Great store, great employees. Only complaint I can think of would be them not ordering a larger enough quantity of products that frequently sell out. Just dont be surprised if you walk in to see empty display cases and boxes.

I wouldnt spend another penny in this store .. the Manger allows her Friends to cuss at customers and made fun of our religious affiliations. Literally laughed when we said Jesus. I understand that not everyone sees eye to eye on things in the religious sector but I also think that respect goes along way. I really had a lot of respect for the people working there because its obvious we are very different but they never let that get in the way of customer service untill today when the management team allowed their friend to be very disrespectful. When I stood up for myself against the ridiculously rude behavior I was treated like the bad guy. I understand that things are stressful this time of year but the way I was talked to by a person who doesnt even work there just hanging out was uncalled for. Then the GM said they watched cameras but I know for certain he didnt because he accused me of things I didnt do. I understand taking up for your team but its not even the team that works there thats the problem it was someone just hanging out the fact they allowed that person to create a scene is the problem. I have been going to this establishment for 5 years and wont be back .

Great shop! Inventory is the only issue I have with the shop itself, corporate management sucks for this place.

Saffire vapor always has great stock and range of products, the prices are fair, but the best part is the staff. They are so kind and knowledgeable, I have gone in many times not knowing what I needed and they always work very closely to make great personal recommendations. Amazing customer service I wont go anywhere else after this experience!

They sell out pretty quickly so theres hardly anything in the store. If you go on a truck day they have all kinds of things to choose from. I go every time I get paid. The cereal bars and lemon truffles are my favorite. Thco cartridges are amazing whenever I can get them in stock.

Saffire Vapor is a great shop, hands down! I frequent this establishment often, and I cant stop coming back to this place! From their great selection of quality juices, to their cool spot in town, this is the shop for all of you looking to finally have a shop to call your own. What can I say about their customer service? Its pretty great. Everytime I come in, I get treated like family, shoot the breeze for a bit, all the while finding most of what I need with every visit! Awesome crew, great selection, and great service! 5 stars all around! :)

This is my go to place to treat my medical conditions holistically. I have never had a bad experience here. Brandi and Jade have always been the best and the kindest to me and my service dog. My first interactions were with Jade back in 2020 and she helped me find things that helped me before I even knew what was really happening medically. I love her gummy bear earrings!!! Brandi also helped me find what was right for my body and took her time helping me and was super knowledgable about everything because she also had tried almost every single product and she knew good and well what would work for my medical condition and the effects I was trying to achieve to treat my PTSD. Jade also helped me fall in love with the CBG white match chocolates, and the CBG gummies. Those work amazingly for the PTSD. Canvast is my go to now! Every single one of their staff deserve raises for all their hard work, patience, and knowledge. I am going to continue to frequent this location because of them. PAY THEM A LIVABLE WAGE NOW! $15-$20 MINIMUM AND MORE (I KNOW THE HEMP BUSINESS IS BOOMING AND MEDICAL MARIJUANA IS ABOUT TO CHANGE THE GAME TOO!)

Positively amazing service. Lynn is the best sales reps Ive ever met. Shes personable and positively amazinh. The store has great selections for all your vaping needs. The prices are amazing. My #1 stop every week.

A wonderful store, the employees are very welcoming and always happy to see me. Walking into the store you get a warm professional atmosphere where one can go to have a good conversation and try their favorite flavors of vapor. The small playful banter between employees is very entertaining to listen to and they make it an experience that makes me want to keep returning. Keep up the good work!

Spent $60 on a pen and cart and neither one work well at all. The battery lasts only a couple hrs and the charger that came with it doesnt work at all. The cart itself is half blocked and doesnt hit well at times while at other times its completely blocked and has to be blown into for a few min to work again. Very disappointing first experience with their products.Updating: changing to 3 stars as service was very good. Still wild that im unlucky enough to get both a bad pen and a bad cart, but it is what it is. Got a second cart and it works great.Update again: bought a battery to use for a cart and the battery lasts about a month before dying. Just better off buying a better quality product elsewhere

Stopped here on our road trip. Great place with great products and the lady working (sorry didnt get her name) was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. A+

If I could give it a zero I would. Bought a vape battery that lasted a month- they wouldn’t return, or replace or anything. Bought a separate charger for my other ones and it wouldn’t work on mine but because the charger was “functional” they wouldn’t return it or at least let me trade it. I have worked in customer service for 20 years and this was the most unhelpful associate I have been in contact with. Same associate too- twice this time! Never shopping there again and will definitely tell everyone I know not to either!!

