The staff that work here are more knowledgeable in regards to coil building, mods, and juices in comparison to other establishments. Briannah and Austin always keep optimistic attitudes and have never let me down when Ive had questions or concerns. Ive made suggestions in the past to the owner Tim as well and when he says certain things will get ordered or done he gets them done, other owners many times they say things only to appease the customer at that moment. Definitely one of my favorite Vape shops, not only for their selection but positive attitude towards the vape community and friendly-welcoming atmosphere.

I was new to vaping and went into the store a month or so ago to buy a mod and some juice. Honestly, the shop isnt as nice as Vapor Loft and other stores Ive seen. The customer service is the only reason theyve gained me as a lifelong customer. The employees there are awesome! My favorite, Chris, is so knowledgeable and friendly. He was the first one to help me at the store and spent a lot of time explaining the basics of vaping and got me going with a good starter mod. Him and the other employees are seriously the only reason I keep coming back!

Best place ever! Great staff very friendly and professional. When I moved to Idaho they set me up and the price was awesome. Best Juice selection ever!!! I recently moved back to Arizona and they still take care of me. My unit stopped working so I shipped it to them to fix it. Sadly it couldnt be fixed but they are sending me a new one to replace it. And when I need more juice and coils all I have to do is call purchase and they will ship to me. If u want to be treated like family and have an amazing place to shop for all your vaping needs this is the place to go. You are all amazing and I cant thank you all enough.. Oh and try the Vubble line my favorite is the blue razz.AMAZING!!!!

I used to enjoy this store but over time it just seemed that the owner doesnt care about helping others quit smoking rather than, just about lining his pocket. His public relations are terrible, he is extremely rude and will probably comment on my review with something slanderous. Overall the store is mediocre at best, the juices arent extremely relevant to whats trending, the prices are marked up higher than other stores, and it usually has an ok selection of mods. Nothing really pops out here to include the people who work there. If you dont want to get scammed the best time to go in is during the weekend its the only time the boss doesnt make an appearance.

I went in because it was recommended by a friend. I wanted a certain vape pen and the guy tried to sell me something more expensive. Which is fine because not too many shops sell a wide variety of pens anymore but I tried to tell him that I had already had a tank he was trying to get me in and just replied.oh. I asked if maybe he could let me know if they would come in and he said flatly he wouldnt do that.The lady with her dog around the store did not care to even make eye contact with a customer . So i ended up going to a place near Overland where they dont pressure you into anything and I ended up buying a more expensive piece just because they were nicer and friendlier.Also, they are overpriced here for juices. Just go to regular chains around town for your juice.

I started going to this vape store awhile ago and even my very first time in the store they went above and beyond to help me. Everyone there is super knowledgeable and more than friendy! Ive taken 2 of my friends in there to get them off of cigarettes and they have been over the top in helping my friends!! They dont just treat me like a customer they treat me like a friend! Love you guys you all ROCK!

Great shop. These guys are incredibly helpful, kind and know what they are talking about. Lots of great prices with awesome sales every now and then. Anyone who uses a vape should definitely stop in here.

Love going to Variety Custom Vapors! The staff is always super friendly and very knowledgeable!I especially love that they offer rewards points that stack up to free juices and discounts.Highly recommend!

Got there at 9:39 pm, Im a regular. Trust me I get having long days. I tried makingSmall talk but wasnt received well. I just didnt feel Welcome and instead of themTaking the time to explain the flavors I just felt rushed and the dude didnt go that extra mile. I think Ill keep going to cafe de vapor, even tho its 9 miles from my house.

I really enjoy variety custom vapor! They are very friendly, and personable. I feel that all the employees do a great job, and makes the experience fun, and pleasurable.

These were awesome was running low on juice in Oregon called and talked to Chris he was willing to wait after close for me to get there and then hooked me up when I got there highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for vape supplies thanks guys for being an awesome shop will definitely be back in the future

Only enthusiastic patrons are allowed to become employees. Open till 10pm but will wait if you call. Trucker friendly. Steam punk costume shop and restaurants nearby.

Best quality juices, had a tarot nano I picked up with ceramics ,it future tech.

Came in to buy new mod, batteries, and juice. This guy is passed out asleep in his chair. Looks alive, just asleep. Guess Ill go spend my $200 somewhere else. This was on a Saturday at 6pm.
