I went in the other day and Ashley was the absolute sweetest. Not my first visit, but love her. The store added some cute nicknacks and pieces. The vapes are a little pricey here if I’m being honest, but they do offer 10% student discounts with ID. Very well kept, large selection and great customer service!

So me and my boyfriend just moved back home and we have been searching for a good vape shop. After looking so far this place is absolutely number one!!! Ashley was the best. I don’t know who else works here but if they’re as friendly and knowledgeable as her I can only assume this is the best shop here. Ashley was so sweet and helpful and really knew her stuff. I love this place. I have 3 vape shops i go to in the valley. When ever i am on this side of town right next to BSU I usually stop in. There prices are good there staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Most of them barely miss a beat whenever you ask them anything inside the vape box category. I do miss the mini geek bars that wered one 12 bucks. I used to cleanse my palet with them. Sometimes all vapes start tasting like coil to me. Ashley was the lovely lady that helped me tonight and she was a great addition to this team im impressed. The only time i go somewhere else is wheb im on a different side of town or i work that night and need to stop somewhere after 10pm. Exhale Vaper stays open until 11pm , there has been mucho business of mine misssed because of this. Id you guys changed to 11 i would rarely ever have a need to go anywhere else. Just making a suggestion. I will keep coming beacause i am welcomed with a smile and your prices are good. Great job vapor loft!

I would rate this vape shop 5/5 stars, but something happened tonight that I thought was outrageous and almost comical. The employee wanted me to leave a review, so I will!Her name was Ashley. When my friend and I came to the shop, we asked if I could use my points to get a discount on a bottle of juice. She then basically told us that she didn’t know how the point system works, and that she would not be helping us with that—because she didn’t know how to do it. It was like pulling teeth to get her to even try to figure it out herself. Then she said she’d call her boss, and he helped her figure it out over the phone.Like, WOW. When I worked there, refusing to help someone— because you just don’t know how to do it—was NOT an option.I’m sorry to leave such a long review, but I just wanted to include all the details! 😘

Bought a Mod for the first time from another store. Wasnt shown how to use and wasnt told there werent any batteries in the kit. Went to Vapor Loft, Challis not only taught me how to use, but gave me a step by step demonstration of the mod. Definitely recommend this place.

I turned 21 today and drove all the way out to the Vapor Loft in Boise for my first vape. Challis helped me and got me set up and explained how to use my new vape!! Super informative and friendly. Would definitely recommend and I know I’ll be back as a regular!!

Austin and Navarre were amazing! They are always joking around and having a good time, and making customers feel welcome. I came in as a newb to all of this, and was helped tremendously in getting the right thing for me.Only complaint is the bad mood that Danielle constantly seems to be in. She constantly has something negative to say about her coworkers, and the owners. Will not be shopping there when she is working.

It’s a good place, they seem friendly but for some reason, I just got the feeling that I just expected to get in and get out. I doubt they actually think that, but it’s just how I felt being there.

These guys are great! I was sold a geek vape by another vape shop. They didnt explain that the replacement coil that came with my tank was not designed for the juice I was using. I spent 24hrs taking nasty burnt hits and googling everything I could to figure out what was wrong. I went to Vape Loft to ask for help. The guys there explained what was wrong without making me feel like an idiot. They recommended the correct product and answered all my novice questions in a professional manner. Great customer service!

The customer service there is amazing! They dont have a ton of vapes but they have a little of everything. Ranging from small devices to large. Their prices are less than the many vape shops Ive been too. They have a little something for everyone..I will be going back

Every time I go to this location my disposable burns out almost immediately. I went in there yesterday and by this morning my disposable is burn. I spent 30 dollars on it. I will be sticking to vape. At least I’m not throwing money down the drain there.

Sold me a 70 dollar vape that lasted 3 months. 7 day warranty ? The reason people buy local is to support you and be able to return defective hardware. I will be buying everything online from now on and take advantage of a 6 month warranty. Not going to get burned again.

This is my go to place! Im a bit upset cause I went at 10 when they were supposed to be opened and waited 20 min past 10. Another customer was waiting also but the store wasnt open. I had to drive to another vape shop! I drive by at 10 45 and the other person was still waiting. Im flying out and I was depending on your store yet i had to go to another one.
