Shea and Shay were amazing! My husband and I had a couples massage, and we feel like humans. I’ve had over a dozen massages, this one was by far the best I’ve ever had.

*Update* Theyve reached out and apologized and have rescheduled our appt. Looking forward to it 🤞My husband booked us a couples massage. A few days prior to the booked appt they spa called him and needed to reschedule as they didnt have enough massage therapists to cover our appointment. It was rescheduled for a few weeks out. We arrived the day of the rescheduled appointment only to find the spa never actually rescheduled the appointment. We had both taken off work to be there that day and had been looking forward to it for several weeks. Super disappointed!!

Been coming here for services for several years. Don’t know why I haven’t thought to leave a review before - my mistake! I LOVE this business. I’ve tried multiple services from the wide variety of options and can honestly say I’m never disappointed. Making appointments is a breeze online. Got questions? Call and ask, I can guarantee they’ll work to make your visit just right. Somehow all the staff I’ve met hit that sweet spot of professionalism and new friend. Prices are fair. I won’t go anywhere else.

This is the best spa! The staff was very nice and the atmosphere is quite cozy. Kathleen did a super job with my wax and made sure I would have no reactions to certain allergens. My best wax yet!

I had a Prenatal Massage with Abbigayle this afternoon. It was TOTALLY AMAZING!! I think every pregnant woman should have one of these done. By far the most relaxing thing Ive done for myself while being pregnant. It was also my first time visiting Sanctuary Body Spa today. The entire place is relaxing, beautiful, and very clean. I look forward to being a return customer!!

I took my mom here for a late Christmas gift and we had the best time. It was so relaxing and felt amazing. The hot stones add on were out of this world. I liked it so much in fact that I have already booked another one for next month.

My mother in law and I went here for the first time today! She got a facial and I, a massage. I am extremely satisfied with the massage. It is definitely the best one I have ever had! The woman, Sally, was so wonderful! She made sure she wasnt applying too much pressure and I could not have been more relaxed when I left! If you havent gotten a massage from her before I highly recommend it! My MIL also loved her facial! I believe the word she used was that it was profound. She enjoyed herself as well. I will definitely be a returning client! Thanks ladies!

I can’t say enough good things about this place and am STOKED to go back. Sally is the most amazing masseuse I have EVER had in my life. Her massages are the perfect pressure and all she does just glides gracefully together. I will never go to someone else as long as I live here. It’s clean and cute and I was SO surprised what they pack in an hour massage. Stop thinking about it and do it. Zero regrets will be back again and again!!

This place is amazing. While Im not big on spas, my sister gave me a gift certificate to Sanctuary Body Spa, and I decided to go for a leg wax. Just hearing those words makes most people think of torture, but my experience was far from it. The space is relaxing, and Kathleen did an awesome job. I can easily say better than any other place Ive ever been.

I have been to several message spas in bowling green and this place is so nice! The facility is beautiful and very clean! So relaxing to just be in the massage room. They have several massage options and reasonable pricing. I received my first prenatal massage from Whitney and it was just what I needed! Very professional and felt wonderful! It was nice to have a quality experience during these odd times! Will definitely be going back and recommending to others! Thanks a bunch!

Lauren was the one who done my massage and she was excellent. It was my first massage but she made sure to make me feel comfortable and listen and pay attention to all the places I really needed work on. The atmosphere is so relaxing as well! Will definitely be back

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage, and it was PERFECT! The staff and therapists were very friendly, and made you feel comfortable at all times! They were very experienced, and knew what they were doing. We had Kathleen and Jessica, and they were GREAT! The prices were great as well! I highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be going back!

Who doesn’t love an amazing massage! I’ve had several massages there with Lauren. I don’t think she’s there anymore but I will continue to go and choose another of the staff from their online scheduling site. Everyone there is very friendly. It is a very clean business and I feel safe going there. They run specials every season. I love going there and will be returning soon.

Me and my boyfriend got a valentines couple retreat massage, and it was AMAZING, we had shea and shay as our massages therapists and they were so kind and amazing, the place was gorgeous and super clean and very professional looking, definitely exceeded my expectations, we both will definitely be going back to try out the other services they offer. 10/10 I loved every second of it, the scalp massage was definitely my favorite and the foot massage was my boyfriends.

