Very wonderful staff. The place is always inviting and understanding. I drive a half hour out of my way just to shop here and I wont be changing that.

The guys in there always greet me when I walk in and are helpful/knowledgeable. They always make some friendly talk at the register as well. I also like that they are open until 10pm. Good big selection too.

Awesome vape shop! When I first started vaping I was utterly clueless as to what I wanted or needed. The staff there are SO helpful and know exactly what theyre talking about. Theyll set you up good based on what youre looking for. Pets are also allowed (leashed of course), my 4 ft ball python was a huge hit with the staff and they even gave me 10% off at the register just for bringing him in and letting everyone hold him!

Service is always awesome. All the employees are awesome but Alex is always super awesome and helpful when I go in, plus he deals with my lame jokes and awkwardness which is a total plus 😂 I will definitely keep coming back to this shop.

Service was terrible. Everytime ive gone in ive gotten the same guy he doesnt answer my questions very well if at all and is really pushy too when it comes to getting you to buy and git. Not going back.

Guys working there are friendly and they know their stuff very well, they are stocked with awesome new devices and they have a nice selection of juices. The store has a very relaxed atmosphere and you can even hang around in the lounge area where they have a comfortable seating area.A friendly dog may or may not greet you at the door depending on the day.

If I could give zero stars I would! I was not impressed by their so called knowledge on vapes and accessories. They were not very friendly. They have no knowledge of my vape which is a nova by geek vape (common vape, not modified) . They dont know anything about coils and their prices are the same as others. Worst experience in my life for vape shops. I dont recommend this place. They said this coil (pictured) would fit my vape (pictured) but it doesnt. So I wasted 5 bucks. I even asked them just to make sure and the guy got mad at me for asking. Cold hearted and unfriendly place. Never coming here again. I came here because it is so much closer than my preferred vape shop. It wasnt worth it.

I take my disabled client here for her vape needs and they are super nice! Eager to help and educate in the vapor world. If I vaped I would come here for sure. And theres a ramp for my clients wheelchair for her to get into the building.

I bought 4 different vape devices at Boise off Vista Location. I explained my lack of knowledge and was wanting to switch from gas station pods to a longer lasting option. Guy behind counter was helpful and knowledgeable (Reason they even get one star) I bought his 2 highly recommended devices and then 2 sale items to try and see what Ill like. Well the next day the number 1 recommended device that also happened to be the most expensive, same as the other 3 combined, started to taste burnt ish. I returned that day and explained what I was tasting and was told what he (different guy) thinks could have caused it. None of which happened nor if they had it wouldnt have been users fault. He says its just something that happens and he cant do anything but offer me 10% off, if I buy another new one. Ha! Excuse me? I wasnt asking for my money back but Really? After I just spent $100 dollars the day before, your telling me to spend another $40. This is not how you keep a customer, or should treat one! Shoot even the chevron by my house has on more than one occasion 100% traded out my pods when they did not taste correctly. Its called customer service and you as the retailer make it right as you sold it to me. Then go to your vendor to make right on your end. I will be returning the other 3 items i never opened to this location and will never return. Any other vape store not affiliated with Matrix off Vista feel free to reach out and youll get my hard earned money.

The cost of this locations trendy, high overhead design is passed on to the customer. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the shops decor is eye-catching, but expect to pay more here. Not a bad experience, mind you, just an expensive one.

Such knowledgeable people. I didnt know what I wanted and just talked to them for a few minutes. They had me setup with exactly what I wanted. Now I go across town because they are so great! Highly recommend if your not sure what you want. Or even if you do!

Been going in for years. Employee seemed irritated that I was asking questions interrupting his video game playing. Not helpful at all. I like specific juice flavors. Going to take my business elsewhere.

I dropped a $50 kit in the reservoir a few days after buying it. They were fun about it and even snuck in a small discount on my replacement. No upselling, just a good atmosphere, good people, fair pricing. Also a stellar membership program to reward customer loyalty.

