Online scheduling makes it super easy to schedule appointments and they even offer happy hour prices for services. I love the boutique and often find clothing pieces or gifts that are unique and fun. So glad to have found this place!

Wonderful experience. Sounds like they have been receptive to other reviewers and incorporated suggestions. Very relaxing background music and massage that transitioned into the facial without me having to move an inch or come out of my “massage high” and move to a different room. Both masseuse and esthetician were skilled and friendly. I was very pleased with my Groupon package for first try and will be back.

This is a super cute place and the staff is very friendly. However on two occasions I’ve been disappointed with the service. Once was a spray tan that was booked over a month prior, and an hour before the appointment (for a wedding- little room for error) I got a call that they overbooked and couldn’t make it work- not cool. Second time was a 50 minute massage, which the lady did a fabulous job, however, was 15 minutes late and the massage only ended being 40 minutes. I would love to come back to them but I’m afraid I’ll receive some sort of hiccup yet again.

I received a Groupon for a spa package from my mom for my birthday. The shop is adorable and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I was taken right back for my massage. The gal was friendly and asked about my needs. Upon climbing on to the table I noticed how dingy the sheets were. They need bleached! Although the gal did a great job on my massage, she missed the top side of one leg. After my massage I was taken in a bath robe (that was kind of small) to the lobby (store area) and had to wait for my facial room to be ready. Sitting in a robe where people paying and shopping was a bit awkward. Next I went to Katie for a facial. Again, very friendly and did a great job. She gave me sample products to take home. Having a massage and facial in the same room would have been awesome. I did enjoy my services and tipped more than the standard. The sheets turned me down for future sevice.

I purchased a Groupon for a massage and facial. I loved my facial by Nicole! I will definatly be going back. Also I had a massage from Carmin and it was fabulous! Whats really nice is that you are in the same room so you dont have to get dressed, move to another room and get back undressed as you do at other locations. Looking forward to my next appointments. :)

I definitely had a wonderful experience while here, the staff was nothing but superb, very friendly and helpful. Honestly they did an excellent job waxing my legs and under arms in record time (less than 15 min) and almost painless considering the circumstances. Whats neat about this place is they also have the cutest little boutique with all sorts of a variety from clothes, jewelry, lotions, candles, oils, and smelly goods. Ill definitely be returning to this place and highly recommend it for anyone interested.

I love the atmosphere walking in! It is very calm very peaceful. Sofia was fantastic very personable. Kept me talking to me helping be distracted from the pain by far the best place Ive gone a Brazilian! Made me feel comfortable. Im happy! I didnt have to wait more than a minute and they offered coffee tea or water while I did wait.

I love this place, and having been coming here for months to get a brazilian wax. I recently got one done yesterday and the girl who waxed me had my skin burnt off and so red and tender. I haven’t had this happen before with the other girls here and I’m just upset with the service I received since I am a member there.

The inside is a super cute little boutique. The atmosphere was really nice and I had really tense shoulders and they helped loosen them up. After my facial my was really swollen but the next morning it’s looking flawless. Would def recommend to friends and family.

I just moved here from CA so I needed to find a new esthetician for my waxes. I saw good reviews here and there was also a groupon for 2 Brazilians which I bought. I came in to book my appointment and the girls there were really friendly. The appointment went well and Ashley did a great job. I try to keep talking so I dont think about the pain and she was nice and engaging. Would definitely recommend their waxing services.

Got a lash lift and tint today by Ashley Storm. Ive had this done 2 other times at different places, and both times I felt uncomfortable and a little nervous. Ashley did a great job and let me know each step she was taking, and on top of that there was no discomfort! Ashley was super sweet and pleasant to be around as well. This will be my go to place!

