The good: The lady working the counter today was kind & professional, thanked me for my patience multiple times, and was able to void my transaction because the glass I bought didnt fit and I returned it immediately after checking its size before using it. 5 stars for the service she providedThe bad: They didnt have the glass I was looking for at all, and it seemed they only even had 2 or 3 types of glass. Stock was limited compared to others Ive been to and normally they only issue store credit for returns. The lady working today was able to void my transaction thankfully but I couldve easily been given no leeway to return an unused item I just bought after asking about the return policy if Id gotten a stickler at the counter. So despite 5 star service, I do have to take off a star for store policy and selection, but absolutely nothing to complain about as far as how I was treated and accommodated by the worker

Rise is the most cultured and friendly vape shop in Bowling Green. I’m always greeted by extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff willing to walk me through their huge variety of high-end, exclusive smoking products, snacks and more. They also always have a deal going on, which is an awesome membership perk. Rise has such an engaging and down-to-earth atmosphere - one of my favorite parts of this store is the decor, especially the iconic character art on the walls. I put none above this shop and its chill vibes, no need with 100% positive experiences.

Rise is my favorite go-to shop in the area. From their extensive collection to the friendliness of their staff, I always leave feeling satisfied with my visit. Last time I stopped in, employee Claira went out of her way to help me find everything I needed. Will absolutely be returning!

Absolutely love it here! Kyla has been there every time i’ve been in and she’s the sweetest. She always goes above and beyond with her customer service and always has the best recommendations! Best spot in town!

Rise provided one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a long time. The staff (I wish I had gotten their names!) seemed to genuinely want to assist me and help me find the right product. They werent pushy or fake; they were enthusiastic and real. A part of me wanted to just stay and chat because of how welcoming they were. This shop is very much out of my way but I will be coming here instead of my normal shop from now on. Thank you, friends!

I had a great experience when I came here. Adriana answered all my questions swiftly and with great manners. She had no problem explaining anything I needed to know and helped me find what I was looking for.

Every time I come in adriana is very nice and goofy and gives a very comfortable space to ask questions. Any and all my questions get answered without hesitation. She’s a real charm.

I brought in my Geek Vapes Aegis 1 for a replacement atomizer tank, unfortunately they did not have one solo just if I bought a new pack, which I still may, but ! They did have a Aegis Zeus tank which was compatible and fixed my issue. I signed up for the loyalty program and told both workers that Ill be back soon

Came in on Sunday, was greeted with a great personality and a very knowledgeable sales person. What a great smile. She helped me get everything I needed. Offered me directions and help. This will be my store for life. Great job, I think her name was Adriana. Way to go Adriana. The world needs more people like you.

Kari was great both times I’ve been in very personable and easy to talk to she knows the products quite well. The store itself has very nice selection if you are in the market for a new piece and has a cool atmosphere with a blacked out/black light theme. As compared to other smoke shops in the area the selection has a much better price range when looking for a quality item.

This place has always been one of my favorite when I’m in town for school, I love the artwork on the walls! Kyla and Adriana are always quick to attend when I come in, it’s overall a great experience every time

I went in today to stock up on my juul pods and Allegra was fantastic in helping me. I stop in every few weeks or so to get juice or pods or what have you, and the staff there is always super friendly and nice to me. 10/10 would recommend

Total rip off. Everything in the store is over priced. You can find everything online or at the lunar station for more the half off. After the one guy left the new people have no clue what they are doing. Called the owner to complain and he pretty much laughed in my face and said he did all he could do. Please do yourself a favor and just drive past the place.In response to your reply!Before you go and try to lie your self out of it online check your facts. I had someone in the store with me as a witness who is part of your rewards club who will verify...I asked for a refund and she said actually we don’t off cash back just store credit then I said no thank I will not be back. Plus there were two others in the store that were looking at the same thing and left because of what happened. For a matter of fact I was laughed at by the owner of the store himself on the phone after all this happened

The place has great variety, great selections, and great deals. It’s also a place where I can just talk and relax with the awesome employees. Jacob is one of the funniest guys I know and I could honestly spend hours just talking nonsense with him. Keep up the great work!

The place is beautiful, BUT the selection of vape juices are terrible. Every time Ive gone and bought juice from them its tasted terrible, the worker are nice and the place is good for other purchases, but the vape juice selection needs badly changed. Im a kinda of person who enjoys fruity flavors for non salt nic vapes, I think there is currently less then 5 flavors to try. Every flavor Ive tried tastes bad. I want to give it a good review, but the flavors are just not worth it for me. If you vape try somewhere else.

If you go here, ALWAYS TAKE THE RECEIPT. Half their products dont work and if you dont test it in their stores they wont refund you or replace it. Save your money and head elsewhere unless this place is quickly convenient. Basically E-cig convenience store, if its out your way most other places are better anyways. Notice every other review sounds like their 1st time there, Im a consistent customer and this happens to often.
