I used to exclusively come here when those college kids worked here. They were helpful and friendly. Vape juice is much cheaper practically elsewhere but I didnt mind because the workers were pleasant.But the quality of workers has decreased ever since they left. Most seem really aloof, unhelpful and condescending. Im a veteran of retail and dont believe in being fake nice by any means, but Im absolutely stunned by some of the things these new workers have said to me.For example, I didnt ask your opinion about if you liked a certain flavor I asked for. I asked if you had any in stock.And being told something is not even expensive when A. that wasnt even the point of what I said and B. keep your rude opinion to yourself.At this point I drive out of my way to any other shop for cheaper juice and have much more pleasant experiences.3 stars for convenience to my location.

Alex was awesome! Very knowledgeable and answered every question I had and was very helpful and just an all-around great guy and vape salesman. I will never go anywhere else for all of my vape needs because of how awesome Alex was and how cool the shop was and the air hockey table is the best!

Loved it great place to hang but for some reason no longer has a pool table.Still has an air hockey table but you have to pay to playBring back the pool table 🥲However other than that, wonderful atmosphere very laid back good place for mall employees or mall rats to chill

Kind service, decent variety, not enough incentive for repeating customers though.Their membership system simply doesnt equate to a value worthwhile when compared with other local vape shops. Excellent service though!

Great people, Great atmosphere, and one of the best when it comes to customer service, goes above and beyond to get customers the products they are looking for. Highly recommend to new and intermediate vapers. Employees are highly knowledgeable. Good upkeep on inventory 99.9% of the time they have what Im looking for. 10/10

Ive been here a few times now and Ive been wildly disappointed looking back now. They rarely have the coil you need in stock, as well staff seemingly ignorant of other mods outside of the one they use. Small selection of product too. 420 or max will probably do you better. The employees are at least nice they there is that.

I have always had the best experience in the Bedford store, everyone is so helpful and nice. They really are the best! :) They have helped from everything from picking a flavor to buying a new vape pin that I would like. Love this store.

The owner tried to sell me his own juice line without disclosing that he had a stake in it. He told me it was his favorite juice that he vapes all the time. I found out later that it was his own juice. Not okay. I have not been there since. They have a limited selection of rebuildables. Other shops are much more helpful and knowledgable

By far the best vape shop in Bloomington! The staff there is the best. I wish I had the two staff members names who helped me with my problem. I came in this afternoon thinking I bought the wrong coils, but they very kindly showed me what I was doing wrong. (You know who you are!) Everyone should go here for all their vape needs! 6/5 Stars!

Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was impressed. They need to sell larger ML bottles of house blends, but it is a decent store

Great staff very friendly. If they didnt have something that day like a certain mod or tank they went out of way and got it asap. Highly recommend to anyone

Purchased a SMOK device a few months ago. It stopped working, so I took it back to ask if they had any experience fixing what was wrong. Or at least if they had seen the issue before and could tell me what was wrong. All I got was a very stern No, and then the kid went back to talking with his friends. When I pressed further, the only response was I can sell you a new one at a discount. Left the store very disappointed with my interaction, as I didnt want to purchase a new one since I already plopped down quite a bit of money in their store on the one I had.I ended up fixing my SMOK device myself following a few steps I found online. But the SMOK finally gave up the ghost. So yesterday I decided to go back to see about purchasing a new one. The person behind the counter couldnt be bothered to even look up from what he was doing to greet me. I browsed the case for about a minute, without even an acknowledgement that I was there.

Nice place. They are remodelling from a location change they recebtly had but they still work hard to get you what you want, give you a nice place to relax and hang out, and they are all very friendly. 10/10, it is my favorite vape shop out there.

Prefer the store in Bedford. Chick working wasnt too friendly, basically didnt care if i was in there or not. Didnt really knaw what i waz talkin about.

Great variety of ejuice and mods but a bit overpriced. Some of their stuff you can get way cheaper at 420. But overall not bad and nothing to complain about other than their prices.

The staff well the 2 people that tried to explain anything were highly uneducated about vaping and vape products one of them went as far as lying about several products that I had read about and reviewed I was amazed to hear what I heard very poor on the sales representatives behalf I was completely upset about my few visits there

Great store to get my vape supplies from. The prices are good, the reward program is fantastic, and all the employees are super friendly and helpful!