Wax services are for the most part, a pretty “private” event. I live in Utah and I was in Boise visiting family for an extended period. My girlfriend recommended Sweet Cheeks as we drove by one day. I was hesitant, but I booked with Camille and I am so happy I did! She immediately made me feel comfortable! She was fast and extremely professional. Thank you Camille! I got my first eye lash lift and tint. I love it! Its cute how they curl all of the time, it makes a difference. I also had the microdermabrasion treatment done with the oxygen and enzyme mask. I fell asleep, lol. Excellent place to get away and enjoy some self care, cute boutique products too. Im sold on the fun sunscreens. ;)

I got a Groupon for a spa party of four that included 50 min massages, 50 min facials and bottomless mimosas for myself and 3 friends. It was my birthday and one of the only times I ever go out and get pampered. This experience, sadly, was disappointing for myself and my friends.Let me start with the good parts by saying that the massage and facial were great, and because they were great I made sure to tip the girls very well for their services.But every other part of this experience was sub par. First, they only had one massage therapist and one esthetician available, so we all had to take turns and switch out to get our massages and facials. What I had planned to take 2 hours instead took 4 hours. I wasnt informed this would be the case, so we had other plans that we couldnt spend as much time on, which was such a bummer since it was supposed to be my day to relax and celebrate. Second, the front desk receptionist was more worried about playing on Facebook and completing other tasks than checking on us and making sure we were taken care of. Every time I asked her for a refill on my mimosa I felt as though I was bothering her. And last but not least, bottomless mimosas were not included. That was definitely falsely advertised. A couple of my friends got one mimosa, another got two and I received 3. When I asked for a refill the girl at the front desk said she didnt know how to break it to me that they had ran out. I would have happily brought my own champagne and orange juice if I had known that would be the case, because I got a LYFT and paid extra expecting there to be bottomless mimosas, as stated on my Groupon.I dont usually write negative reviews, but this experience really disappointed me. If it wasnt for the services being good I would have given a 1 star. I dont get pampered but once a year and this just ruined that for me. I will not be recommending this spa to any friends and wont be going back. I feel like they missed out on new business because my friends and I were looking for a spa for us and our husbands and families. :(

Ive gone here a few times, mainly for a wax. The staff their is super friendly, and quick so its a pain free as possible and not nearly as awkward.I started coming here when I got a groupon, and have gone here ever since. I just wish I had more free cash to use more of their services.

I got my first spray tan here a week ago while they were doing their anniversary specials and it was $15 and about three days later I have white spots on the I side of my elbows and my stomach tan was gone already. When I called to ask if it was normal the girl said “maybe that was when we ran out of spray tan and tried using the organic stuff. That’s not normal” she did say sorry and pretty much left it at that. I will not go back for a spray tan there again especially since normally it’s $45!! I wish I could attach photos to this review to show you how bad the blochyness was. I think I was even more disappointed that when I called they did nothing to make it right.

I love their wax membership program! I go every month; for a flat fee. The staff is so nice from the receptionist to the wax professionals. They also have really cute clothing and jewelry!

I got a spray tan and I felt like she was in a big hurry to get it done. It took only 5 minutes and I had streaks running down my left thigh, which did not appear until the next day. The tan only lasted 3 days.

Bought a groupon for a spa package, but when I called to book the appointment the front desk staff informed me that I had already been a customer and that groupons were only for new customers (I looked back and found it in the tiny print at the bottom)-- I have never experienced this before, but I guess understandable. But when trying to get more information on refunding the groupon the front desk staff made no effort to help or try to schedule me for the services without a groupon. Such a bummer and a way to lose customers.

I’ve been seeing Sophia for facials and eyebrow tints for about a year now and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin since I started doing chemical peels with her. She is well informed and very professional and I always leave my appoints satisfied!

I purchased a group package for my wife, daughters, and daughter in law as a Christmas gift. All four women had a great time and returned home very relaxed. They all want the same gift next year!!

I booked an appointment on a Wednesday for a massage and facial for the the next day and when I showed up for my appointment at 6 PM they said it was actually booked for three weeks out on August 23, despite the girl on the phone telling me it was for today Thursday, August 2. I was extremely frustrated and the girls at the front desk did nothing to help my situation, I thought it was very unprofessional. It was really disheartening when I was looking forward to it all day on my one day off from work

Been here a of times. Only thing that sucks is I had a hospital emergency and had to cancel in the middle of the night around 12 hours before our appointment for the next day and they charged me $40 👎 emergency by definition doesnt give you time to cancel in the time frame haha

Very vindictive at least Stephanie is she knew it was my first time and she spray me so much it was dripping off me then told me to get dressed and meet me at the counter I had no clue what to expect so I thought everything was OK so tipped her 15 bucks later that evening I seen that she refunded my tip I thought was weird till I went back for a second spray and Lindsay was amazing and showed me how it was supposed to be done Stephanie should be fired i only would give Lindsay a five star.