Seriously I only tried this store because it was close to the house, but I love this store!!! The staff is genuinely friendly and they take the time to explain their products... especially to a beginner like me. I couldn’t ask for better customer service, especially from Lynn, she did an outstanding job today!!! This is definitely the only vape store I will spend money at now!

The employees are very informative and helpful with providing feedback on the specials and flavors purchased by other customers. The gentleman that assisted me with my purchase today was very nice and was able to tell me about the benefits of a product and how it helps him. I will be returning!

This place is snake oil. They do not care if you are trying to get better or healthier, they only care if you spend big money. I asked them what oils their vapes are suspended in and they had no idea. Just well its just an oil, here try the delta pens. Place is a scam and I strongly advise anyone ask them the hard questions about their products.

My stop of choice in Bowling Green for salt nic juice. The store is clean and presentable, the employees are pleasant and helpful. They have a good selection of juices, although I do wish they carried Pachamama.

Used to shop here and they had everything I needed.. all of a sudden since the COVID-19 happened they havent had my product or any product for that matter. Last time I went in they said they just opened back up from being closed due to COVID-19.. seems to me theyre going out of business and are refusing to get more product until the old is gone. Which i understand. But if u want my business you need to re stock your shelves. That is all

This place is the best! All of their employees are so knowledgeable and willing to help! I came in as a novice vapor and honestly had no idea what I was looking for or how to go about it. Theyve helped me set up tanks and change coils, theyve helped pick out the flavor that is best suited for me and theyve gone out of their way to help me! Had to change my review. This store never has stock for what I need and I have bought ALL my merchandise from here. My glass for my tank cracked (on its own, just sitting on my desk. I did not drop it or do anything that would have caused this) after having just bought the tank 2 or 3 weeks ago for my rig because they were out of the glass I had before that. Instead of just ordering the glass piece for me, they try to get me to buy ANOTHER tank after i just paid $40 for this new tank. Just bad business practices to have and it sucks because I have to take my business elsewhere. A measly 10% discount doesnt fix this, which they seem to think is the answer everytime they are out of stock. Ridiculous. Never even offered to order the piece for me and Ive taken my business here everytime when there is plenty of other vape stores that will accept my money.

I am a regular customer here at Safire. The staff and everyone are always really nice and always willing to help and answer any questions that I may have! I would recommend this vape shop to anyone and everyone! Ive been to many stores and this store is by far my favorite! They always greet you as you come in and their customer service is 5 stars!!! This is the second dang tone Ive went in here and the salesgirl Soks be the wrong coil size for my vape. Its the same dang girl too!! Im so aggravated I wont be back in there!!

Bought a vape stick a few weeks ago. Nothing but problems with it. The second time I went in to get yet another coil, they were out. I had been everywhere in bowling green to buy a coil and no one had any. Finally, she sold me one out of the display. She implied that I was stupid, and it was my fault that the thing leaks constantly. Even with a receipt and being in the computer she said I had to have the box. THEN, she actually used pliars to get the top off, after I told her not to mess with it because I had to go. Now my mouthpiece is scratched all to hell and I cant find the box. Also, I had purchased two juices, both were horrible. I will go no where except Wildcat from now on.

The staff is amazing....very helpful I cant wait to go back .... I wouldnt care if you could find their stuff cheaper somewhere else ..... The store manager makes the experience so rememberable I dont want to go anywhere else... But their prices are amazing and affordable lol

Im upping the stars on this review since my last visit was much improved. Of course I was the only customer in the store at the time but the customer service was better.

I started coming here over a year ago because I was at Kroger anyways and the other (more expensive) place was further down the road. Was totally blown away by the selection of vapes they had and the prices were even better. I love how they release special flavors at different times of the year (sugar cookie coming up for Xmas w00t w00000t!!!). And the staff is Hella chill and extremely knowledgeable. Seriously, forget about the other places in town and just start coming here. Hell, Krogers right next door so you can do some groceries after a vape stop

The manament is great and assume the other workers are just as great!! They have great juice and listen to the consumer to get new juice in to satisfy our needs!

Very clean and humble place with friendly employees who answered all of my questions and gave me tips and ideas on flavors and vapes that would suit me best. They are slightly higher priced than other local vape stores but a few extra bucks is worth the quality I received in return.

Well ok i got a vape from there then my step mom went in there and said she couldnt get a vape in there she is over the age to get a vape i showed them my ID i went back in and i was like my step mom wants the same type of vape but they did not let here buy anything because between me and her there is a 3 year difference

Girl behind counter is rude and rolled her eyes as I came through door and they call me all the time about my review which is very off putting I mix my own juices and build my own coils it has saved me 200 dollars a month doing it this way go to remedy youll think me later
