I have been getting my nails every month by Laura since last May. She is amazing. I have got so many compliments. Every month I bring different nail designs and she has never disappointed. She is friendly, hospitable and we just have a great time. Every month my co-workers can’t wait to see what Ms. Laura’s talented nail art and design. Thank you so much. You are a gem. ❤️

Laura did my full set of pink & white nails today. (This was my 1st time there) & shes amazing...I love my beautiful nails!! And our conversation was fantastic, as well.I am so happy I found her!! Thank you very much 💖 I have found a place I will ALWAYS return to!

If I could choose zero stars, I would.We originally made an appt for 4 pedicures and made sure there would be 4 workers for the appt.At the appt, there were 2 workers switching back and forth from person to person. Tools were not sanitized and were used for all 4 of us. They wanted to charge $25 for gel, on top of the pedicure cost. The service was not worth the price that was charged/advertised. The polish options were old and crusty. The gel polish was not accurate, to what was displayed. Whatever you do, just do not go here.

The salon is conveniently located, making it easy for me to pop in for a quick manicure during my lunch break.

I appreciate the effort they put into staying environmentally conscious. They use eco-friendly products whenever possible.

I got my original set of acrylics with regular polish done at this salon ten days ago. I came back for a fill today with one broken nail. I revisited this salon for a nail fill to try and give them a second chance. The acrylic set that I just left with is on my cuticles in multiple places and not on my nails at all on some of my other fingers. The pricing they have listed for a fill is $20+. When I went to pay (which they requested cash), I was told my cost was $30. I asked why it was $30, and he rudely said “because you wanted regular nail polish,” I kindly responded that he never told me there was an extra charge and that I didn’t see that charge posted anywhere. I also told him that regular polish is a basic inclusion in a fill. He said they don’t have it advertised, but no salons wants to do regular polish because people take the polish off at home, causing the salon employees more work. I have never been charged for polish at any salon, ever. I’m still baffled at being charged extra without warning for a basic salon nail. They expect people to leave the salon without polish on their nails or with them up-charging for a basic completion of the service. I was shocked by their attitude when I questioned what they tried to charge and the complete lack of customer service and business etiquette. I won’t be returning to this salon for multiple reasons, and I suggest you look for a salon that cares a little bit about its customers satisfaction.

Had a manicure and pedicure. The service was decent, but they spent the entire time (over an hour) talking non stop politics even when I several times tried to change the subject or not talk at all. Conspiracy theories and super biased opinion. Was very annoying and not relaxing at all.

Just went for the second time, this time with my 8 year old. We both got pedicures and our finger nails painted (mine were gel). Just like last time, they look great and my feet feel awesome! The massage is firm enough to be effective but not harsh like some other places Ive been.Everyone was friendly, polite and made my little girl feel special, chatting to her about her favorite movies and songs. We will definitely be returning!

They really take there time to do a nice job. Super friendly. My lady is super happy.

Been coming here, and to their former LA Nails shop since 2006. Tommie & Laura are wonderful examples of immigrants who came to this country for a better life and have worked hard for independence and success.The service is consistently good and theyve kept their prices competitive. Good people!

I love Laura and Tommy! Ive been going to Allay Spa for 9 years and highly recommend ALL their services! Ive never had issues with my nails lifting, chipping or breaking. They take pride in their work and are extremely friendly! I love to treat myself to the occasional body waxing and appreciate the privacy and professionalism demonstrated during the process.If youre in need to a full set or fill, go to Allay Spa!

The wife started my nails was very rough with me and my hands. She hit my finger with the dermal and got mad when I flinched, she had her husband finish my nails and they were an absolute mess when he got to me. Told us 50 when it started but changed price at the end when we went to pay. Horrible businessDont go here

Horrible experience. The lady that did my nails was rude and seemed bothered by having to do my nails. She did them very quickly and the job she did was was definitely NOT worth what I was charged. I have acrylic hanging over onto to my skin and each nail was a different shape and size. Paint job was sloppy as well. Will never go back and never recommend going there.

