Jasmine is a miracle worker. I came in today for a one hour massage and I left feeling so relaxed and my back pain has melted away. I will absolutely be a return client.

Worst atmosphere ever for a massage! There is a definite language barrier with the owner. My sister and I called to schedule a massage for the same time. She misunderstood and thought we wanted to schedule a couples massage. It was very uncomfortable when the 2 massage therapists were yelling at each other in front of us! The location is in a store front, which is not the problem, but it is cold, bright and not tranquil at all. There is no calming aroma that is usually experienced while having a massage. The rooms are not separated by walls that go all the way to the ceiling and therefore you hear EVERYTHING in the next room! I heard the therapist ask my sister how much she paid for the massage. It was actually a Christmas gift from me. When I was shown my room (finally), there was no full sized sheet or blanket for me to cover up with. It was about 1/4 of the normal size cover. I looked around and found a blanket. Therapists hands were ice cold! I am not sure she even washed them since there is no sink in the room. Massage therapists know not to touch bare skin with cold hands. THEN, my therapists cell phone rang and SHE ANSWERED IT AND SPOKE TO THE CALLER WHILE STILL MASSAGING ME! I used Groupon for these massages and I paid MORE than the price listed at the salon! We wound up over tipping because we based the tip on what the Groupon stated was the regular price which was double what their price list showed.Bottom line is this... Ive had a lot of massages and this by far was the WORST mainly because of the lack of tranquility and not being comfortable or relaxed. The lack of professionalism was appalling. Language barrier made it impossible to speak to them so I put it in writing via text. They did not respond. Overall, terrible experience.

My wife and I had massages there today, we were both pleased. The pressure was very adequate and we left feeling betting than when we went in.

The massage itself at Unwind Reflexology & Facial was alright, but checkout was a wild ride. They quoted us $100 for a couples massage, but at the end, they tried to charge us $200 plus tip! The owner was pushy and even slipped us a coke to keep quiet about the mix-up. After some back and forth, they realized they had only booked us for a 30-minute massage, not an hour. Awkward! Eventually, they apologized and charged us the right amount. But then, they handed us a declined receipt! We had to go back in to sort that out too. The massage was okay, but the checkout chaos? Nope, not going back.

Im kinda on the fence with this review.Staff is not fluent in English.Had 60 min massage. All good until she told me to roll over on back near the end. No privacy given. So she hopped on table to ??? Massage my hips...I did not respond. Actually, I had to pee at this point. Staff hopped off after few mins.Was this because didnt engage? Was very confusing.Massage was good but a tad concerning at the end.I also had facial, was terrible.

I had a 60 minute full body massage. It was amazing! Oils, hot stones, salt bags. She definitely knew what she was doing and even took extra time and care to address all the knots I had in my shoulders. I left refreshed. Wonderful service, relaxing and professional. I will definitely return and Highly recommend everyone try.

Jasmine has given me the best therapeutic masage I have ever received. Her experience has solved every pain and ache I had. Her great attitude and super clean facilities plus her experience has me coming back every week.

Great massage by jasmine. Deep tissue was so good that I feel relieved. I appreciate it. Will be back again if I can have someone watch the kids.

I had a 90 minute massage here today and was very happy! Easy convenient booking and an exceptional deep tissue massage. I will be coming back atleast once a month.

Had lower back issues and pain in legs n neck. She got me back to 100%. Will go no where else. Shes best
