This was by far the BEST facial Ive ever had! I did the dermaplaning facial with the extraction add-on and left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. May is simply incredible at what she does -- she is so professional, knowledgable, and kind. Her studio is spotless and sooo relaxing (I almost fell asleep during my session)! A dreamy experience to put it simply. May was kind, soft spoken, and very talented/experienced. I went in for what I thought would be a pretty tough treatment to endure (buccal sculpting facial) and instead had one of most relaxing/releasing facials I’ve ever had. She took her time, explained what she was doing, and made sure you were almost mush with amazing neck and shoulder massage before starting the tougher sculpting parts. I left with a released jaw, tighter cheeks, and a desire to do it all over again. I highly recommend May!

May has been practicing her art for at least 12 years, and her experience really shows! I had the glow facial and that came with facial steam, dermaplaning, hot stone massage, acupressure to clear my lymph nodes around my head and neck, jaw muscle and facial muscle massage to realign muscles, and I paid extra for blackhead removal.This whole experience had me transported to another plane of existence. I have never had such a relaxing and unique spa experience. May was also very knowledgeable about my skin and provided education to me, to help my skin. In my case she said I was over exfoliating which was causing my face to become deeply dehydrated. She told me what type of products I should be using instead.May is also a master at creating an ASMR type environment, which just contributed positively to the overall experience.

May is lovely and gracious. She explained every step of the facial experience and was thoughtful in her approach based on my skincare needs.

Even after nearly a decade of living in BG I always manage to find some type of hidden gem in the area. May was so kind and knows what shes doing! Would 100% recommend her to anyone.

Ive been going to May for facials (signature facelift facial, basic) for about 4-5 times now. If you are someone who has a lot of tension held in your scalp/head/jaw, or deal with sinus pressure and pain, I highly recommend scheduling this facial and experiencing the head/scalp adjustment that May does. The facial is extremely relaxing and therapeutic, and my skin always feel so smooth and hydrated as well and contoured when we’re finished. May is very professional and kind; I always enjoy talking with her too.

I rarely ever write reviews but thought I’d share my experience with may. She was nice and explained everything but my lash lift was terrible, it left me with shorter lashes then my own, I used masacara and my immediate family even said why my lashes look so short compared to before. I recommend going to someone more experienced in doing lash lifts.

May has wonderful skills. Session room is totally private I enjoyed the quietness and comfortableness. My skin looks brighter and poreless after the session. I look forward to seeing her again. Thinking of trying to rash lift next time!!!
