The service is so friendly and professional. Very laid back vibes. Feels more like a homies pad than a business. They have a great rewards program as well. Rarely out of the kratom I like. The service is why is like them so much though. Their employees deserve raises and there should be a tip cup.

Had a great visit here, Alan set me up with some good stuff for my vacation here in Bradenton. Highly recommend, will visit again!

Just moved to Sarasota from central FL and was worried about finding my new Kratom shop but tonight I did! The gentleman working was very friendly and helpful in my product selections. The prices were the lowest Ive seen for Kratom and everything else I purchased was very reasonably priced as well. So very happy I found this shop and will definitely be a usual customer from now on.

As a first time customer I came to the store around 5:30 on 5/31. I got the impression the guy working didnt want to help me. I asked him questions and he spoke so low that I had to ask him to speak up. I asked about his opinions on which is the best vaporizer as I needed a new one. He seemed so disinterested and rude that I just left. I truly got the impression he was only recommending the cheapest models because he thought I didnt have the money for the more expensive models. I went to the vape store up the street instead and got much better service. If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Definitely wont come back.

The only shop in Bradenton to fulfill all your needs in one. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff that always makes me feel right at home and helps with whatever I need. They have the largest inventory around and I have never gone in there and not found what I need, it’s amazing.This shop is an extension of their Sarasota location so they have been in the business a long time and it shows.Have to say this is the only shop in town I go to and the only I’ll ever need, thanks guys!

Stopped by this place on my way up on a road trip and I cant say I was disappointed. The staff had an answer to every question I threw at them and were incredibly friendly. They got me set up on a nice little salt nicotine (they even explained what salt nicotine was and the difference!) device to help me quit smoking, Im super excited! Much love to the guys that work there, would absolutely recommend Dragon Headz to anyone and everyone!

Saw the shop when I was leaving Walmart. Very impressed with the selection and pricing. These guys know their stuff and are really friendly. Bought a new vape and a few new bottles of juice. Would recommend to anyone in the area. You will not regret it. 10/10

First time visiting the store in Bradenton and I got to say, Im in love. Awesome staff, awesome pieces, awesome prices. Went in, told them what I was looking for and walked out within minutes with exactly what I needed.

Went in with a few questions about products that I was unsure about. The employee answered every question I had in detail, they went above and beyond to make sure every question I had was answered and I left satisfied.I enjoyed the old school experience of going in with questions and talking to someone who was knowledgeable in the subject area...beats ordering product online and being unsure .

I asked for .6 mesh coils for the nord which they gave me 1.4 non mesh coils. When I got home and saw they were the wrong ones I returned them. When returning them the employee told me that 1.4 coils are the only mesh ones they have? Well 1.4s aren’t mesh and I told you what ones I needed you just gave me the wrong ones. Then the manager told me it was my fault for not checking them before I left. First and last experience with this place and people ✌🏻

I drove 20 miles roaming for a shop that could help me. Most stores didn’t even know what a vape was. I found this place and WOW! I fell in love! These guys helped me so much and found a great new vape and pipe! You name it they have it all! I can’t express how much I fell in love with these guys and the business they run! It’s so good to find great service! God bless you guys! Always my number one spot from now on!

Purchased a disposable nic salt device that was defective (leaking juice with a hard draw). I purchase a lot from this Vape Shop and I was disappointed when they refused to replace my $14 puff bar or even do the minimum to help me with a defective product from their store. I WILL NOT be buying anything else from Dragon headz. If anyone is looking for a friendly and considerate vape shop, try Aquafire or Great Vape! This place sucks at customer service.

I always get great help finding what Im looking for here. They have hunted down a hard to find item for me, and even recommended another store for me to check out at while I was visiting Tampa. Fun store.

I go to glass shops a lot to find new rigs or something different to spend my money on. But I wouldn’t come to this one if you paid me for it. One of the workers was rude and unprofessional. I understand your not suppose to say the word bong but if you never warn me not to say or there is not a sign I’m keep saying it. So don’t kick people out without explaining what the problem is or understanding that you didn’t even warn them. All he said was water pipe never once corrected me or told me not say the word bong . Then tell me he can’t sale to me because I said the word bong but never once told me not to say that word .

Great selection, great customer service, and great location. I got tired of driving down to 41 for subpar expensive products. Now I go half the distance and pay about 10% less what I was paying originally.

My husband and I decided to try out this store for our vape/juul products since it was in a convenient location! This is now the only vape shop we use. The employees are super nice and their products and prices are great! Highly recommend this shop!

Low quality low selection high prices, the owner likes to tell people where theyre from too, doesnt id. Owner is more concerned about accurate reviews instead of their products.
