I’m so thankful I found Fletcher Chiropractor. They have been so helpful in my on-going back struggles. While I have seen Dr.Fletcher-I primarily see Dr. Daglen & I can’t recommend him highly enough! They are both great & the whole staff is wonderful. They really listen to your needs & work with you where you are at. I’ve seen so much improvement in things I’ve dealt with for years & now see them for mostly maintenance. If you need a great chiropractor than this is the place for you!

I have been a patient with Dr Fletcher for going on 7 years now. Until meeting him I heard nothing but horror stories about chiropractors so stayed away. I had a few horror stories of my own years back and all but chalked them off.With working out so often I needed some assistance with my stiff neck, back and frequent headaches. His team of ladies that work here are always very kind and accommodating to my last minute adjustments.

Dr. Fletcher does a fantastic job. I went to another chiropractor for years with no improvement. After I switched over to Dr. Fletcher, I was noticing improvement within a couple of weeks. I was supposed to get surgery on my hand and instead was able to rehabilitate it with the help of Dr. Fletcher. As well as, he did a tremendous job helping me heal after my car accident. I highly recommend!

1st new patient visit. It had been months since I had been able to get in to see a chiropractor. Live an hour and 20 out of Boise. My work dictates my schedule most of the time. Can I get away? This clinic policy allows for visits that might be unscheduled. How do I know when the heavy pull cord on the chipper will wrench my back?

Dr. Fletcher is wonderful! I was a loyal patient almost 3 years ago and then moved out of the area (believe me...if it was feasible for me to drive up to Boise just for adjustments...I would in a heartbeat! I would definitely choose Fletcher Chiropractic over anyone else Ive been to). Well, I was in town on business this past week and needed an adjustment, so I immediately thought of him and he took me right in! Hes patient and caring, and really listens to what I have to say. I just met Dr. Jenn and was very impressed! She is knowledgeable and professional, while still being very personable. I highly recommend Fletcher Chiropractic to anyone looking for an awesome chiropractic team!

20+ yrs sense Ive been to a Chiropractor and boy did it show and oh...how I could feel it..ugh. Dr. Fletcher is very thorough and explanes with x-rays where the problems are coming from. You discuss a plan of treatment and move forward. They offer massage therapy along with other types of muscle therapy. THANK GOODNESS my back/neck wasnt a total loss...lol.....Dr. Fletcher has a gentle hand and takes his time doing the spinal manipulations. I am very pleased and glad I finally made the move to come here.

Dr. Fletcher and his staff are very caring and have helped my teenage children and myself. I am a very physically active person and ended up with my ribs out of alignment. Dr. Fletcher has me feeling great again! I also see one of the massage therapists on staff and my upper back pain is almost gone! I highly recommend Dr. Fletcher for your chiropractic needs!

Called to get scheduled as a new client asked the receptionist some general questions about rates and time. She was very abrupt and abrasive. Like she was busy or didn’t have the time to answer my questions. If you treat people as in a receptionist rudely then what would make me be inclined to become a client. First impressions are meaningful. I also was hung up on before I could finish asking if there was someone else available that would work with my schedule. Was unwilling to go over services that were offered and availability. Will take my business elsewhere. :)

I have been in the Chiropractic field for 20 years, having been adjusted by several Chiropractors and have worked for a few.. I must say Dr Scott Fletcher by far has been the best for me! Why you ask? Because he took the time on my first appointment to hear me out and listen to me and the problems I was and have experienced over the years. Together we decided X-rays would be a great starting point to really see what was going on inside. After a short few weeks of an adjustment plan I was feeling the best I had in years! Now Im on a as needed basis and have been for 4 years. Fletcher Chiropractic really has helped me be able to enjoy my babies by getting me out of my chronic pain I was in! Thank you to all of them! They are all a fantastic group of people who make you feel special! I do and would recommend them to anyone needing chiropractic services!

I have been going to Dr. Fletcher for years. Weve worked through a couple of injuries, but I mostly receive maintenance adjustments. He is a wonderful chiropractor, and his staff is awesome! There are many chiropractors closer to my house, but I cannot imagine seeing anyone else. I have referred numerous friends to his office, because I have so much faith and trust in him. Dr. Fletcher, his family and staff do a food drive every year, with free adjustments to all who donate. I cant say enough about this great practice!

Couldn’t be more excited to find a great chiropractic facility. Friendly and welcoming staff. Dr. Daglen was amazing. I felt welcomed and heard. And also left feeling much better than I did going in! The persistent neck pain I’ve had for years is dissipating thanks to him. Thank you 🙏

My family has been going to Fletcher Chiropractic for a number of years now. They are all great people and always make you feel welcome. I like that if Im in the area and really need an adjustment I can drop in and they always find a way to fit me in. Ive had a massage there too, which was wonderful. I look forward to having a relationship with this office for many more years. If you need a chiropractor you will not be disappointed with the results you will receive from this office.