We booked multiple services to make it a Spa Day. We felt rushed. The girls combined services to save them time even though I booked and paid for them as individual services. The total time scheduled versus the time they actually provided was much different. A 3.5 hour day of services was rushed and actually was cut down to 3 hours. We have had over 20 visits here and now that Mary Lee is no longer in the building, things arent run as smoothly. We wont be back.

I just finished my session at Sanctuary and it was honestly the best massage experience Ive ever had. At other places, even when I request certain focal points and a firmer massage, I dont ever feel like any extra time was given to help alleviate my problem areas. But at Sanctuary, it is clear they are there to therapeutically improve your well-being. They were also very quick to respond to any issues I had initially and handled it with professionalism. We will definitely be back soon.

This is definitely the best spa in town! Courtney is an angel with magic hands! I am a single mother and having that one hour of amazing relaxation is priceless. They make you feel like youre gold when you are there. I would highly recommend anyone to go check them out!

Today was my first time at Sanctuary Body Spa, but it certainly will not be my last. Shay was my massage therapist and the professionalism she treated me with was top notch. She was patient with my body, was accommodating to my pressure needs, and I left feeling like a brand new woman.I also spent some time in the sauna with a shower afterwards. The sauna was the perfect way to end the morning. I found the sauna and shower to be very clean and relaxing.

I get frequent migraine and tension headaches brought on by the muscles in my neck and shoulders. To deal with this, I have taken Excedrin Extra Strength more than I want in order to function. After getting a massage from Marylee, I was headache free for over one month! This has never happened before! The only change in my life at that time was the massage. A massage by Marylee is a much better option for my health than a pill any day. The atmosphere in the spa is very soothing and personal. I have been treated well every time I have been there. And they are very good about working you into their schedule in order to meet your needs. Just talking about them makes me want to pick up the phone and make another appointment.

Ive worked on computers all my life and have always had a lot of tension in my shoulders/neck. Ive visited them a few times to have it worked out with both Swedish and Deep tissue massages and loved them every time. My wife has been a few times as well and she always enjoys the experience. If youre looking for a comfortable place for a first time or somewhere to go all the time, this place is great.

Sanctuary Body Spa is very professional and does an amazing job. I had a deep tissue massage when I went and it was the first one I had ever had. They made sure to keep me comfortable and relaxed during the entire process. I walked out feeling so relaxed and my muscles felt so loose. I will definitely be back!

Went there for a back waxing and it being my first, I was extremely nervous. However, the staff there were really good at keeping me relaxed during the procedure and were very patient with me. The atmosphere of the spa also helps put you at ease.Excellent service all around, definitely want to come back!

Marylee is amazing! Massages are my favorite splurge, and Marylee is the best therapist Ive had yet. She is friendly, skilled and has a strong knowledge of methods other than just sweedish or deep tissue massage. The hot stones are amazing. You wont regret scheduling an appointment with her!

Got a facial there once and just recently had a massage with Mariah. They gave me a birthday add-on, so I figured Id treat myself before moving cross country. DEFINITELY relaxed me, even if it was just for a short amount of time. 😅

I have had pain in my shoulders and lower back for a long time. The massage at Sanctuary has been very relaxing, refreshing, and feel optimistic.The rooms are clean and service is professional and courteous.

This was my second visit to this spa. In my first, I had a 60 minute massage. This time, I got a 30 minute facial with Kathleen. Both experiences were very relaxing. Highly recommend.

The location isin a small business park. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Courtney was my masseuse and she was awesome! Wonderful massage and she made sure to check in with me to make sure it was going well. Highly recommend!

Clean rooms, nothing special here. Just a plain massage mostly on my chest, yuk! The massage was inexpensive. I am from Las Vegas where you get a thorough working over. I still tipped 20 bucks. I understand....I am in Bowling Green Kentucky....not Vegas! The girls were nice. Better then other establishments locally! On the other hand my wife thought it was fantastic. We did a couples massage.
