Best part about this store is the 2 dogs that come in to politely greet you when you come in. Employees are always really nice and helpful. Great selection of products as well they always have my coils in stock as well!

My favorite vape store of all time! I love everyone who works there. They know my family and I by name and they treat everyone so great! Theyre very knowledgeable about all of the items in their store so they can help you with pretty much anything you need or have questions about.

Great customer service! Absolute outstanding experience. I had a broken tank glass. They didnt carry the replacement glass. However, they were understanding and suggested a disposable 40w-80w tank. They got me vaping again in no time until my replacement can come in. Ill be stopping by more often. The selection of vape juice looked amazing and I cant wait to check it out!Thanks VCV!

Ive been a customer here since i started vaping around 3 yrs ago! The owner is a great guy and I know I can depend on him and anyone else there to give me a reasonable price along with good customer service. I stay at Vette City Vapes bc its a 1 stop shop for me. Im able to get everything I need all right there in 1 store. I buy my juice,coils,tanks, and of coarse when its time to buy a new mod all from here! Check them out 😄

Love this place to go get juice for ecig and coils. They always have plenty in stock! They are very friendly every time I’m there. They also have a points program where you can earn discounts.

The Staff at Vette City Vapes are definitely Customer Oriented. I can definitely say they deserve 5 stars.In the last year Authentic Customer Service has been a rarity. The woman (I wish I could remember her name) that assisted us was actually KNOWLEDGEABLE about every single product that we inquired about. So Thank You!!!We were given a really good discount 😁, thats a rarity as well. The vape juice I got was too strong, so I went back to ask if there was anything they could do. And BAM!!! Amazing Customer Service AGAIN, and it was a different member of the Vette City Vape Team. The Gentleman gave me one that wasnt as strong.I recommend anyone needing anything to do with vaping go try them first. I vette you wont be disappointed.

This is the best place in Bowling Green to get vape stuff! Ive been a smoker for over 40 years and have been trying to switch to vaping ever since Id heard of vaping. My wife and I watched a documentary about Juul recently (that company got hosed, sad). And after she scoped out their Facebook page for deals, we drove to BG to check the place out. I was a little hesitant as I had tried a bunch of different vapes before, from a few different vape shops around town, and could never get them to stick around more than a few weeks. It took me about a week to get completely off of cigarettes and on to the Vaparesso product they recommended along with the fine selection of juices they have. And I havent even thought of going back to cigarettes! The thought of it makes me cringe! AND my wife is loving hers right along with me! We are so happy! The folks at VCV are super friendly and very knowledgeable! They have a nice selection of other smoke stuff and really cool 3D printed figures and art work! Go there!

Thank you for your reply and I appreciate the clarification. If I am 100% honest, most vape shops have left me really jaded as there is a lot of gouging of china glass and various cannabis tools. I may have judged to harshly and I apologize as the shop is well set up and you have a great staff. I also appreciate the professional and concise reply. I have updated my review to four stars, as I am impressed by how this was handled. I will visit again if my favorite shop is again unavailable.

Theyre Vape juices are little high but thats usually where I buy my mods and tanks and on several occasions Ive broken it and they replaced it for free

Ive never had a bad experience here ever! The employees are polite and friendly. They take time to explain things to you whether it be about how your mod Works, different batteries, coils, or even the local juices that they have. Just heads up though they do have the cutest dogs there. They dont bother you or even care half the time but some are scared of dogs so I try to warn people. Go see this amazing group of people, you wont be sorry!!

I dont smoke or vape but I went in for a friend because they dont live in town. The guy who helped me was extremely nice and patient in helping me figure out the right product to get them. I also noticed they had a huge selection of product, and it was really nice inside also.

This is a really good place but the prices are kind of high. i love the environment but I can get my favored WAX $20 cheaper somewhere else. I would love for them to come down on the prices

The lady clerk that works here went totally above and beyond to get me set up with the perfect vape mod and set-up for me personally. She really knew her business and was very informative and helpful and even helped me to prep and set up my new mod and instruct me on future use. Thank you!!!

Huge selection of juices and mods for every type of customer from casual vapers to competition cloud-makers. They also have other attractions like gaming competitions, VR, and 3D-Printing.The owners are local and grew up in the community, and have a wealth of knowledge to share in their field. Many are fairly conversational so the place has a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Some of the nicest people youll ever meet and they have the largest selection of juice out of any vape store in Kentucky that I have ever been to. Theyre very helpful with any questions you may have their always excited about their new customers you can sit in the store and talk with them for hours on end About anything you wanna talk about really. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Came into the store and was greeted by an associate and a doggo! Had a spin the wheel discount thing for the 4th of July and I won bogo on my delta 8 carts! First time going into a vape store and it was nice!

I called every vape shop in a 30 mile radius looking for a product and the gentlemen that answered the phone here was the ONLY ONE that seemed to care to help at all. Keep it up guys, that was awesome.

Its rare that you find service so tailor-made. Cordell was not only professional, but made me feel like a friend. The level of care was astounding, even if you forget this is a vape shop. They care about customers and have the knowhow to back it up. I wont be going anywhere else. This aint a bot, theyre that good.

