally abusive towards other customers... I have personally been present on 2 occasions over the past 3 months where this woman has had verbal confrontations with customers. Ive only returned in hopes that maybe she wouldnt be there and I could get what I needed and get out if she was... After witnessing her interactions today with another customer, and hearing the way she talked about them after they exited... I was floored... The guy had an issue with a product he purchased just a few minutes before, and came in with questions... She immediately became defensive and aggressive telling him she doesnt do returns or in store credit unless something is defective from the manufacturer, and that he should have known, whatever it was he had an issue with, before he made the purchase... The guy seemed really calm and collected and basically asked if there was anything she could do to meet him in the middle or something along those lines. She became even more aggressive, I was shocked at watching this all play out... He simply said, well, I guess it is what it is then, I wont be coming back here anymore... She said, good... At that point, I realized this place didnt value its customers at all. I placed the items I was about to purchase, and walked out myself... As I was exiting she said, I dont need your business either honey(which is what prompted this review)... She doesnt need my business, and she certainly wont ever have it again.

I just stopped in quickly this time to get a few coils and they delivered as always. This is the ONLY place Ill purchase vape products . Ive been to others and felt hurried and pushed towards products so they could make a quick profit but never at Maxx. At Maxx their employees are knowledgeable and helpful in helping me make educated purchases that Ill be happy with.

Went in for a couple of coils and chat with the manager... Always a good time and great conversation. Stop in and tell Zach and the fellas hey, and, if youre first responder, prior or active military or law enforcement, you get a nice discount!!! Stop by and let em handle all your vaping needs!!

First of all, let me just say that I have never had a worse experience than at Maxx E-cigs. The manager was extremely unhelpful and Im fairly certain that they never clean out the mixing bar. 10/10 would never go again.

If you are curious about vaping at all you need to stop In here and talk to this staff! I knew nothing about it but was curious about options for vaping CBD oil so I stopped in and spoke with the manager Zach and he had a wealth of knowledge for me! The staff he had was very friendly and the atmosphere was super chill. Stop in and check them out!

Used to be a good store. Ever since the owners changed hands, it’s been downhill. The staff isn’t knowledgeable, I asked for a T2 top and the person working didn’t know what I was talking about. Neither staff members knew what they were talking about. The store was filled with smoke so thick you could cut it with a knife

Love this place, love the employees, special shout out to RICHARD, who helps me understand how to work with my vapes when Im about to throw them under my tires. DRAWBACKS: occasionally employees dont really seem to understand their products and as such, are unable to explain everything to customers, so that a customer may believe a certain vape is more user friendly than it truly is...also, certain products are not in stock and apparently ARE NEVER in stock again. even if you have your name on their list to be notified when they get it in. never leave your dead vape there...it WILL VANISH FOREVER. otherwise ❤ maxx and the only vape store Ill go to and they DONT TRY TO FORCE YOU TO BUY STUFF YOU DONT WANT

I smoked for 15 years, and switched to vaping to stop using tobacco products. I am 5 months smoke free, and can attribute that to vaping. Im happy to say Im on the lowest amount of nicotine possible thanks to the crew at Maxx E Cigarettes. Your staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and HONEST. Ive come.in there multiple times with minor issues and have left happy every single time. I highly recommend Manx E Cigarettes to anyone interested in breaking the habit and enjoying a nice yummy flavored vape. Both the west and east side stores, ESPECIALLY the east is filled with rude employees that dont know what theyre talking about. They dont take the time to explain anything to you, and their prices are twice as high as anything on the internet. Go to indy E cigs on kirkwood or literally any website on the internet for better deals and explanations.Maxx Ecig shop is hell on earth. I REPEAT, Maxx Ecig shop is hell on earth.

I buy all my local ejuice here. Generally, I buy online because there are more options, but this is the best local store for vaping supplies. Much friendlier than other local vape stores where it feels like a club and if u dont know the people working youre an outsider. When in reality I probably know more than any of them. I definitely recommend Maxxs to any new Vapors I come across that need a local store.