Called to make an appointment New Years Eve. Only one girl was there and she was extremely rude over the phone. I said I havent gotten my nails done in about 3 years so I didnt know what I wanted besides acrylic full set and she said, I know but I asked you what do you want on top of the acrylic... I thought to myself whatever Ill just go anyway. When I got there she didnt greet me or my friend that was with me. We said we had an appointment and she was rude right off the bat saying, what type of acrylic do you want? I said I just wanted French tips and she said, thats not what I asked you.. then I proceeded with, are you being rude to me as the customer, because I dont have to get my nails done here. The lady had nothing to say. My friend and I left And went to another nail salon that actually treated us like customers. That lady doesnt know customer service at all. I spent 100 dollars on my friend and I to get our nails done for New Years and this place will never have my business and I will make sure everyone knows about the worst customer experience Ive ever had in my life. Im sure there are wonderful people that work here but this lady, (I wish I had her name) was a straight up C- word.

I took my girlfriend there and even for me it was a good experinece. They really took their time and made sure that her nails were beautiful and even. Although they took alot of time it really showed in detail and their prices were extremely low. Im definitely taking her back here to talk with these kind people.

The guy who did my friends nails was super rude and ignored us when we asked how much it would cost. When we told him she doesnt have 60 he threatened to call the police. She didnt get what she wanted and overall he was just super rude.

When I walked in no one greeted me for awhile and I felt uncomfortable. I had an appointment at ten and had to wait for thirty minutes until they finally started my appointment. They couldnt find the specific color I wanted on my nails so they just picked a random one without letting me know. When they put the color on my nails I wasnt sure if it was the right color and didnt want to start over because I just wanted to leave at this point. The color was clear and obviously not what I choose. I do not recommend going here any time soon.

I just adore Laura and Tommy. They are the best Ive had my nails done in town. They could definitely should come down on prices, though, in my opinion.

Never go here unless you want to pay $45 for an unlicensed teenager to do your nails. I specifically made an appointment with Laura but she was doing other things. When I complained to her that my appointment is with her she said Its the same thing if I do or her

I’ve been going to Tommy and Laura for over 15 years. Ive moved to different states (WA, PA, and NYC) and tried different salons and none of them are the same. Everyone I come home to visit I cant wait to schedule my appointment with them. First thing I did when I moved back for good was go in and get a full Mani/Pedi.

I love Tommy and his wife but this last time I was in, I had Tommys wife[ I am sorry I never caught her name] do my nails. She was coughing, and wiping her nose and had watery eyes , I specifically asked her if she was sick and I was told no, it is allergies. I have not been horribly sick for an extremely longtime and within 2 days of getting my nails done, I am down, I am running a fever, horrible cough, my face hurts from all the pressure and my eyes wont quit watering. I am disappointed that Allay would put their clients health in jeopardy as they have mine, if she would have just said, yes I am, I would have waited for Tommy or rescheduled, bow Im 2 days without work going into the Christmas season sick and do not even know if I can have my grandbabies over in fear of getting them and everyone else ill.. Very irresponsible.

I absolutely love having my nails done here. I will not go anywhere else. Laura and Tommy always provide excellent customer service!! ❤

Tommy and Laura are absolutely amazing!! They have always had good work they have just gotten better!!! They did my nails and they are the best nails I’ve ever gotten!!! Absolutely amazing work!!!!

I have been going there for years. I use debit cards because I dont use cash. Laura told me next time Id I dont use cash she will charge me more. Im already charged by them for debit card usage. I dont like being threatened..so I will go somewhere else from now on.

Tommy and his wife Laura are amazing. they ALWAYS greet me. they ALWAYS fit me in. we have really good conversation, and the prices are great.

Worst experience I have ever had. I will not be back and I do not recommend this location. I did not get my money’s worth, they were rude and inconsiderate of my wants as their customer, and offered many excuses. In example, I was trying to describe the length and color I wanted and they basically told me to shut up and watch tv, and that they knew what they were doing. Obviously they are not professionals because if they were, they would have cared and therefore listened to their customer.

I came here for the first time to get my hair highlights and a cut. WOW!!!! Sarah did an amazing job!!! I am so happy with my hair. I will be back only for her.

Worst experience ever!!!!!! I went in an hour before I had to head to a funeral to have a gel polish change, I asked if they could fit me in they said yes it would take 15 mins!!!! 45 minutes later i paid them $15 for the removal of my polish and left due to the fact that they took so long and I would have been late!!!They are slow, unprofessional and unorganized!!!

If I could pick no stars I would this place is horrible the owner is rude and hung up on me because she messed my nails up didnt even paint them all the way charges rediculous prices and Im pretty sure that girl didnt have a licence I do not recommend this place

Prices are good. They do a good job. They talk amongst themselves in another language a lot of the time.
