Cashier said the N word freely while I was making a purchase. I confronted her and she said she can say whatever she wants after I told her not to. I look at the other cashier who was standing there and smiling and giggling like it was okay which means she also probably says it. I went and talked to the owner who told her to apologize. It was clearly not genuine at all because she claims to say it all the time. She seemed so nice on my previous visits. Im disappointed in this store and my feelings are hurt.

They have the best prices in town and I am able to get all I need for my vape at one store!

Best deals on vapes I have found as of yet! All their vapes were $10 a piece the other day. The time before that they was 2 for 22. Everyone else wanna charge $25 a piece! Definitely gonna stick with this store

You would think that vape juice would be more in New York. Not at all! It was about 35 percent cheeper than the average place. I’m a truck driver and stopped and was quite happy with this place. Highly recommend!!!

The workers are usually college kids who take their time with things, so if there are a few people in the store, it will be a wait when getting your product.

I like this shop.The man Im assuming is the owner, or at least the manager, knows his stuff and the employees are always polite and awesome. Just called to give positive feedback on my purchase.As far as VIHO disposables go, frozen tundra is now my favorite. Cant wait to try more.

I been helped my Tim a few times now and all I can say is WOW!! He was so helpful, Patient, knowledgeable about all the products in the store but over all such a great person!! He took hes time to help me find the perfect item at a perfect price!! I will be coming back for all the years to come.

Prices are great, the employee ( a female) was super nice and helpful. The owner ? My boyfriend and I pulled into the parking spot, not knowing that it was apparently the owners? All we see is a man honking at us and pointing out us and telling us to back up. We had already parked and were just planning on running in and had no idea that this dude was planning to carry a few boxes into the store. So as were checking out, he pulls in behind us, blocking the flow of traffic by the way. There were available parking spots around us but he chose to not do that. He walks past us as hes carrying the boxes and blocks us from being able to pull out after we bought our items. Thats when he then told us we had to wait as we sat in our car, just trying to leave after we purchased from his store? And if he isnt the owner t,the owner really needs to reevaluate who works for the store. the man drives a yellow infinity. Be wary of his parking spot. We will still be coming back for the amazing prices, and the superb parking.

Smoke & Vape has a great selection and the employees are all very friendly. They’re the best shop in town. Also their parking lot really sucks but that’s not their fault, it was just a really bad design for that plaza. Five stars

Brought a vape took it home only hit it one time an the battery was low so put it on charge for only 8 minutes an came back an it stop working took back to the store to see if they can changer it an she told me no an that if she called her boss he would say the same thing an he did, an she said that there is a sign in the window that says that, that’s the only sign in the window that we seen. They are not friendly at all even the other girl started running her mouth to us as we left

Ive been shopping here for some time now. The staff is friendly and the selection is Insane! If CBD/Delta 8,10,11, ect. Is your thing, this should be the shop for you. The Glasgow location is also very excellent.

Really liked the shop and the selection of vape fluid, disposable vapes, coils, cigar, hooka and tons of other accessories for anything you smoke . Prices are very reasonable and actually less expensive than other local shops. Great customer service and employees. Definitely recommend checking the shop out and well be back.

Best variety on wraps. Pen batteries are also one of the best I bought that has not failed me yet! Definitely recommend!

The prices are pretty great, but their refund policy is that there are no refunds. If you get a product that doesnt work, you are SOL the moment you leave the store. We bought a couple Thc-0 Yoga Cartridges and one of them didnt work in my vape but the other did. It looked to be a manufacturing issue.If you want cheap prices with the chance that they might willingly sell you a product that doesnt work and theres nothing you can do about it, then youve found the place.

Good quality products, pricing a little high on some things. Also the dude who works in there is not very knowledgeable with things & gets confused easily lol. That being said, some of their products are better and cheaper than other places. So it’s about a 63% rating for me.

Just went in to buy a pod. The one boy had no clue what was going on, and I assume the manager came over and told me, yep we don’t have those. I said I’m pretty sure I bought the device here. His response was, Yep, you probably bought it here, and walks off. I stood there for a sec and asked if they had any advice, to which there was no response, so I walked out. Truth be told, I would’ve bought a brand new device to not deal with this if they would’ve been just alittle helpful lol. Goofies man, I tell ya

Their glass bongs often don’t work well and they don’t do returns. I would go somewhere else.

This store sells to minors. My 17 year old goes there 2-3 times a week and purchases. I have all the debit card statements. All one needs to do to verify this is sit in the parking lot and watch all the you kids going in and out.

They are supposed to be open at 8. Its now 10 after and there are 3 people here waiting. I wasted a trip into town for nothing as I have to be at work and I have to go now. So Ill find a place that can open on time. I suggest you do to.

So everyone knows who has epilepsy do not go in store there is a strobe light up on the ceiling. Me and my friend was getting vape stuff checking them out to see what all they had and I started having problems with my epilepsy I told my friend and was trying to tell them that it was bothering me and they just blow us off like we where not even there.They disregard there customers I will not be coming back for my safety.

Sold me a 3 chi disposable and it tasted like burnt rubber. sold me a vape and it hits its self. went back in for help and was told i was pretty much out of luck. i want my money back.

Smoke and Vape is my new favorite vape shop! Great location, and great prices. They have great hours and have everything I need in 1 store. The staff is good, and the place is always clean and organized unlike other vape shops around.

Everytime I buy a disposable vape from here something always happens. Either it dry hits until it literally EXPLODES or overall flavor is off. IMO just another DHgate bought smoke shop that gets everything for under 10$. Just save ur money and go to a real vape shop.

My favorite vape shop around town! I went here once when they first opened and I totally forgot about it and started shopping at another vape shop. I found smoke and vapes card in my wallet one day and went back. They have such a huge selection of juices and many different vapes to choose from!
