Every time I go into this business I am amazed by all of the cool pieces I find! They are the best in Boise. Friendly staff who are very knowledgeable any time I have questions.

I recommend nobody goes there.They sell things that dont even turn on or dont work and then they wont return a phone call or replace it.Hi highly suggest dont go there.

I have bought 3 different pieces from here and every single one has broke in less than a year. 2 both mysteriously shattered on the bottom ??? After being fine and usable one night I woke up to them both being broken and leaking water, The 3rd piece I bought shattered in my hands while I was using it. Way over priced for the quality of product. I have glass I have bought from other shops that are still going after 5 plus years, dont waste your time here.

I’ve been waiting a few weeks for them to get atomizers for my puffco and had put my name of a list to get a call once they arrive. I was just informed that when they did arrive someone bought all of them. Knowing they sell fast I would believe that they would only sell one per guest so everybody can get one. That is not the case. I will be shopping elsewhere for my puffco gear. 1/10 would not recommend.

Ive been shopping in head shops for years. And this is by far the best shop ever!! The family feeling you get when you walk in the door is worth the visit alone. Amazing coffee amazing staff and wonderful owners. I recommend high mountain to anyone and everyone

The guy working in the shop the day I went in lied to me about how strong cbd oil was and then I found the printed date on it was expired. I went to try and see if they would make it right and they sold me a pipe that broke within a month. Pipes are not good quality here from what I have heard they bust pretty easy. Definitely not a good experience for me and I won’t be back.

Best smoke/head shop in Boise! Especially if you’re looking for quality products, amazing customer service & portable E-Rigs :)I bought a portable E-Rig today (they carry puffco peaks & puffco peak pro + accessories for it btw) anyway-) bought the E-Rig, took it home and it worked great! A few hours later I came back to it & it wasn’t working for me. I started to panic because usually stores like this have an absolutely NO exchange policy- you typically have to take it up with the products warranty department.I came back down to the shop to have the owner, Judd, take a look at it for me & he assured me if it was faulty he would let me get something else BUT fortunately that didn’t have to happen because he played with the device a little bit & got it working for me again!I really appreciate that and will be going here from now on!Thank you so much Judd!(P.S. they only accept cash right now but have an ATM Inside with a $3.00 fee)

Love the shop. When ever i have stopped by I receive courteous service. My questions regarding my pain needs are answered and I am always given the best CBD choices for my needs. I went on a little road trip this weekend so I can stop in and see what kind of inventory they had not usually my cuppa tea but the front front counter guy was really nice and helpful ended up leaving with two purchases they were nice little purchases for people I gave this place five stars because it was hometown and courteous and unique. Thanks for the hospitality guys and best of luck to you in the future

I just got the BEST service after getting a defective item with an understanding and compassionate staff. Recommend for unique items at good prices. I dont like to shop anywhere else.

I really love this place. They did not have what I needed when I was in town but the employee actually took time to text back and forth about the product I was looking for and they at least tried to get it for me. Awesome customer service!

This is a great hed shop with a lot of glass pipes. Theres a lot of local stuff and a lot more American glass. The staff is super knowledgeable (Ky and Tricia are always on their game) and they can help you find whatever youre looking for, whether its a traditional spoon pipe or something a little more elegant. There is something for everyone: glass screens, papers, cones, grinders, water pipes, the list goes on.

This place has so many options for glass, also a big variety of CBD which has helped so much. Not only that but their coffee is delicious and they can make just about any drink! Not to mention they have the MOST friendliest staff 👍Great company, great people

Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! HUGE selection! Im not saying that theyre in the clouds while working... But lets just say I get the sense they REALLY know what theyre talking about from experience...

The main feeling was that being a customer was a inconvenience and wasn’t a welcoming atmosphere. There was even the comment that it was the most glass being handled at checkout and it made it feel like the staff was upset about the amount of customers in the day to the point it was uncomfortable. It was like the staff where projecting the negative feelings onto the customers and it makes me think that is why there’s a lack of customers.

This place has everything a water pipe enthusiast would look for. Very unique works. I managed to snag some really unique items myself.They have big to small items for all price ranges. I recommend checking out the pictures too.

This is by far the best smoke shop in Idaho. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. They won’t rip you off and all the employees actually help you. I go here a lot and I promise you there’s no better place.

Staff is trash, owner is a vindictive liar, and trash, oh and the glass is trash. go to no gravity or literally anywhere else lol.

I recommend doing your business anywhere but here. The owner does not follow up on word. My next step is the Idaho department of business licensing along with Oregon’s department.

They are really taking advantage of the fact that there is not many glass shops in the treasure valley I only bought a pipe because mine broke and I didnt want to wait for one in the mail ..... shop online you will get more bang for your buck ..... and I could careless if its locally blown, just so you guys know......