Dr. Fletcher is such a great doctor. I have been going to him for ten years and he has always taken great care of me and my family. The staff is wonderful, they are always cheerful and welcoming. I love that I can walk in whenever I need to and get an adjustment.

I recently fell and injured my back and ribs. I waited two weeks to seek medical help, feeling so much pain that I didnt want anyone to touch me, but finally decided to see Dr. Fletcher for chiropractic care when the pain didnt go away. They took xrays to make sure no bones were broken, and then Dr. Fletcher began treating me. He explained everything to me and set up a realistic treatment plan to help me heal. He is very gentle, and kind in his demeanor and I recommend him heartily.

Dr. Fletcher was awesome! I could tell he actually cared for his clients and wants to solve the issue not just give a quick fix. I came in for major back pain and after my adjustment I immediately felt better. I will absolutely be back!

Fletcher Chiropractic is great. The staff is great and Dr. Fletcher has really helped my back feel better in the last few months that I have been going. I would definitely recommend Fletcher Chiropractic to anyone. I can go in whenever I need without an appointment and they always work me in to their schedule.

Dr. Fletcher is great. He takes the time needed to understand what is wrong. He will tell you when something is beyond his expertise and doesnt try to overstep. A good example is when I needed muscle relaxers he didnt say go get acupuncture and a massage, he said go to urgent care. He called ahead to tell them what we had tried and how he came to his diagnosis which they confirmed and got me what I needed. I have seen other Chiropractors who wont send you elsewhere so this leads me think how honest and trustworthy Dr Fletcher is. Also he has what is needed to get your alignment in place from physical therapy kinds of equipment to traction to x-rays to make sure of what is going on in there. I have been going off and on for over a decade, I think you should check him out.

Love Dr. Fletcher and Dr. Jenn!! Our entire family goes to Fletcher Chiropractic. My kids play hockey and Dr Fletcher keeps them pain free and feeling excellent. The staff is always so kind too. We 100% recommend you should go here.

Had the most wonderful massage from Flora. She listened to what I needed and then delivered. I have never felt so RELAXED after a massage, ever! Afterwards got a great adjustment from Dr. Fletcher.... Ive been having severe back pain. Ive been getting regular adjustments and doing physical therapy but I needed some extras help getting my muscles to allow for correct posture and Flora gave me the fix I needed. Id recommend her to everyone! (Love Dr. Fletcher too! Reviewed him in a separate post)

The last week of September I called to make an appt at this clinic & verify my insurance coverage with them. The lady I spoke with said she would check with Humana on my coverage & deductible. She did not know but would have the info at my appt so I made an appt for 9-30th. She still did not know at the appt time but again said she would check on it. My treatment was great. When I left there was no one at the front desk & the Dr didnt know the insurance info so he suggested I pay $50 & I did; made another appt. At that appt the front desk person still had no info on my deductible; looked in her computer & that didnt help her so she asked another lady & neither one had an answer; asked if I had a special Humana plan; suggested I pay again & they would check on the deductible. I declined the appt. because I did not want to keep paying & not have any idea what the fee really was. I checked later with Humana myself who told me Fletcher Chiropractic had not inquired as to coverage for me but I should not have a deductible of more than $10. So they did not check with my insurance like they told me they would do but wanted to keep charging me. Even as today they have not filed anything with Humana nor contacted them. It seems my payment plan with Fletcher Chiro is to pay whatever amount they decide each visit. That does not seem like good practice to me at all.

I went in to see Dr. Jill to see what she could do for my back pain that Ive had since I was a child. She was absolutely amazing. She talked me through the process, provided a thorough examination and it was obvious that she actually cared about my wellbeing as a patient. After a handful of visits Ive seen a significant reduction in my level of pain, I am now more mobile and can get back to doing the physical activities I havent been able to for years. The staff was very friendly and cheerful. I would recommend Fletcher Chiropractic to everyone - especially Dr. Jill!!

Dr. Fletcher completely messed up my entire body being extremely careless. He believed that I needed a heel lift on one side of my body after minimal evaluation, when I in fact did not need one. I was telling him that my back pain was continuing to get worse and he did not understand why, and did not bother to get to the bottom of that issue. I wore this heel lift for nearly 3 months while my pain through every part of my back, hips, and legs continued to get severely worse. I was unable to walk or stand for barely 3 minutes without excruciating pain. I have now been to 2 physical therapists, a different chiropractor, and an orthotics doctor whom informed me that I do not need this lift in, and it caused everything to shift out of place. Now I am having to spend a large amount of time and money in order to reverse everything he has done. Would never recommend.

My experience so far with Dr. Fletcher is very positive. He is a caring and compassionate man. I have already started to feel better. Although I wont be completely pain free, he is working on making me more comfortable and I will be very satisfied.

