I would have given a 5 star bc I love this place but they are under new management .. which is what I was told repeatedly by the new manager herself who appeared to be in her early 20s. She made my experience awful. I was handed the vape of my choice and started to open it and said let me taste it and Ill buy more of the same kind and flavor if yall have any deals. She proceeded to tell me that I had to purchase the one before I could try it and would have to pay full price even if I planned on getting more otherwise I needed to buy the 2 for 40 in order to try it which would have meant i could have ended up with 2 vapes i didnt even like! She legit wouldnt even let me pay full price for the one and if I liked it then she could take off of the other ones price so I could get the 2 for 40 deal. It was either buy 2 without trying and hope I liked them 1 at a time for full price!! It was ridiculous. I told her I had never had an issue like this there before.. she kept repeating well thats exactly why there is new management..and I said well who is the manager and she said she was... for the second time. I was thinking there was a manager over her with the way she kept throwing around the word management. I swear some people get on a power trip and let the word manager go to their heads. It wasnt that serious. Luckily she said she would let me try it that time after I persisted.. I tried it and liked it.. I bought 3 vapes.spent almost $75. She almost lost that sale. I dont understand why the situation was made so difficult. I would have glady bought the one vape at full price in order to try it if she had agreed to discount the second one I bought to equal 40 since they had a 2 for 40 deal. But nope. She said they couldnt do that. It was so aggravating. I have purchased from the owner before and I have never been treated that way by him and I would hope he wouldnt have made me buy 2 just to try 1 in order to get the deal.. I am willing to pay for one vape I dont like but not 2!! Thats ridiculous. Bc at least if I didnt like the one I could have bought a different one to try! If you choose this store..which is awesome and i would highly recommend , I hope you dont have to deal with the new management bc i left with a headache. 1 star bc of that. Usually people are helpful and work with you bc thats what makes money!! I legit bought the 3 so I didnt have to go back for a while and deal with all that. If it hadnt been 930 I would have left and went somewhere else!! I never leave reviews on anything.. but this worked my dang nerves!!

I usually go to this other vape store on Youree that happened to be closed this Sunday so I decided to go to 318 Cloudz to get shisha for my hookah. I love the vibe of the place . Amber was my sales person and she was amazing!!! Her vibe was so relaxing and she knew exactly what I wanted. Kylie was also very nice. The selection is grand. A lot of product to choose from and reasonably priced. I most definitely recommend this place for people who use hookahs!!

Really cool place with a cool environment. They carry a large variety of unique items including cellphones, Bluetooth speakers, smoking and vaping accessories, incenses, etc. The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable and got me fixed me. Definitely recommend dropping by here.

This is just a cool place to go with a variety of different options. The employees are awesome. AZ, Ashley and Karina are all amazing and will make sure you are taken care of. Definitely prefer this vape shop over the other ones in the area. The prices are typically cheaper as well.

Ash & AZ are both advantageous to the success of this store! I literally brought in a small box of several (4) different vapes I had purchased at various places-none of which worked! Not only were they able to repair my vapes but also provided me with detailed instructions for usage, maintenance & how to charge each one. They were helpful but most importantly they were patient with me & kindly answered ALL my questions. Thanks you guys! Now I can go on my cruise & not worry about walking 1/4 mi just to find designated smoking area.

The young man that works at this place “Avery “, is awesome! He’s very knowledgeable about everything in the store! He helped us tremendously, and can’t thank him enough! You won’t regret visiting here!

Havent been to many vape shops as Ive only just started vaping 3 months ago, but this shop is my absolute favorite. Great selection of juice and mods, and a kind and friendly staff. Theyre also the only ones I know open late, which is perfect for people like me who work during business hours. Couldnt ask for a better shop, Id give 10 stars if I could!

One employee likes to follow black people around the store. Can’t look at things in peace without eye breathing down your neck, but besides the profiling good selection of things to choose from.

Really good variety and great customer service the only issue I have is I never actually know when they are open because I’ve went here 3 times now when the website says they are open but they are definitely closed

Great service, wonderful staff, and very happy to help their customers. I had to return a vape that had been purchased for me and while the kiosk in Pierre Bossier Mall did not have it, the main shop did. they were more than happy to not only replace the vape but even upgrade me for just a few dollars more. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I moved to this area about a year ago from Tulsa where I had a few vape shops I loved. I haven’t been able to find a vape store that I enjoyed by any means until 318 cloudz. They have a great selection of both juice and mods (and mod accessories) all for reasonable prices.

Dont go here they charge double for what the websight of the product there selling. If you want somthing make sure its not way overpriced.A geekvape mod for $199 the geekvape websight sells it for $84. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!!

I walked in was greeted nicely asks about juices heard the price and walked out. $30 for 60ml bottle??? Thats $0.50 a ml no thanks thats insane most other stores have quality juice at about half the cost. Still havent found my go to store was hoping it was this one guess not.

Absolutely love the place, I go about once a week the staff are great the selection and the price is unbeatable compared to other stores.

Yesterday was my first time going There prices are so much better/ lower than tiger vapes ... There selection of vape juices was really good They also had bongs 💨 and a whole lot of different things for vaping and smoking