Amazing experience with all the staff members. They greet you with a smile and always put the customer first. Ive come in with numerous questions and they are always more than happy to point me in the right direction, answer my questions in full till I understand, and or look up information to help. They also have a Wii U for customers to play. The shop provides a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone who comes in.

Always very helpful staff and usually have juice I prefer. Im a clutz and have needed to bring both of my tanks in to be tightened several times at no charge and will teach you about things if you need help understanding products.

The guys working here are knowledgeable and remember their customers. Seems most matrix have stocking issues keeping best sellers on hand always is hit and miss. If they dont have what you want they can help you find something super close though!

I accidentally got the wrong box of coils for my vape today and when i went back, they were so helpful and understanding. i said since i had noticed a slight difference when i was priming the coil, it was my fault and i would pay for the one i used. The nice young man insisted that i was not to blame and exchanged the whole box for me.They are always so knowledgeable, so helpful and so nice to me whenever i come in. Their selection is good and have a great rewards program. i highly recommend them.

Great shop! Wide variety of flavors that the staff is very knowledgeable about, very kind and helpful staff, and a great overall atmosphere to hang out at. They even have super smash bros to play if you want to stick around a bit!

I always go there for juice and coils because they’re conveniently close to where I live. I went in the other day, and I asked about a device to fit my specific need and they recommended one. I took it home tried it for a day and it was nothing like I asked for. I asked about exchanging it the very next day because I was very displeased with it. They told me they couldn’t do anything for me except give me a discount on another device. In my past experience they’ve always been pretty informative and knowledgeable about what they have, but now I’m $70 in the hole with a device that doesn’t even fit the type of vaping I SPECIFICALLY asked about.

Large selection. Spacious, comfortable lounge area. Price of Hyde Colors disposables is higher than where I usually get them but Matrix always seems to have all the flavors in stock.

Very nice store. Unfortunately, their lack of a mask policy killed it for me. I get this topic has been politicized but its very simple, wearing a mask protects everyone. Put some common sense policies in place please.

Love it always ready to help sometimes r already working with customers but Ive never had to wait long 5 min max and DNT be afraid to tell them if u know something they dont they r always willing to learn so they can give more help options to there customers and a lounge area to hang out n try niq. Very friendly staff with a wide range of knowledge in the vape industry. They are willing to help you with almost any issue you may have, and they have a great top notch selection of juices. The environment gives you the feeling of being at a club instead of a vape shop and makes the whole experience that much better.

Very friendly staff and a ridiculous selection of vape flavors. While I dont vape my girlfriend does, and out of all the stores weve been to across multiple countries this had by far the largest selection AND staff that knew every flavor. If you need vape juice you cant go wrong here.

Matrix is ok, the prices r fair just not much variety, n the employees arent very helpful. Everytime i come in the guys just sit there n do their own thing. I ask for specific things n they never have them n dnt try to make any effort to get them. Its just not one of my top vape stores to go to. I usually wont even go unless I have to like i cant find what I need anywhere else. Pretty much last resort place n i just dnt look forward to going in there

These guys are the best!!! Im new to vaping and they take the time to explain things to me and never make me feel bad for being an ignorant nube. They listen, answer all your questions and hook you up with whats best for you. I dont go anywhere else. These guys do a fabulous job!

One of the best vape shops I’ve been to in the country. As a trucker it’s hard to find good supplies out on the road but Matrix has everything you could want. Walked out with 3 months worth of supplies for an unbeatable price. Great customer service as well. Thanks guys

Great service always! They didnt have the tank that I wanted in the right color so what do they do? They call other competing vape stores to find one for me. They found the tank I wanted at a different store and sent me down there. Thease guys actualy take care of their customers if it makes them money or not. Always go here!

I really like this vape shop. The people who work here are really nice guys that greet you as you walk in the door and are very eager to help.