He is by far the best chiropractor Ive ever been to. Ive been to several chiropractors for a back problem that caused me server pain and I was reluctant to try someone new even though he came recommender by a close friend. My fears were in vain. Dr Fletcher was the first to thoroughly do tests and exam and x-rays and patiently walked me through what was happening and talked me (in simple English) the plan of fixing my back. He also listens to any new concerns and addressed them immediately. If you want to see a chiropractor but feel hesitant Dr. Fletcher is the man to see. Bonus, hes is also priced very competitively!

Ive been going to Dr Fletcher for over 10 years. If not for his care, I would have had back surgery. He helped me heal from a terrible car accident and has treated many of our family members who are athletes. We have a very active family and Dr Fletcher is integral in our continued good health!

Dr. Fletcher and his staff are ALL amazing people.I have seen Dr. Fletcher for a long time but not many times more than I needed him this past Friday. I was in pretty bad shape when I drove in to see Dr. Fletcher last Friday afternoon. I had just got into town and drove right to his office. When I arrived, the office had just closed and Dr. Fletcher was on his way to his car. As I started walking towards him he said youre not going to make it until Monday and brought me in to take care of me. I appreciated that he made time for me even though he was headed out of town. He helped me when I really needed it!Like everyone else, I have a super busy schedule and I appreciate the flexibility of the office schedule.

In May of 2016 I threw my back out unloading the dishwasher. I credit Dr. Fletcher with getting me back on my feet (literally) within a short amount of time. I could not straighten up without pain, and I couldnt lift my leg off the floor! Not even an inch. I was messed up, no doubt about it. It was really scary. I was terrified that I might need surgery because I could tell it was pretty serious. Dr. Fletcher and Dr. Jillaine immediately put me at ease and explained what was going on and gave me their recommendations for treatment. Dr. Fletcher is a people person and has a great way of making his patients feel comfortable. Dr. Jillaine is also fantastic, and has helped me with congestion in my sinus/ear, as well as strength exercise recommendations. If you or someone you love are experiencing back/hip pain, I would encourage you call and make an appointment today. I need to add that within two months I was back to running. That is pretty amazing considering my injury. I am truly thankful to Dr. Fletcher and Dr. Jillaine.

Dr. Fletcher has been a lifesaver on more than one occasion. He saw me through two pregnancies, a bulged disc that could have required surgery, but did not with his care, and multiple back spasms. Before coming here I had tried muscle relaxants and massage to treat back pain. These really only treated the symptoms and not the problem. Dr. Fletcher has treated the real problem with lasting results. My back is healthier and in much less pain. Massage with the chiropractic has been much more effective than massage when I was out of alignment. And the massage therapists at Fletcher Chiropractic are terrific.

I went to see Dr. St. Michel after I injured my lower back. After just one session, my back felt a hundred times better. She is extremely professional, caring, and listens to your feedback. She is very gentle for those of us who were initially nervous about getting an alignment. I recommend her to anyone in need of a chiropractor.

I have been to many chiropractors over the years, and while Dr. Flethcers adjustments were adequate, I have never had a medical professional speak to me in such a demeaning way. Perhaps I was the exception but I found his personal affect to be arrogant and his repeated way of asking strange rhetorical questions extremely off-putting. I noticed it the first appointment but thought I would give him a few chances. After he reacted negatively when I saw another physician I knew I had enough. Not going back and cant recommend him to others. If you go I hope you have a better experience than I did. Yikes.

Dr. Daglen is top-notch! Kind, courteous, and honestly just aimed at addressing the issue at hand. I highly recommended Dr. Daglen for any pain/discomfort, injury, computer-neck, and even TMJ!I slipped a rib from allergy induced asthma. The pain was debilitating and difficult to manage..My doctor recommended I see a chiropractor. I was skeptical, but did my research and recognized the name.This is not a gimmic-driven facility. My issues were addressed, recommended exercises were emailed to me, and I started with frequent visits.I am going back now weekly- just because the quick appointment helps my rib, neck, back (I work many hours on a computer), and my TMJ. The last one was a surprise, but it has helped my tension headaches.The hours are very flexible to accommodate any busy schedule.

Dr Jillaine St Mitchell is a kind and caring practitioner. She designs a treatment plan specific to each individual. She especially has an interest in geriatric patients and has learned special techniques to care for their needs-more gentle adjustments is just one way she helps them. I would highly recommend her and Fletcher Chiropractic!

Went in with some pretty bad neck and back pain and having never been to a chiropractor I was a little nervous. The entire staff was extremely friendly and Dr. Jenn is amazing. She set up a plan for me and after a month I am feeling fantastic.

I started going here when I was 4 months pregnant and dealing with constant back, hip, and neck pain as well as headaches that were a result of the neck pain. After just just the first visit the relief was amazing, so I decided to continue going. Im 9 months pregnant now and feel great! The staff is friendly, and the light atmosphere is comforting. Highly recommend them!
