I love this shop! The atmosphere is very relaxed and all of the employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable. Visiting this shop feels like visiting a friend’s house. Gavin and Caleb are absolute homies. Don’t bother going elsewhere.

Havent shopped there yet but after experiencing Kevins over the top customer service, Ill definitely have to check them out!I had called about some vape cartridges, he didnt carry them at the time but he consulted with some brains In the business and called me back less than 5 minutes after our conversation to confirm he was going to order them. He gave great detail about his shop and what they have to offer and that stands out to me. Solid customer service right there!

Absolutely the best vape shop in boise. Always have what I want in stock, it’s never a “oh yea we’re waiting on our order”…this shop is probably the reason all other vape shops never have anything in stock.The employees are always beyond helpful. Great spirited. And go beyond to make sure I’m happy with my purchases. Never has an employee ever had a bad attitude. The boise location is a little bit out of my way but worth the extra ten mins of drive time. I won’t bother stopping at another vape shop ever again.

**Bases solely on customer service. Didnt get the option to buy anything** Looks like they have a good selection of various kinds of pipes. We stopped in for CBD gummies. Could have been a 5 minute thing, but a person who appeared to be having some accute mental health issues totally consumed the the person at the counter. Cool, he got there first. Another person behind the counter seemed to be taking a complicated telephone order so we waited and played with the dog (who was awesome). There were 2 other people going in and out of the back. Not a great look when people are waiting, but we thought the person taking the phone order would help us when he finished. He hung up and never acknowledged our presence, so we left. Extra star for the dog. Dogs always make things better.

Been here quite a few times. Last time right at closing time,knew exactly what I was looking for, didnt have it but offered to take me to the other shop to get it. Who does that!? Couldnt go at last minute but the thought counts. Love these guys!

Very bad experience. Spent $70 on a vape just for it to stop working in less that 12 hours and all I get told is we can give you a small discount on another one yea cause everyone has a endless amount of money to keep spending close to $100 everyday when the reusable vape you buy to use over and over again like it was bought for stops working in under 12 hours and has barely even been used. Barely even smoked a quarter of the tank I filled up. And has been sitting on my bed side table. Not like Ive been dropping it on the ground or throwing it around. Cause I keep my things nice and dont destroy them like kids do with the stuff they have. Im honestly really upset about it. And I was going to send all my friends and other people there cause I thought that store was a decent place but I guess i should have went to Durity Vape or Matrix Vape like I normally do instead. Very disappointed.
