I went in to buy a damn lighter... accidentally spent $100!!! Alli was absolutely incredible!!! She didnt try to sell me anything but recommended some stuff that I couldnt pass up! The other girls were super sweet as well. They were also super gorgeous which is always nice!!! Youre a rock star Alli, thanks again!!!

The perch batter was very bland, no seasoned taste. The homemade side dishes were very good, and the combo cheese munchies were great and very ample. GOOD service also. Would go back again.

I usually am a shop hopper trying to find new products to try and I don’t think I will do that any longer. I’ve only been to this location twice and each time no matter what I have bought the people that work there are very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to give recommendations on products they like or have tried before. It’s always clean and organized so I never have an issue seeing all of the options I have. As a business owner myself I am blown away by the amazing customer service and presentation I always get when I come here. I high recommend coming here for any thing from dispos to glass.

Smoke Zone has some of the lowest prices i have seen anywhere, and i have been visiting vape shops as a hobby across 4 states this year.Disposable vape selection could be a bit better, but what they do have is very inexpensive and mostly fresh and new.Good selection of glass and electric vaporizers.Staff was enthusiastic, friendly, and accommodating

Best place in town for glass pipes, delta 8, CBD, delta 0, HHC, nicotine vapes, flower grinders, kratom, you name it theyve got it. Only place I go for this stuff. Good deals, giveaways, discounts, and a generally chill atmosphere. Ive never had a bad experience, staff is excellent.

Im not aware of what the situation exactly was, my apologies if theres something I didnt consider.I walked in today asking for a certain vape, the girl working (never seen her before, I believe shes new) and she didnt know what I was talking about, but she showed me other vape options, where I found exactly what I was looking for, so I asked for the options in that brand and she had no clue what to tell me.I get its hard times, but should she really be there by herself if shes that new and had no idea how to help me? She wasnt rude the least bit, she just seemed so scared and nervous to be by herself with no help.Any other time, I have great service and employees usually seem to know what Im looking for and provide me with so much knowledge about said product.

Stopped in a few times to try and get a hold of a manager or person who makes decisions. Never got a call back or even an email. I understand people get inundated with sales calls (Which is why I stopped in so the talking could be more personable) and such but how do you expect to grow as a company if you dont work with other companies? Just a thought!

Had a phenomenal first visit where two wonderful ladies helped me get a dry herb atomizer for my electronic rig. I told them honestly that I was going to make the shop my new smoke shop! Even when I have to drive 30 min from Toledo to BG, I was excited to make the drive! However, their atomizer didnt work and when I told the man (who seemed like the manager) what happened, he questioned me over the phone AND in person. When I finally got the idea across to him that their atomizer didnt work AND I didnt OBVIOUSLY use it, he said he could only give me 30% off a new one. Wont be coming back

I love coming here, everyone there is always so kind and I’ve gotten close with a lot of the workers there. I love going in to see them cause I always know it’s going to be a good time. They have a wide selection of everything you could need

They have great products here and the prices for them are a steal not to mention the workers there so nice and always informative and helpful. Also they have chill vibes as the obvious haha. I recommend this place if this is your thing

Not impressed with the quality of vapes. Mine broke 3 weeks after purchase. I wasted $60… and I found the same disposable vapes $10 cheaper in Napoleon.I understand none of those products are guaranteed to last. But if that is the case, I’d rather go somewhere that charges less for the same piece of junk.

This is my favorite head shop/ smoke zone in the area , or that I have been to ever. All the employees are super chill and nice, they are also very helpful and informative when needed 10/10

Sells garbage boof, obviously preying on college kids who dont know better. Would probably be inhaling healthier chemicals from a Home Depot paint aisle than any THC products sold here.

Best place in town to get your vices and glassware. They always have sales going on so watch out for those as well.