Nice place and lots to choose from, I just wish more products could be labeled with a price tag instead of having to ask for it to be scanned. I’ll update my review if this is done.

I had posted a not so nice review about a week ago.I want to thank the owner on reaching out to me and was willing to help me out even after my review. I never made it to your shop but I did read up on my Smok. Turned out it had been fludded all this time. First time going to this vape shop. Seems like a great place to go and get all of your vape needs. The guy was informative and answered any and all questions without hesitation. Friendly and actually carried on a conversation like I was a regular customer. A great and huge selection of mods, thanks, and juices. Prices are moderate and fair. I had been looking for a certain coil for my Falcon King tank and they actually carried it when my normal vape shop did not have them. Will definitely get more of my business especially if they get in more of the Aegis Zeus mods which will be one of my next major purchases.

They have a decent selection and carry premium liquids but they have such an incredible mark up on the price over what other stores charge. I know it isnt fair to compare local stores to online ones but they sell the Freemax Gem disposable tanks for $9.96 A PIECE and online you can pick up four for $17.92 shipped! They charge $30 for a 120ml bottle of Noms when everywhere else its $20. I wont be going back unless its a dire emergency. Unfair pricing. Greed.

Great customer service! And i mean GREAT! they carried replacment glass for my tank @ a great price, plus a new/cutting edge style coil for it. One of the speciality O-rings on my tank broke with the glass and Kameron had one he let me have. I was depressed when my tank broke and thought id have to wait several days for the replacment glass 2 come n the mail. But vcv was a lifesaver for me today! Thank Yall very much

I would leave zero stars if possible. If you want to feel welcomed and respected, this is not the place. I have given them several chances to prove me wrong and yet every single time i go in, I feel unwelcomed and like i am an inconvenience for them. I have shopped at many vape stores, in this town and other towns. This is by far the worse when it comes to customer service. The only time I have been in and felt I was welcomed was when the guy from English Fog waited on me. And they act they like they dont want to answer any questions I have about anything. Not to mention, every time I go in for a certain juice they are always out and use the excuse they have been out for a week and they need to order some. Their prices are outrageous, $30 and up for 120ml bottle. Since D&J Vapors has came to town, I will be a loyal customer to them. They go out of their way to help me anytime I am in their store. They always have what I need. And they sell 2-120ml bottles of juice for $25! And it tastes amazing! Not to mention everytime I walk in that door I am greeted with a warm welcome. And they answer all my questions. I dont feel like I am a bother to them. So Vette City, I would highly recommend that you send your employees to D&J and let them show your employees what REAL customer service is. And i would take some lessons from their business strategy too before they put you out of business. Because I am not the only customer that feels this way about your employees and your shop. I have talked to many people that feel they are a burden to your employees. Because once people go to D&J, I guarantee you they wont be back to your shop.

Definitely a surprise find in Bowling Green when it comes to your vapor needs. This location has a good selection of juice. Of which consists of both name brand and home brew selections. The taste of the home brew choices are good, with something for every flavor preference. The prices of juice are standard for the region. Ranging from 20$ to $30 for a 60Ml bottle. They do have limited selection of hardware for both veteran vapers and beginners (Mods, Tanks, Tools, Wire). Although prices can be higher for that random item ($13 for two clapton coils). The staff are knowledgeable about their products, and give personal recommendations without pressuring the customer into making a purchase. They have random deals on various flavors and products. This location, however in opinion, should be seen as a juice bar more than a vape shop do to a lack of selection of hardware mentioned above. Will bring my business back here again.

I personally love this place and the people that work there are awesome, all the guys are super helpful and extremely friendly. The only downside to this place and any other local vape shop is the prices, things like mods, tanks and oils are way overpriced, you can get them online for half the price, just do your research about the online vape shop you decide to use and everything they sell is authentic. Coils and batteries are priced fair and thats what I mainly buy from Vette City, another good thing this personal shop has are some really good in-house oils, made by the guys that work there. I personally love backing my community and the people in it and if those oils were priced more fairly, I would only buy the in-house oils, they are quality made and taste great but the prices are just alittle over the top and I cant afford what they ask. If you stop in here a couple of good oil lines are Shadows Elixr (Hurricane in this line is my favourite), English Fog (Giants Blood is amazing) and the actual Vette City Vapes line is also really good. If you have the money to blow, and are looking for a relaxed environment, to hang out and talk to some really cool ass guys, this is the place to go, you cant go wrong.

The only vape shop I’ve dealt with, that’si actually like, here in Kentucky. I’ve started ordering from online shops, due to the customer service I received at other shops. When I’m in bowling green, I stop here, now. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Too bad there’s not one near us.

Their prices on mods are marked up like 200%I realize a local store cant match online prices but their mods are at least twice the price you can order online.. from USA stores. $80 mod in store can be found $40 online shipped

Prices are a bit higher than you can get online but are competitive prices. This guy knows all about his products. So no cheap rip offs. And makes sure his customers are satisfied.

Shop is decent. Atmosphere however, is very clicky makes an average customer feel not welcome. I felt that it was an inconvenience to be waited on. For this reason I will not return to Vette City Vape.
